Indian Camp Creek County Park is less than 4 miles away offering mountain biking trails, hiking trails, equestrian trails, picnic pavilions, and Frisbee golf. Incline Village Golf Course is less than 1/2 mile away. Cedar Lake Winery is about a 15 minute drive. I keep a walking path mowed around the perimeter of my property so the weary traveler can stretch their legs after a long day of travel.

We do our best to allow 1 reservation to stay on site at a time. If only 1 site is requested the others are then blocked to allow guests privacy during their stay. If another person requests to stay and it is booked, we will check with the current reservation for approval. We also allow groups to book and camp together if needed (use both rv pads, or tent camp).
We do offer 50amp and 30amp power options (2 different RV parking sites).
Some people have commented that our driveway entrance seems narrow for larger rigs (Class A's and 5th wheels). We've had 53' long rigs (5th wheels)and 45' (Class A's) pull in and get parked with no issues. You will need to be able to back into a spot for either 50a or 30a service. We do have additional parking available for extra vehicles.
If you have a tow vehicle/toad, you will need to detach prior to arrival. There are 2 trucks stops less than 5 miles away (TA and Pilot) or there is a park with a large parking area off of David Hoekel Parkway you can utilize.
We do offer 20amp power and extension cord for tent campers (either in our tent or can be used in your own tent.
Free cold showers available.
A bundle of firewood is now included for use in provided fire pits in needed/requested.
Outdoor Hot showers available at a charge of $5/person. This includes the use of propane and a portable hot water heater.

We are 5 miles from Wentzville which offers a Walmart, Target, Sams Club, Lowes, Home Depot, multiple grocery stores, Rural King, Charlies and multiple restaurants.
We have a stocked pond with catfish, bluegill, sunfish, largemouth bass, black crappie, carp and turtles. There is a Windmill that aerates the pond (do not climb on it). You can fish the pond must practice CPR (catch photo release). Or you can feed the pond fish & feed out chickens. We will provide the fish food and chicken treats.
There is plenty of wildlife (deer, fox, raccoons, armadillo's, birds, etc.). Deer will walk by the pond and driveway a couple of times a day. We also have a group of free-range chickens and French guineas (eggs may be available during your stay). There are bike trails in the area, paved roads you can ride on to explore, wineries nearby, a petting zoo and pumpkin patch.

We’re happy to welcome respectful travelers to overnight on our private lot in Winfield, Missouri. Whether you’re boondocking or using our single hookup site, we aim to offer a quiet, safe, and pet-friendly spot to rest. Please take a moment to review the following:
• This is primarily a boondocking site – no water, electric, or sewer hookups in most areas.
• We do have ONE reserved site with 30/50 amp electric and fresh water available on a first-come, first-served basis. There is no septic/dump station, so please plan accordingly.
• No dumping of gray or black water anywhere on the property – use a proper offsite dump station.
• Dogs are welcome but must be on a leash at all times and you must pick up after them.
• Charcoal grills or fire pits are welcome, but must be fully extinguished with water before being left unattended or before bed. No smoldering coals or open flames may be left burning.
• Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM – please be respectful of neighbors and other guests.
• Take all trash with you – this is a pack-in, pack-out site. No trash disposal available.
• No loud music, parties, or disruptive behavior.
• All guests must be fully self-contained (except in the one designated hookup spot).
• Feel free to set up chairs, small tables, etc., but please clean up and pack everything before departure.
• We reserve the right to ask guests to leave if rules are not followed.
This is a peaceful, low-key place to recharge and rest for a night or two. We look forward to hosting travelers who appreciate simplicity, courtesy, and clean country stays. Our property is covered by video surveillance so please keep it respectful.

We’re happy to welcome respectful travelers to overnight on our private lot in Winfield, Missouri. Whether you’re boondocking or using our single hookup site, we aim to offer a quiet, safe, and pet-friendly spot to rest. Please take a moment to review the following:
• This is primarily a boondocking site – no water, electric, or sewer hookups in most areas.
• We do have ONE reserved site with 30/50 amp electric and fresh water available on a first-come, first-served basis. There is no septic/dump station, so please plan accordingly.
• No dumping of gray or black water anywhere on the property – use a proper offsite dump station.
• Dogs are welcome but must be on a leash at all times and you must pick up after them.
• Charcoal grills or fire pits are welcome, but must be fully extinguished with water before being left unattended or before bed. No smoldering coals or open flames may be left burning.
• Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM – please be respectful of neighbors and other guests.
• Take all trash with you – this is a pack-in, pack-out site. No trash disposal available.
• No loud music, parties, or disruptive behavior.
• All guests must be fully self-contained (except in the one designated hookup spot).
• Feel free to set up chairs, small tables, etc., but please clean up and pack everything before departure.
• We reserve the right to ask guests to leave if rules are not followed.
This is a peaceful, low-key place to recharge and rest for a night or two. We look forward to hosting travelers who appreciate simplicity, courtesy, and clean country stays. Our property is covered by video surveillance so please keep it respectful.

Peacetree Farms was full of spectacular views. We took the canoe around the lake for a few hours, walked the maintained trails on property, and enjoyed listening to the song birds all weekend.
Katie was wonderful, helped me get to the site after a late arrival, provided firewood, picnic benches and flat land to set up on.
Fantastic trip will be back again to see how everything flushes out in summer!

Many of the reviews detail the available activities, all of which are worth taking advantage of, but what I find most compelling is when a host makes sure basic needs are met. Many of the tent sites you find on Hipcamp are open fields, peppered with picnic tables and fire rings, but PeaceTree's sites are carefully chosen and tailored to a camper's needs.
The property is very hilly as one would expect being nestled between the Northern Prairies and the Ozark Foothills, but each site is level, well protected with trees, and a short walk from the nearest porta-potty. A chilly night with an intense hail storm meant a warm campfire was a necessity. While there was plenty of dead wood lying on the ground, a full load of cut firewood was delivered to us shortly after we arrived.
Most of the places you find on Hipcamp provide a place to rest and have a few unique quirks, but there are very few rare exceptions like PeaceTree Farms that is such a magical place that hosts like Katie and her family can't help but share it with a community that has a voracious appetite for breathtaking views, thrilling activities, and one-of-a-kind nature experiences. We were just passing through Northeast Missouri on the last night of a roadtrip, looking for nothing more than a level pad and a fire ring, and were fortunate to have stumbled upon PeaceTree Farms. We arrived with few expectations and left our only regret being that we could not spend at least a week to take in the full experience.

What an amazing place! We enjoyed camping at one of the walk up sites. And we also enjoyed a beautiful hike on the property. The host was super friendly, inviting and informative. I really enjoyed camping at Sudden Valley. I was looking to get away from everything and a public campground is usually too close to your neighbors. I wanted solitude. The Top of the Ridge site was perfect. The site is tucked back into the woods with was plenty of room to spread out with multiple tent sites in that area to choose from - tucked into the trees or out in the open. It would be great for a family with a couple of tents and still have room for games like corn hole or washers. I’ll probably bring my grandkids next summer. Randy got me set up with firewood and the scoop on the property, then I wasn’t bothered the rest of my trip, well, except for Molly, one of their dogs, that dropped by for a visit each morning for a quick pet.

They had the haunted hayride, and although I didn’t get to go (due to having my 2 dogs while camping), it sounded like it was so much fun from those who did get to go! Since it was dusk when we arrived, we didn't fully appreciate the beauty and serenity of our camping spot until the next morning. How awesome to wake up to the birds singing and the reflection of the fall tree on the pond as the sun was rising. After breakfast we took a walk about the property. The "Guess what tree" display by the bathrooms was quite challenging and fun! Although we did not use them, we peeked into the bathrooms - well maintained and roomy with a toilet, sink and shower. After checking out all of the campsites (we were the only ones there) and the pavilion area, we hiked around the northern section of the property (since the 800+ acres of land to the south were closed) and enjoyed every minute.
If you are looking for a space to camp in the area for a night or several, this should be your choice.

I stayed here 3 nights just me and my dog. The site is safe, beautiful grounds, great for hikes, exploring, viewing wildlife, nature ,etc... Clint communicated very well, directions are accurate and easy to find. As soon as I pulled in the driveway there were deer in the field & driveway.What a beautiful site !
