Nestled on 60 acres you'll find a private campground in a cottonwood grove just across a log bridge over Miner creek. Across the gravel driveway you'll find a second campground that is tucked back in a secluded cottonwood grove, and further down the driveway, you'll find the 3rd campsite. The campgrounds are 5 minutes to the charming historic downtown of Livingston and the Yellowstone River, 20 minutes to Bozeman, 20 mins to Pine Creek Lodge and an hour to Yellowstone National Park. Dogs are welcome, as long as they are friendly to other dogs. Our dogs freely roam the property.
*All sites share an outhouse located in the parking area by the trail to camp #2. It is only onsite from mid-May to mid-Oct.
#1: "Creekside Oasis" campsite has a picnic table, fire ring, a hammock, solar lighting, and a small portable charcoal grill. Although you can car camp at # 1, please note that the camper spot is just off the gravel driveway, and not across the creek where the tent site, picnic table and fire pit are located.
#2: "Off the Beaten Path" campsite requires a short 1-2 minute walk on a tight, uneven path through the trees. It is a small campsite with a fire ring, 2 camp chairs, hammock, and solar lighting. Do NOT rent this tent site if you need to be close to your car. This site is not on the creek. Creek access is down a trail to the left off the parking area.
#3: "Not for the Faint of Heart" campsite is a 1-2 minute walk from the parking spot on an uneven, tight trail through the trees. It has a fire ring, two camp chairs, solar lighting, hammock, and a small portable grill. Do NOT rent this tent site unless you are ready to explore and do not need to be close to your car. The creek is not right by the tent site like it is in campsite #1. There is a small break in the bushes that gives creek access. This site is bigger than #2.
*NO Car camping is allowed at site 2 or 3.
For all sites:
* Quiet hours from 10pm-8am.
*No parties.
*We recommend you arrive before dark, although the trails are lit by solar lights even with headlamps it can be tricky to find your way thru the trees to camps 2 & 3. Closed-toed shoes are highly recommended for the trails.

We are a horse boarding ranch south of Livingston that caters to people traveling with horses or other people traveling and camping. We have an outdoor arena, indoor arena, a bathroom, a shower, barn stalls, barn stalls with runs and paddock areas for horses. Leashed dogs are welcome, but we ask that you clean up after your dog so another camper doesn't have the misfortune of stepping in it. We are located exactly 2 miles from the interstate south of the lovely town of Livingston. We will not allow large party gatherings for local concerts. I will give a forewarning that Livingston is a windy place, especially when storms are coming through. Awesome piece of land right on the yellowstone, worth the money. Private, mountain view with the river right in front of you. We had 2 40' motorhomes towing a bronco and a jeep, able to pull in and out connected through the gate. Great access to surrounding areas. Yellowstone, Gardiner, Livingston, Bozeman, Gallatin river....etc. Highly recommended, we'll be back.

Stacie was a very lovely host and greeted me when I arrived. She was super sweet to give some suggestions since my friends and I were on a last minute trip. The location is amazing with beautiful views of the mountains and surrounding farmland. We also liked being able to walk to the Westerner at night (even got taught how to dance by the locals!) and being in between Bozeman and the mountains

Camping here for the night was very convenient for getting into town - as mentioned by others, it is very near the road and there were cars coming past most of the night. If you have an RV or van, the spot is great, I wouldn’t recommend for tent camping and light sleepers though.
Great views of the mountains and having porta potty access was really nice too.

Great spot right on the river! We saw multiple bald eagles and osprey during our stay and really enjoyed how private Spot 2 was!
We didn’t love the gun range across the river, but the sound wasn’t too bad inside the sprinter van - tent campers probably wouldn’t be too happy with it though.

This was one of our favorite stops of the trip! Loved the easy river access for fishing and play. The site was well kept with gorgeous views. Great access to the town market and gas station. Only somewhat down side that I didn’t realize is that it’s right off the road. We don’t mind the white noise of the cars, but just to point it out. Our dogs were off leash the whole time and we felt safe with the road there.

What a lovely spot! Our favorite so far on our trip! We arrived after dark and Roger’s communication was great, made it easy to find our campsite. Peaceful location, lots of room for our adventurous kids and dogs to roam and play in the river. Loved it!
We enjoyed the low rumbles of the train and there was some action at a shooting range but it sounded more like someone with a nail gun working on a house. Didn’t bother us at all.
Roger and his sweet pup were salt of the earth, genuine Montanans, a breath of fresh air. Personable, welcoming and kind.

It was lovely staying at this Hipcamp.
The owner was prompt with messaging and answering questions and she met us when we got there to see if we needed anything to make sure we knew where everything was.
For us, the best part of staying at her Hipcamp was the quiet night. It was so quiet during the night and that that’s pretty rare these days.
We had all the smoke from the fires, obscure the mountains. Which was sad, but who can help that?
I would definitely stay here again. I highly recommend it.
