Welcome to Piscataquis Point Campsites, a multi-use, off grid camp spot located in Medford Maine. Situated in central Maine on the Piscataquis river, this is a beautiful spot to unplug, relax and enjoy the area while still being close enough to in-town amenities. There are several off grid tent pads that can accommodate large groups and ample parking for a camper and vehicles if you desire some extra comforts. A common sitting area, firepit with cooking grate and picnic table are provided for your convenience as well as a beautifully constructed outhouse for when nature calls. Minutes to I-95, family and pet friendly, ATV trail access and lakes nearby, if you're looking to get away Piscataquis Point may be just the place!Set above the Piscataquis river, Piscataquis point offers a roomy, private 1.5 acres to pitch tents and enjoy the area. Great for large groups, there are four gravel pads to pitch tents and ample room to park a camper or vehicles. Wade into the water to cool off on a summer day or launch a kayak right from shore, relax by an evening fire and enjoy the sounds of the river in this peaceful spot. This is an ATV friendly area with a vast trail system nearby and multiple local lakes provide plenty of opportunities for boating and fishing.

This campsite was so beautiful and well maintained! Peaceful river sounds, wonderful set up for pitching tents and having a fire. Will definitely come back.

Great campsite!

This campsite exceeded expectations! We stopped for the night passing through and absolutely loved it! Well kept and layed out, we will definitely be back! There was ample space right along the river had we been with a larger group but plenty of privacy for just the two of us. A very clean and well built outhouse was available as well as trash and recycling. A fire ring and woodshed with plenty of wood available and benches, also! 10/10 highly reccomend definitely a hipcamp gem!

We had a fantastic long weekend - water was super high and current was crazy but it did recede fairly quickly and we were able to play in very refreshing water on shoreline. Site was clean and stocked with wood. The only issue and slight, was the outhouse should have been cleaned prior to visit- Easy fix We have future reservations and will refer to friends

The campsite was incredible! Right on the river with a beautiful view. We were just there for one night and nature decided to rain on us so we didn't take advantage of the fire pit. I did however wake up early to get some fishing in, which was nice and peaceful.

Absolutely beautiful. Spacious and private. The layout of the camp was well thought out and the firing areas and nice outhouse were awesome. The river is soooooo beautiful and we would like to return soon.

This was the absolute best campsite we have stayed at. It was beautiful, quiet and so well taken care of. We are so grateful and can’t wait to be back!
