The 80-acre property is carved out of a Norway pine plantation. Sites are approximately 10,000 square ft. in size with about 50 ft. of trees between each site for semi-privacy. We have tried to maintain a balance of nature while making the sites as RV friendly as possible. Although the property is located in the country, it is located along a state highway for easy access and there are three towns and many amenities and recreational venues within 15 minutes drive. Currently no hook-ups, but there is a yard hydrant and dump station. There are also portable restrooms on site.

We bought a trailer on a seasonal site and have thoroughly enjoyed our summers here ever since! Learn more about this land:      R&R Mille Lacs offers a private channel lake lot on beautiful Mille Lacs! The site will have a pull through driveway with 2 RV spots with electricity and water on a gravel pad. The gravel drive through is big enough for 1 more RV but there are no hookups. $60 per RV per night. (So if your group brings 3 RVs it totals to $180.00 per night. Tents are also allowed.  There is one dump station as you pull out.      The site also has a private dock to put your boat or other water toys on. With just a short boat ride through the channel you can be out fishing on the mighty Mille Lacs in minutes. There are no waves to worry about in the channel so just tying up to the dock is nice and easy. With the calm waters it is a great place to use your kayak or paddle board, or just some fishing off the dock. There will be a four person paddle boat available for guests, you must bring your own lifejackets for any water activities.  There are also atv or mountain bike trails just feet away from the site. There is a fire pit on site with free split firewood.      We are located 5 minutes south of Garrison, and 5 minutes north of Grand Casino Mille Lacs, and right across the road from Northwood Hills golf course with Charlie’s Bar & Grill.       To launch your boat there are public water accesses to the north and south.

This ranch was established in 1907 and the outbuildings still need work, as well as public bathrooms which we can only offer by Porta potty for $100/day which is what we are charged. Perfect for boondocking! There is water at the rv dump as well as clean portables dotted throughout the acreage. Importantly, there is plenty of space for a relatively private stay. We were in site 101 and could hear the road quite clearly but didn’t mind, you may want to choose a deeper site. The tree plantation was perfect for a hammock! Thank you Allen and we look forward to another stay.

Weekend Trip to R&R Mille Lacs

Very relaxing and peaceful. Beautiful wildlife! Fantastic location and easy drive to casino, museum, and state park. The fire pit and wood provided was so nice. Nicely manicured lawn & plenty of privacy. We had a very nice time here & would return.

Rented 2 spots and had the family up, it was so peaceful and the sites a very nice sized and easy to maneuver around plus a lot to explore. I would definitely recommend! Alan is very nice and helpful, great host And hope to go again later in the summer.

Great location for all things to do in the Cuyuna area. Peaceful and pretty area to camp. Dawn was great at communicating and helping us with the WiFi right away. Highly recommend!

Weekend Trip to Sunset Pines MN

This is a place that is perfect for families. We enjoyed reading quietly in our RV site and listening to the kids pal around and have the time of their lives. The manager was very friendly and really accommodating when we had to stay part of a day longer because our camper awning got stuck in the open position. The facilities including bathrooms are clean and well kept. And it's free to use the kayaks and canoe. They also have fishing boats for rent.
