Two week maximum stay for this type of arrangement. Otherwise the home and RV spot may be rented individually and separately. The rentable large front yard is enclosed with a fence about .5 of an acre. The overall property is about eight acres. There are tall fir trees, grassy area, a firepit, pull-through driveway, shade. There is a large firepit, water, 30A power pole. No sewer for the RV. Most suitable for a vehicle pulling a RV up to 30-foot long. Driveway is flat with wood chips / gravel. Has a picnic table. The house on the property has a front porch with a pergola and another outdoor table with a shade umbrella. No access to the house. There are two driveways, North and South. Enter through the North driveway. There is a long-term tenant that lives in a detached shop on the South of the property and who also uses the South driveway.

Welcome to our “Peaceful Pinecone Grove” campground on a tranquil, secluded 3-acre homestead with myriad outdoor recreation activities nearby including: + Silverwood Theme Park and Farragut State Park, both a 5 minute drive + The quaint community of Bayview and beautiful Lake Pend Oreille, 10 minutes away + Coeur d’Alene and Sandpoint, both 30 minutes away + Super One Foods, ACE Hardware, an urgent care center and a gas station, along with Highway 95, just about a mile away This spacious, level, shaded back-in camp site provides all necessary hookups for your camper or trailer: electric, water and sewer. Wifi is provided as well. The space is most perfect for “van life” folks, designed by a host with her own glamping van that she keeps on the property. Having your own self-contained bathroom on board is preferred, but you are welcome to use our outhouse with a compost toilet and camping sink/water that will be cleaned and replenished every day. You’re welcome to pitch a tent or use the hammocks under the trees. There is a walking path through the woods, an outdoor clawfoot bathtub for cold plunges, and a trampoline. We’ll provide a couple of lounge chairs and a side table as well. On the homestead we grow a large selection of vegetables, fruit and flowers for the local farmers market. We also have a rooster and chickens that provide fresh eggs, and 2 VERY adorable tabby kitties that you’ll see roam the premises. You are welcome to visit the garden and stroll around, but please keep the garden gates shut for deer protection. You might enjoy a relaxing break on the bench in the herbal garden. For your culinary needs, please inquire about our commercial kitchen that is attached to the garage - it offers a 3-tier-sink, big fridge, freezer, toaster, water kettle, coffee maker, coffee thermos and various dishes and utensils. Homemade breakfast can be available upon request (coffee/tea, homemade German style bread or pretzels, jam, farm fresh eggs, freshly squeezed juices). Please refer to the pictures for an idea of options. Breakfast is $20 per person and needs to be booked two days in advance. We also offer kayak and SUP rentals for $25 per day. We are a small farm located on Green Bluff, Washington. We would love to have you come stay in our treehouse cabin or camp out on our tent platform and enjoy visiting with the mini donkeys, goats, chickens and the sheep. We have a shared fire pit area, a hot outdoor open air shower, an outhouse, and a full outdoor camp kitchen with a BBQ and camp cook stove, Green Bluff has so much to offer! There are several farms selling fresh produce, wineries, restaurants, a great brewery, stores, and so much more! We are also only 25 min away from Mt. Spokane State Park which has lots of hiking trails and other fun summer activities. Downtown Spokane is a quick 30 min drive where you can enjoy restaurants and shops. The setting is tucked in amongst the pines and is quiet. We are happy to show you around the farm and introduce you to mini donkeys, goats, chickens, cows, and barn cats! Green Bluff has so much to offer especially in the summer when you can go to several farms to pick fruits and vegetables, visit wineries, breweries, small businesses, and restaurants all within just a few minutes from our farm. I will give you all the information you need to tour Green Bluff when you arrive! Siemers Farm is located just 1/2 mile from us and they have pizza and salads available and Big Barn Brewery typically has food trucks and live music each weekend and they are about 3 miles away.

This is a great spot if you are visiting Moscow. It is real close to town which makes for an easy commute. However, it is also far enough out of town to make you feel like you are on a farm or truly camping. The hosts are very friendly and quick with communication. The site was very clean and level. The campsite was clean with full hook up (water and sewer). Camp chairs, fire wood, and a garbage receptacle was provided. Wish the weather was better to enjoy the space more. Second site with full hook ups is also available. Directions to the site were very accurate and the host offered us the other site to get out of the weather, but we couldn't pass up the view from the silo site. Thanks for letting us enjoy your property, and we hope to return in the spring.
