Several camper/rv sites are available near the gazebo, some flatter than others. Two of our sites are even appropriate for horse trailers... bring your own portable electric fence, highline your horses, or use our grass paddock! In Corinth, the paved roads are considered ATV trails as long as you're heading to a trail (closest trail is less than 4 miles away). We are 30 minutes from the Interstate, 30 minutes from the Waterfront Concerts venue and Cross Insurance Center, and less than 1-2 hours from a ton of great outdoor attractions, like the Moosehead Lake Region, Baxter State Park, Fort Knox / Penobscot Observatory, and tons more. We can offer 15a electric at Sites 1 and 4, and we have a small dumpster, one bag of trash per stay is allowed. There is direct access to our private wooded trail system (non-motorized-use-only). Sunflower Ranch is the name of our home and property. Not only is our cozy, modest house sunflower yellow but in August it is surrounded with sunflowers of all sizes. We share our property with a flock of sweet hens and ducks.....and a few bossy roosters. Eggs are available for purchase if needed. There is a little greenhouse with herbs, greens and strawberries. The field is also an apple orchard that mostly feeds the wildlife. The tent site is privately placed in our cove unseen from the house. We wanted to offer a site that we would enjoy as well and feels like it is in a world of its own. We spend all of our free time outside, camping and paddling the local rivers and lakes. Tommy and I can recommend many beautiful remote Maine adventures for you to experience that are located off the grid and away from all other humans. The sweet city of Ellsworth is only 7 miles away for all of your provisions and Otis General Store is 1 mile away.. they have everything to get you through plus beer, wine, ice and homemade pizza. We can give you a pass to visit the Beech Hill Pond Beach also only 1 mile away (I walk there all the time) which has clear water and a sandy bottom. Great spot to spend the day sunbathing and swimming. I can offer yoga, personal training, boxing and paddleboard lessons or SUP yoga for some onsite physical fitness fun upon request. Learn more about this land: 16 by 12 ft A-Frame on a platform overlooking our private cove on Graham Lake.  Walk through the forest trail to the Beech Hill Pond Stream and find a private little swim spot under a mini waterfall . This is a huge level gravel pad up a long dirt driveway. Travel down a dirt road about 1 mile to find your oasis in nature. 4 wheel drive is not required but necessary if you bring an RV (please use 4 wheel drive when going up the driveway if you’re towing to avoid creating ruts in the drive way. A car will make it down the dirt road and up the semi-steep drive way. PLEASE DRIVE SLOW to respect the road and preserve the undercarriage of your car. Please bring everything you need for a great stay and take everything with you when you depart. The pad will accommodate multiple tents, a small to medium sized RV and 4-5 cars. There are no onsite amenities. Please bring your water and plan to take your trash with you. The area is lush and green and the stars are bright at night. Any fallen trees are yours to use for firewood. You can also take any small branches from the brush piles. We just ask that you do not cut down any other trees on the property. You have 13 acres all to yourself. There are a few short trails that lead to the rear of the property but they are very short and not maintained paths. Guests interactions: You are on your own! We will observe the property after your checkout. Please take everything with you and do not burn trash in the fire ring. There are nearby ATV trails. If you bring ATVs, kindly ask that you drive them carefully on our gravel pad, driveway, and dirt road (drive slow, no donuts please :)) Dogs are welcome! Bring your friends. Take your trash. Please respect our nature and pack it out if you pack it in. That includes anything you may or may not do in the woods. Do not leave tissue paper or piles of #2 on the paths. Use a bag, pack it out. We do not provide anything besides the space to pop a tent. Bring a hand saw to cut wood!

We are third generation Randalls to own this 100 acre farm. We love the property and we are creating an event venue space. On the farmhouse side we have an original 1800s barn. We are building a large pavilion for events. Behind this area there is a rolling hill which overlooks Dixmont mountains. Across the road, is a large, flat field with small farm pond with tree swing, rustic arbor and historic farm equipment. We are just a few miles off I-95 both north and south bound. The farm is just a few miles away from Plymouth Pond, Etna Pond and just about 10 miles away from Newport with ATV trails, Sebasticook Lake and main direction to enter the lakes/Appalachian Mountain region. Stay to visit nature or stay for easy access to the Bangor Waterfront, Cross Insurance Center or the Children's Discovery Museum.

CENTRAL MAINE (CORINTH) - Camp sites are located in a large, quiet, rural backyard with direct access to 90 acres of wooded, private, non-motorized trails, including a shallow stream. Camp site property is attached to a small hobby farm with 2 horses and a flock of chickens. We sell beautiful blue/green/brown farm-fresh eggs from our free range chickens ($5/dozen). We also offer an optional and customizable "Farm Experience"... collect eggs, brush and feed horses, etc. Also optional/customizable, visit our home for a traditional Maine meal served on our patio, near our big fire pit. Meals are negotiated on a custom basis with local in-season foods.

Great fishing, loon watching, eagles and herons. Enjoy paddling and exploring right from your tent site. Bird watching bliss! Very peaceful and quiet. Canoe or 2 kayaks included.

Our home is a winter wonderland that can be enjoyed in all seasons. Almost 200 acres of mild to adventurous hiking in heavy wooded forest, but if you prefer an easy walk there are 30 acres of Balsam fir Christmas trees with a great view from any angle. This is a working tree farm that dates back to the 60s. Park your camper or pop a tent at the top of our fields for a view of the Belfast Bay on a clear day. Or tuck into the trees beyond it for seclusion and shade. Anywhere you camp is a great place to take in the fall colors of the Maples, Poplar, Oak and Birch in the surrounding woodlands. 20 minutes from Bangor - shopping, restaurants, venues, etc. 30 minutes to Belfast - small coastal town w/ shops, great food, ocean views. 15 minutes to Monroe Country Store for homemade pizza, baked goods and bevvies. 15 minutes to Tattooed Dad Brewery in Jackson w/ live music.
