This is a magical place! My kids and I have been coming here for years and look forward to it all year long- the horses, the beautiful land, the creek, and the excitement of the freight train passing overhead are all highlights ! Highly recommend!

clean, beautiful, and very nice host, if heavy rain recently dirt road in gets soft. a tiny bit far away road noise, drops off late evening. recommended.

Meredith was accommodating to us for a last minute request and shared alternatives due to a rainy weather situation. We had a self-contained camper van and were proposed a spot in the parking next to the barn to rest for the night. We were (unfortunately!) not able to take advantage of the full experience at the private creek site but we saw the potential :-)

Had a great time at this site. Bobbie was very helpful and responsive to questions we had leading up to our visit. There were also some weather concerns that popped up the day-off as we were prepping to drive out to the site. Bobbie was very communicative and transparent about everything ("weather isn't great, it could be muddy, you might not have a good time, want to reschedule?" type stuff along with some photos).
The weather ended up clearing up and was ok and we still went out (in spite of the rain) and were glad we did!
There's a lovely forest clearing with a picnic table / fire pit area that was nice and secluded (although we were the only campers on the property that night). But overall loved the place, would highly recommend and will likely come back in the future

This place was GORGEOUS!! Very friendly horses visited our campsite and shared a snack!! The site was huge and very private. I highly, highly recommend!

Beautiful chunk of land! And Meredith was VERY helpful when I had to confront the possibility of hanging my hammock outside on a rainy night - she pointed me to a horse shelter where I could hang my hammock & stay dry, and I had a really lovely night.

We aren’t even home yet and already planning our next trip! Plus recommended it to a friend! Between the private site, waking up to horses grazing right in front of tent, and the beautiful scenery we had a blast. Not to mention the two rides we enjoyed with their fabulous mules and horses! I wanted to stuff Berry in the trunk 😂 truly a hidden gem! We are so thankful to Meredith and her staff for such an amazing weekend!

My stay here was nice and enjoyable. I have a very tall and large vehicle, so driving through some parts of the site was narrow and I hit some above tree branches, but it was just big enough for me to fit through other than that. If you're coming here with a large vehicle, make sure you're confident with maneuvering it and you'll be fine! The road was well maintained, and I loved the space we had at Site 1. Omar was very kind and welcoming.

Portapotties were clean and had hand sanitizer. The hosts were friendly and accommodating. Well maintained trails and sites, but watch out for ticks and poison ivy along the edges of the sites/trails (at no fault of the hosts, this is just nature y'all).
Site E was mostly private with the occasional camper passing by on the hiking trails. We bring our two cats camping, so we prefer more private campgrounds to limit possible negative interactions with dogs. We felt the site was safe/private enough to let our cats roam around the site on leash and took them around the trails for some walks.
We were also practicing our camping setup for an upcoming camping music festival, so we had a bit more equipment than typical campers. The site accommodated our extensive setup (2 10x10 canopies).
We really enjoyed the property and will be back sometime in the future!
