Weekend Trip to Coop Dreams Farm
We had a great time at Coop Dreams Farm this past weekend! Brad was very friendly and we enjoyed talking to him about the farm and animals. He went above and beyond to cut out a specific campsite just for us so we could be close to the creek and then took the time to come back to make a better path to the creek for us. We were able to walk and see the cows, chickens and goats and even pet/feed the cows when they let us! The property is beautiful and we highly recommend staying here if you want a serene, private, beautiful location.

The site was beautiful. Every direction was picturesque. We just so happened to go camping here on a weekend with a heat advisory and the pavilion was a nice source of shade. There were a lot more houseflies than I thought there would be; especially around the pavilion, but the site is in the middle of a farm so it’s not entirely unexpected. I’d definitely come back to camp here in the fall/winter.

This place is truly an oasis!!!! It felt so beautiful and secluded, like a peaceful escape from everything. The pond is stunning, and the surrounding views are absolutely breathtaking. We only stayed one night, which wasn’t nearly enough—but we’ll definitely be coming back!! Bryan and Nicole are so kind to share this special place with others. They were incredibly helpful and informative in their communication leading up to our stay. Once we arrived, they gave us our space, but were always kind and responsive whenever we needed anything.

Very nice, private land with a beautiful pond and amazing view of the sunset. It's a secluded site and the owners were very accommodating. I would definitely return if I'm in the area again. I would say that maybe if you have a land yacht this might not be the spot for you. Smaller travel trailers will do best in this area.

Learn more about this land: Our spot is not far off 64 and close to 69. It's a late 1800's farmhouse with an antique barn situated in the middle of an industrial park, so it is loud during the day. Since we've added a gravel parking lot for barn concerts, there are just a few camping spots. Vehicles are welcome. We usually have a portajohn. You can sit around a fire on our property and look at the stars by night (when there's not a fire ban). The Blue Grass Fish and Wildlife Area is a just a bit up the road. Peak animal sanctuary is a non-profit vegan sanctuary that is home to 44 farm animals that have been rescued from neglect situations and/or factory farms. We are located on 65 beautiful acres in Owen County Indiana where you can view star filled skies on a clear night and camp near our animal enclosures. We do require that anyone who chooses to camp on our property has to adhere to our "vegan only" policy while onsite and not bring or consume any animal/fish or dairy products while on the property. For the safety of our animals and guests, visitors are not permitted to enter any of the animal enclosure areas without a staff member. We do offer a short tour and introduction for a small donation.
