To the north the Dixmont, and Bangor areas are visible. Watch the sunset to the west over Sennebec pond and Appleton ridge. To the southwest Mt. Washington may be just visible on a clear day. 75 acres of open fields and woodlands to explore at your leisure.
Among the hidden gems you might find are the original homestead foundation, a vernal brook, a distant field that is totally secluded and an oak tree with a heart! Deer, wild Turkeys, Hawks, Owls and Bald Eagles are frequent visitors. You may even stumble upon wild raspberries and blackberries, if they're in season.
The small town of Union also hosts the Maine Wild Blueberry Festival. The Lobster Festival is nearby in Rockland every August.

A cell phone booster is at the campground which works good and runs all the time and no wifi or power at the cabins off grid. Shower is located at the cabins.
We are located 2 miles from Route 1 Milbridge and about 2 miles from Route 1A Milbridge and we just fixed the Old County Road and the parking area and the road is settling from being fixed but low cars have been making into the parking area with no problems.
The paths are primitive and not suited for people who have trouble walking on uneven ground.
We provide solar lights, propane stove, propane, natural bug spray, battery bank charger, 1 small bottled water per guests and sleeping bags.
Heat provided from Oct 1 to April 30.
No Out of State Maine Firewood.

The cabin has a queen bed in the downstair bedroom and another double bed in the loft. The couch in the sitting room also folds-out to a double bed for the children. We use high-quality cotton sheets, pillows and down comforters - to assure you will be cozy and feel pampered.
We provide coffee/tea service in the morning in our farm store.
The cabin does not have heat, electricity or running water. We provide numerous battery-charged lights and candles making this a is cozy, relaxing and perfect way to experience Maine farm life. An outhouse is nearby. We provide an outdoor hot-water shower.
Plan to visit our farm store where you can buy goat-milk soap, beeswax candles, organic wool pillows, sheep and goat skins and other creations made by Patti.
Loads of hiking trails are right out our door or wander down the gravel road.
Visiting the animals (sheep, chickens and, of course, Denali - the farm hound) is always a highlight for guests. Please leave your own dog at home, thank you.

This site is down a 350+' private No Outlet drive with limited lighting, surrounded by a thicket of trees on all sides for total privacy and the serene quiet of forest life in Downeast Maine.

A-Frame Cabin 10’by10’, private, fire pit, benches, picnic table and hammock. The Cabin is 75’ from Old County Road and 200’ from the parking area.
A cell phone booster is at the campground which works good and runs all the time and no wifi or power at the cabins off grid. Shower is located at the cabins.
We are located 2 miles from Route 1 Milbridge and about 2 miles from Route 1A Milbridge and we just fixed the Old County Road and the parking area and the road is settling from being fixed but low cars have been making into the parking area with no problems.
The paths are primitive and not suited for people who have trouble walking on uneven ground.
We provide solar lights, propane stove, propane, natural bug spray, battery bank charger, 1 small bottled water per guests and sleeping bags.
Heat provided from Oct 1 to April 30.
No Out of State Maine Firewood.

Our farm cabin has a great feel of being connected to nature. It is quiet, cozy and a wonderful place to watch the sunset overlooking grazing animals. The cabin has a queen bed in the downstair bedroom and another double bed in the loft. The couch in the sitting room also folds-out to a double bed for the children. We use high-quality cotton sheets, pillows and down comforters - to assure you will be cozy and feel pampered.
We provide coffee/tea service in the morning in our farm store.
The cabin does not have heat, electricity or running water. We provide numerous battery-charged lights and candles making this a is cozy, relaxing and perfect way to experience Maine farm life. An outhouse is nearby. We provide an outdoor hot-water shower.
Plan to visit our farm store where you can buy goat-milk soap, beeswax candles, organic wool pillows, sheep and goat skins and other creations made by Patti.
Loads of hiking trails are right out our door or wander down the gravel road.
Visiting the animals (sheep, chickens and, of course, Denali - the farm hound) is always a highlight for guests. Please leave your own dog at home, thank you.

For the past eleven years, hundreds of people have enjoyed seeing the lambs, walking on our trails, and relaxing in a cell-free zone.

We offer two (2) parking sites suitable for an RV or tow trailer no longer than 40' and no taller than 15'. There is a 50 AMP hookup, plus recently tested well water and newly re-piped septic. This site is down a 350+' private No Outlet drive with limited lighting, surrounded by a thicket of trees on all sides for total privacy and the serene quiet of forest life in Downeast Maine.
While we are not yet set up for tent camping, stay tuned for when we open additional sites!

You can take what the land offers but no cutting trees. There are blackberries and raspberries galore wild and other things growing I probably don’t know about. This is truly a nature lovers dream. We enjoyed the beach, and I would highly consider coming back at a warmer time. The campsite we stayed at wasn’t as big as it looked in photos, so there was some maneuvering near the old house to fit our two tiny trailers.
It was an hour to the main Acadia entrance, but so beautiful out there. If camping in tick season, bring spray and check your dogs. We were covered.
Beach was 100/10.

We had the best time at this site. The views were absolutely incredible. We had better sunset views from the campsite than we even would in Acadia. Having the water, electric plug, and bathroom on site was so helpful, too. We ended up tent camping, but the little house was such an added perk, too for storage, spending time together, etc. I can’t recommend this spot enough!!

The turn is a bit hidden so drive very slowly — we reached the top of the mountain and had to turn around because we went too far. I think the sign is a little hidden within the bushes. We loved this place so much we booked 5 days originally only to extend and stay 14. Most definitely one of my favorite campsites ever. Woods, beach, calm, quiet, serenity, sunsets! private, harbors, trails, kayaks, Acadia! Really loved this place and the beauty it offers..other guests indicated they had returned 3 and 4 times already. Cannot say enough about Lily, just an amazing host and person who went way out of her way to navigate a few challenges (imposed by ourselves) during our stay. Quick to respond to all of it and had solutions all along the way. Would vote best host of any stay and cannot wait to return to this amazing property. An amazing variance of sunsets and the bay was completely still and other times crashing waves at the private beach. Would give it 10 stars if I could. Thanks Lily!
