The property adjacent to ours has the original ranch house and barn and other outbuildings that were part of the Ponderosa Pine Ranch which owned most of the valley we're in. The RV pad is about 100 feet from the Beaverhead River where you have full access to recreate and fish. This property is on the eastern edge of Dillon and just upstream from Selway Bridge. Many birds migrate through here in the Summer time and are a joy to watch on bank of the river. There is a large fire pit on the property that may be used as long as it is not very windy out and you put the fire out after you are done. I will tell you that you cannot have a fire if it is too windy. The property is next to a property with horses and we have have few chickens that roam around our property. This is a great spot if you want to be close to Bozeman. The site is easy to access and has a spectacular view of the sunrise. The port-a-potty is clean with automatic lights for easy middle-of-the-night access. Another reviewer mentioned that it felt like you're "camping on someone's front lawn" but we didn't feel that at all: The house is 600' away and we didn't feel like we were even on their property. A reviewer also suggested the option to filter water from the stream, but given the amount of agriculture land upstream, I wouldn't do that.

What a great spot!! After staying at the hot springs for two nights it was WONDERFUL to pull into Stacie’s spot! So quiet with room all around you. The views of both the Gallatin and Bridger mountains is to die for! I pulled up next to her rv (just parked there, no one in it), my 20’ 50 amp cord didn’t reach the outlet tho. She had a standard 120 I could have used but I had a 30 amp extension cord with. I rode my bike just a mile to the local steak joint and had an amazing burger AND desert! Pizza place is there also. I’d go back in a flash!

Our three RV’s privately circled around a beautiful grove of aspens. We could walk through their backyard to a running creek, which our dogs loved! Also, through their backyard is a variety of trails that can actually take you to downtown Bozeman. (The dogs also loved that ;). Travis and Alex were good hosts, meeting us right away to fill us in and invited us to make a fire. The highway is somewhat close, but the berm creates privacy. Our party had no problem with the traffic and train sounds; it seemed more like white noise to us. I liked their beautiful land and convenient location to downtown Bozeman as well. Nice hosts and great trails!

Awesome place with plenty of room, Roger was awesome! We stayed at site 1 which wasn’t directly on the river but it was a short trail to the river and you had your own private beach. I actually drove my truck down the trail and made it to the beach. 100% recommend.

1 night at Blaine Creek Boondocks

Caroline's Hipcamp was just what we were looking for. It's in a beautiful area with farms all around, yet it feels privat enough as well. The area next to the barn is large and flat. We really enjoyed our time here.

1 night at East Gallatin River Campsite

The location was beautiful, there were endless areas to explore, and the hosts were super friendly and extremely accommodating. The view from the fire pit is a dream. Access was easy and instructions were clear. Highly recommend and would gladly stay again!
