Big rig-friendly

Spacious, level camping well-suited for travel trailers over 40 ft long.

28 beautiful acres in Amish Country! Owner is friendly and runs a thrift store on site. 3 separate fields to choose from. “Shepherds Field” has an outdoor music stage with an upright piano and power to it as well as a grand piano available to play in the thrift shop. “Husky field” is more woodsy feeling and last but not least is “Field of Dreams” the most off grid we can offer here! No power, water, WiFi or noise! We are Canna friendly if you can be discreet. 360 deg views of nature and sky! Beautiful sunrises & sunsets. Bring your animals (Dogs, horses, you pick) and some hiking shoes and rock hound on site. 15 minutes to nearest Walmart. 7 minutes to nearest nice restaurant & bar. Wadena & Staples are a thrift shoppers dream! Wadena also features fantastic restaurants including a superb German brewery with the best wood fire pizzas in the state, with many other unique places to check out! Nearest lake is about a 15 minute drive. There are currently 2 well water spouts to hook up to. Working on 240, but can only offer 120 by extension cord at this time. Unless you have a 20’ plus cord and don’t mind parking close to the garage. WiFi available near the house. Or get away from all the static in field of dreams. This ranch was established in 1907 and the outbuildings still need work, as well as public bathrooms which we can only offer by Porta potty for $100/day which is what we are charged. This is our first year offering camping to the public, so bear with us and help support a good cause so we can continue to add amenities here. There’s endless miles of absolutely beautiful motorcycle & trail riding out here! On leash. If your pet thinks and acts like a nice person it can run free at your discretion. If it’s biter, set up a tie out stake and they’ll still love it here!

Porta potty(s) can be ordered with 48 hours notice for an additional $120/ per day. charged by the sanitation vendor.

Potable water available

Pump or well. Crisp fresh spring water from 2 outside spickets. Some sulfer smell, but it has been tested as safe to drink.

Limited areas on Shepherds & Husky fields. No signal on Field of Dreams.

No showers

Best to have an RV or portable outdoor shower.

Can be provided for an additional $10 or we will ask that you handle trash removal.

We do have many kitchen essentials available in our thrift store on site.

What a BEAUTIFUL and quiet spot we found! We are on our way to our roadschooling adventures and this spot couldn’t have popped up at a better time. There is soooo much space! Amazing communication from Jason and explained everything so well to us. Was so kind to offer us firewood for a nice fire but we were so exhausted from our drive. There are some beautiful German shepherds on the property who caused no issues and greeted us with welcoming smiles 🐾 the host took the pups in in the evening which I thought was so kind to even consider! We will DEFINITELY be back for our next trip in September. THANK YOU JASON ✨
