Our farm started as a soy field and has since exploded into a biodiverse forest of fruit and nut trees, vegetables, mushrooms, and more. The land is designed to mimic the strengths of a natural ecosystem so we plant to replicate the forest edge... except everything is edible. Think Willy Wonka's factory but with plants:)

Nature is pretty comfortable with us and interactions with deer, fox, and birds are a common occurrence. 

Sunset Pointe

Sunset Pointe is situated on Fishing Creek (Hoopers Island), a connection between The Honga River and The Chesapeake Bay. Tyler Cove public boat ramp is less than 1 mile away for convenient watercraft launching, plenty of parking for vehicles and trailers. The Hoopers Island General Store is next door with dine-in or carry out food, groceries, deli, hardware & tools, fishing tackle, bait and boating needs, apparel and full variety of beer, wine and liquor. Old Saltys Restaurant is 1.5 miles away and are currently open Wednesday through Sunday serving local seafood dinners and have an outside seasonal Tiki Bar open on the weekends with live music most Saturdays. Gootee's Marine & Fishing Charters is 6.8 miles away with a full marine mechanic staff and several charter boats for local fishing trips and Light House Tour charters. There is another public boat ramp behind Gootee's Marina with a large parking area.

This is the perfect place to escape the business of life, relax, and recharge!  Here at Levin's time passes a bit slower and you can savor each moment in time!  You will be surrounded by Mother Nature!  Perfect for Birdwatchers and nature lovers!  Amazing refuge views by by day and gorgeous starry views by night!

This safe space had many unique offerings including a relaxing waterside fire pit, nature walk, hammock, picnic table. 

Cambridge is centrally located on the Eastern Shore of Maryland!  The perfect spot to stay if you want to explore the shore!  This is the perfect home base for Eastern Shore day trips to Kent Island, Easton, Tilghman Island, St Michaels, Ocean City, and Assateague!  Dorchester County is also the perfect place to go Eastern Shore "Island Hopping" and visit Hooper's, Taylors, Elliott's, Tilghman, and Kent Island for the weekend!

Gratitude at the Mill Pond

In 1831 formerly Northern's Mill had an old mill house, dwelling house, outbuildings, mill pond and water courses with about 31 acres and was bought for an enormous amount of
$10.00!

At the working mill the owner's wife baked pies for the workers to enjoy
while they waited for their ground grains (most likely corn, soybeans and wheat).

The pond is also recognized as
Courtney Mill Pond and Kissinger Mill Pond.
 Fires in the 1980's have claimed the building creating a perfect place for you to enjoy nature outside.

Fresh and salt water surrounds a birding, fishing paradise with 5 acres to explore. Bald Eagles are a common siting.&nbsp;We offer a primitive camping experience in the heart of the Northern Neck.&nbsp; The road is washed out and fresh water pond mostly drained.  You will access from Mundy Point Road. This&nbsp;historical site had a working Mill built in the early&nbsp;1800's. Please check out my friend's place nearby at Callao Brewery and Rivah Vineyards at the Grove!&nbsp; Grab some fresh local veggies from one of the Amish stands and don't forget your tackle and bait at RW's.

Camp 1 has the most room for car camping and groups close to the road and overlooking the pond.

Camp 2 is a short hike to a private knoll overlooking the grassy marsh of Mill Creek, this is tidal water that flows to the&nbsp;Potomac.

Kingsley Orchards, LLC

Pitch your tent or park your RV on our historic 36-acre blueberry farm. Picnic tables, charcoal grills, and fire pits are located on lots. We are a newly renovated farm that has an almost 60-year history. Very close to Delaware and Ocean City Beaches! Our property is also monitored by security cameras.
Once owned by Tom Ryan and part of the 100+ acres of  Ryan's Berry Farm, Kingsley Orchards now owns the middle 36 acres and market building of the historic farm. 
Efforts paid off and the farm and market opened in June 2017 with a beautiful crop of blueberries and many multi-generational customers coming back with their children. The best outcome has been the opportunity to share growing food with children and helping them learn a love for outdoors and farming. Many of the customers remember their own grandparents bringing them to the farm! We had customers from age 1 to 89 picking blueberries
We also offer a climate controlled  venue for weddings, birthday parties, & any other events. Cypress Winds (302-362-1036)

Why Not Acres

HORSES WELCOME! &nbsp;Why not run your horse on the beach, then come to our campsites to relax for the rest of your day. &nbsp;There is a fenced pasture positioned next to the sites so you can see your faithful friend enjoying some grass or hay. &nbsp;We have a new Zinger 29' trailer set up with a bunk room and another bedroom, full kitchen and bathroom. &nbsp;It can easily sleep six people. &nbsp;If you have your own RV, we have a full hook up at the same area. &nbsp;The pasture where your horse stays will also have hay, water and shelter with a run-in. &nbsp;This is a sanctuary for our animals. &nbsp;We have nine animals here, four horses (some minnies) and five donkeys (some minnies). &nbsp;By staying here, you will be helping us to support our animals. &nbsp;We are in Frankford, De which is close to all the beaches and parks. &nbsp;There are many shopping adventures awaiting you, either outlets or upcycle stores. &nbsp;If you just want to relax, there is a small pond out back stocked with bass and turtles. &nbsp;We have 17+ acres but we only use the front five acres and leave the rest for the deer, foxes, eagles, hawks and whatever else shows up.&nbsp; We believe this is Heaven on earth and would love to share it will you. &nbsp;So please come, stay at our farm and relax. &nbsp;We are here year round.

We live on the corner of these streets.  Google map shows us as living on Rd. 402 not Blueberry Lane.

This is our Zinger 29' trailer with a bunk room and master bedroom.  It is equiped with a full kitchen and bath. 

You can relax by the bar-b-q or around the fireplace

It has a/c and heat with a fireplace, plus the views out the window are beautiful.

Kitchen has everything you need, stove with oven, microwave and frig.

Bunk room has three single beds and a couch that turns into a full size bed.

The master bedroom has a comfy queen size bed.

We have big and small, horses and donkeys, oh there is a bison farm across the street.

Rustic Zen Campsite W/ Fishing

Tent/boondocking camping w/ beautiful water views & abundant wildlife. It’s pet & family-friendly+offers space for multiple tents. The site is approx. 15min to Janes Island State Park, Crisfield; 30-45min to Assateague State Park or Ocean City (depending on traffic).  It's quiet, secluded, untouched/wild = not manicured (ie there’s tall grass in some areas); perfect to unplug/reconnect w/nature. 

5 beautiful 8x10ft waterfront campsites! Pick your spot along the creek in grassy area in front of the old cabin/farmhouse or behind & enjoy!

Take your trash w/ you & pickup after your pets! Do NOT leave a trace!

By entering & using this campsite, you acknowledge & accept that outdoor recreation involves inherent risks, including but not limited to uneven terrain, falling branches, wildlife encounters, insects, weather-related hazards, & other natural or man-made conditions.

The property owner &/or management are not responsible for accidents, injuries, loss, or damage to persons or property.

All guests & visitors assume full responsibility for their own safety & belongings while on the premises. Take your trash w/ you to help facilitate a clean but untouched /wild (unmanicured) site. Please remember to be respectful to others camping. Again, this a FAMILY friendly site.

Quiet Hours: 10:00 PM – 7:00 AM

	•	Please respect quiet hours for the comfort of all campers.

Pets:

	•	Pets are welcome! $10 per pet fee per stay.

	•	All pets must remain leashed; cleaned up after them.

Leave No Trace:

	•	This is a pack in, pack out campground.

	•	Please take all trash, food, & belongings w/ you when you leave.

	•	Help us keep the creek & forest/marsh area beautiful for everyone.

General Notes:

	•	Campsites are tent-only (no RVs but boondocking is allowed), campers, or trailers).

	•	Campfires permitted only in designated fire rings (when local restrictions allow).

Elijah's General Store

Toddville Maryland "The Land That Time Forgot" is a beautiful undeveloped land scape. in its glory days there was a town with everything that you needed that was based on the fishing and crabbing  industry today there is still many operations but the majority of the town and homes have been abandoned which has given way to untouched landscape with wild life everywhere. you will have great views of the water ways and wild life with peace and quit and privacy.

This camp site is  behind our small general store which opens at the end of October 2024

Also the area is prone to regular tides/tidal rise, if there is any major storm off the coast of a full moon roads will get water on them 

Crapo MD Camper/van site

Southern Dorchester County MD surrounded by marshes and tidal wet lands, this area is like talking a trip back in time into one of Maryland's beautiful and untouched by devolvement landscapes, you are surrounded by natured and wild life everywhere. The spot is a gravel drive way close to the road and east to get in and out of, there is a small active post office next door and a active short term rental on the property.  

Mom's Place

There are 3 secluded sites side by side that are nestled to the front of 28 plus acres of woodland and surrounded by farmland.  There are no hook ups at the property.  Water is available if you need to refill.  Your unit must be self contained.  Property is close to the resort areas of  Assateague Island, Ocean City, Berlin, Snow Hill and Salisbury.  Feel free to ask  for suggestions of our favorite places to visit and local restaurants.  There are dogs, goats, pigs and chickens that roam the property.  The roosters and goats love to talk (loudly and early)!   We also own an RV rental company (atthebeachrvrentals.com).  We can also do a site with a camper rental.  Please contact us for further details on the camping package!  Whether you are coming to visit our beach towns, hunt our public lands or visit family in the area, we would love to meet you!

Ocean Stop

A long roadside stretch about 100 ft deep along Old Ocean City rd in Parsonsburg Md. Graveled land for parking but driving over grass area is encouraged. The whole runs together while the visiting area is west of the main. center tree.

Electric plug-in for RV or regular on site, go to the utility meter it's on a pedestal.

5 mi east of Salisbury, 30 minutes to Ocean City Maryland and Millsboro Delaware. All of the beaches are right at hand, the Pocomoke River, Berlin and other tourist sites. 

Camping permitted, fires permitted. Clean up and bury your waste, RVs and boat storage permitted. Most open land uses are zoned for that area, it's "village commercial".

Stay long as you wish, all season or all year. Plenty of space, all of it is off street parking and there are gravelled spots and paved areas as well.

Small shore property connected to the wetlands and the bay behind Chincoteague and Assateague islands. About 20 minutes to the town of Chincoteague and about a half hour to the beaches of Assateague island and the wild ponies that live there. The property is in a small private community that has it's own private marina and dock along with a crabbing pier. Bring your small boat, kayak, paddleboard, crab traps, and fishing pole.
