Camp and gather at our family owned farm- The Farm-ish Momstead, also known as The Martin Family Farm. Available for primitive camping, day use, or event gathering. Amenities could include the use of the event barn for groups and events, a lake, fishing (bring your own pole and tackle, kayak or SUPs), bonfire pits, a shelter house, and a reliving farm experience if you choose to take part- beef cows, dairy goats (often including milking and goat kids), a mini highland cow, and chickens. Included in your stay is our resident Safety Manager, our collie Tilly. Please know she has a job to do and her best tool is her voice. You may hear barking as she keeps critters away. Other than that, she’s super friendly, although she may forget her manners at times and jump when excited.

Primitive Field is beautifully situated on the hilltop field near the communal shelter house (with electricity), and easy access to the lake and cabin fire pit. This is a large field area where campers will share space. You can choose where you want to place your tent and how close/far you want to be from fellow campers. Feel free to bring your fishing poles/tackle, no motorized small boat or kayak/sup. You can collect down wood around you for the fire pit. There is access to water. (A single shared faucet) Enjoy the farm life amenities! There are no bathroom amenities here, Guests will need to be self contained, take waste with them and leave no trace. Event barn can be reserved separately.

Do you have a group that wants to camp and gather together? The 2-day Group Camp + Gather Barn may be what you need! (And if you need to modify times we can work out a custom package) This reservation includes up to 25 Primitive Field sites *max 30 people*, as well as use of the Gather Barn for the duration of your stay. This gives you a full kitchen, indoor Gather area, bathroom, 2 fire pits, picnic shelter, lake and a LOT of room! ** Be sure to check out all of the features of the Gather Barn and the Primitive Field sites on those site listings. Up to 30 people, 20 tents max. There is a $100 refundable damage/clean up deposit due on arrival.

This single site is perfectly situated on a level gravel pad, right beside the communal shelter house (with electricity), and easy access to the lake and cabin fire pit. You have electric and water hookup! (There is no sewer hookup and dumping is not allowed on the property, so plan accordingly 😉 ) This is a large field area where tent campers will share space as well. Feel free to bring your fishing poles/tackle, non motorized small boat or kayak/sup. You can collect down wood around you for the fire pit. Enjoy the farm life amenities! There are no bathroom amenities provided here, Guests will need to be self contained, take waste with them and leave no trace. Event barn can be reserved separately.

The Gather barn is for day use only and provides the perfect place to get your group together for meals and celebrations. There’s a full stocked kitchen, seating configurations for 25-30, can open to the wrapped porch area with additional seating. 2 fire tables on the porch, as well as a bonfire pit. There is a Bathroom inside Gather barn! Trash bins & bags provided, but you are responsible for all clean-up upon departure. $100 refundable deposit will be help for clean up. Fishing (bring your own poles and tackle) and yard games allowed. You are welcome to decorate but NO tape or tacks on walls. MAX # of people is 30- no exceptions. Want to make it a cuddle party with our animals? Ask us about upgrading to include an “animal add-on”. Want barrel rides for the kids? Ask us about our barrel train add-on!
