There is a fishing access a mile down the road, or you can hike to the river which is approximately 1000 feet to the river. The river isn't a real deep river, a lot of people use it to float on tubes, but it has been known to have some nice fish also. The area always gets afternoon wind gusts that happen daily and don't last long but something you'll want to be aware of. On site we have available for rent 2 tiny houses and 4 Rv hook up spots. You will need to provide all of the waste disposal/sewer hose necessary to hookup to the waste disposal as well as your electrical cord to hookup to the 30 amp outlet. My husband and I live on the property with our 1 year old and our mid size dog. Dogs are welcome with the understanding that the property is not fenced in and that our dog may establish some boundaries with your dog as she is an unfixed alpha female. We live in the log cabin next to the the RV pad and are currently renovating the house on the property. The RV pad is about 100 feet from the Beaverhead River where you have full access to recreate and fish. This property is on the eastern edge of Dillon and just upstream from Selway Bridge. Many birds migrate through here in the Summer time and are a joy to watch on bank of the river. There is a large fire pit on the property that may be used as long as it is not very windy out and you put the fire out after you are done. I will tell you that you cannot have a fire if it is too windy. The property is next to a property with horses and we have have few chickens that roam around our property. Baker Creek is only a 1/4 mile walk through a bucolic horse pasture, with some friendly equines. Across the street, you will find a 1/4 section of State Land, where you are welcome to ride with your horses, hire an outfitter to take you, or just go for a leisurely stroll along the creek. Depending on the time of year, a guest can enjoy mushroom picking along the cottonwoods of Baker Creek, and White Ditch, or birdwatch and horseback ride year-round. Step inside to find a warm and inviting space adorned with vintage Western-eclectic decor, reclaimed wood accents, original sliding barn door, and vibrant kitchen tiles that echo the spirit of the ranch. Come spend some time with us on the Beaverhead River! Our small family wants to share our slice of heaven with you all. The RV Pad is 27 ft long and can typically fit up to a 45 ft trailer. A 30 AMP hookup is available with water supplied and a waste hookup available. You will need to provide all of the waste disposal/sewer hose necessary to hookup to the waste disposal as well as your electrical cord to hookup to the 30 amp outlet. My husband and I live on the property with our 1 year old and our mid size dog. Dogs are welcome with the understanding that the property is not fenced in and that our dog may establish some boundaries with your dog as she is an unfixed alpha female. We live in the log cabin next to the the RV pad and are currently renovating the house on the property. The RV pad is about 100 feet from the Beaverhead River where you have full access to recreate and fish. This property is on the eastern edge of Dillon and just upstream from Selway Bridge. Many birds migrate through here in the Summer time and are a joy to watch on bank of the river. There is a large fire pit on the property that may be used as long as it is not very windy out and you put the fire out after you are done. I will tell you that you cannot have a fire if it is too windy. The property is next to a property with horses and we have have few chickens that roam around our property. This is a great spot if you want to be close to Bozeman. The site is easy to access and has a spectacular view of the sunrise. The port-a-potty is clean with automatic lights for easy middle-of-the-night access. Another reviewer mentioned that it felt like you're "camping on someone's front lawn" but we didn't feel that at all: The house is 600' away and we didn't feel like we were even on their property. A reviewer also suggested the option to filter water from the stream, but given the amount of agriculture land upstream, I wouldn't do that.

What a great spot!! After staying at the hot springs for two nights it was WONDERFUL to pull into Stacie’s spot! So quiet with room all around you. The views of both the Gallatin and Bridger mountains is to die for! I pulled up next to her rv (just parked there, no one in it), my 20’ 50 amp cord didn’t reach the outlet tho. She had a standard 120 I could have used but I had a 30 amp extension cord with. I rode my bike just a mile to the local steak joint and had an amazing burger AND desert! Pizza place is there also. I’d go back in a flash!

They sent me astunning photo with a roll cloud overhead, hoping to see the northern lights after it passed. But they were sound asleep by then.

Our three RV’s privately circled around a beautiful grove of aspens. We could walk through their backyard to a running creek, which our dogs loved! Also, through their backyard is a variety of trails that can actually take you to downtown Bozeman. (The dogs also loved that ;). Travis and Alex were good hosts, meeting us right away to fill us in and invited us to make a fire. The highway is somewhat close, but the berm creates privacy. Our party had no problem with the traffic and train sounds; it seemed more like white noise to us. I liked their beautiful land and convenient location to downtown Bozeman as well. Nice hosts and great trails!

The location was beautiful, there were endless areas to explore, and the hosts were super friendly and extremely accommodating. The view from the fire pit is a dream. Access was easy and instructions were clear. Highly recommend and would gladly stay again!
