PLEASE PACK OUT ANY TRASH. THANK YOU The address to the house next door is 519 MiddleFork Rd, Garden Valley, ID 83622. That will get you to the property. The property is right after 519 it is a large open lot that leads down to the river. There is a black military vehicle parked on the very end close to the house. So there are two sections 1st is a flat section where you have plenty of room to set up tents and RVs. It is right off the road, and any car can get to the site with ease. The 2nd section is more wooded and has access to the river. You are welcome to tent camp here it is just getting an RV down there and out can be a challenge I don't recommend it. Also, the bridge across the river is the neighbors and so is the property across the river. There are roughly 4 campsites on the property but can camp where you want really. Large flat spot above the river that has access to the water. Half of the property is a flat spot for RV's and tents the 2nd half is more green, woody and has access to the river. There is a deeper spot in the river that is 3-4 feet deep and is perfect to lounge in during the hot parts of the summer. Please pack out what you pack in and keep the place nice for the next camper. We are on the Weiser River, walking distance from the Country Coffee Cabin Cafe on Highway 95. The Weiser River Trail, the Post Office, Library and local Mercantile in the Village of Midvale (Pop. 200) are all only a short walk. We are located beneath the old iconic Midvale Water Tower. There is a spot a short distance from us where the public launches boats into the Weiser River. The RV hookup is next to a small fenced fruit orchard/garden -- to keep the deer out. You will have a 30 AMP Hookup and water -- no dump. The dump site is 8 miles away at the fairground in Cambridge, ID. Every year on Memorial Day weekend, the annual Weiser River Wagon Train and Ride passes through Midvale, camping overnight with their horses and wagons in Midvale's Park. Also, in April there "may" be a cattle drive right through the Main Street of town, only a block away. In July there is a Fourth of July parade in town. Small town living at its best, quiet and restful -- a good place to stop overnight or stay awhile.

We enjoyed our stay here with a few caveats. It was easy to find, had gorgeous views and Kelly was very informative and responsive. Now, the caveats. The space felt a bit neglected.. Lots of weeds that needed cleared out. And, although he mentions it in the description, we didn’t appreciate the camera on the site. All that being said, we would likely stay again if we are back in the area.

Proximity to the river was wonderful and our dog loved having a swim! The tent spot had ample shade and perfect trees for our hammock too! As others commented, you can hear the road traffic but it was never bothersome. The site was great for our small family celebration!!

This is a nice spot! We were able to fit two big tents and a table as well. The outhouse is better than most. The best thing about this spot is the beach. It’s a beautiful walk, and short enough that we could carry our 1.5 year old and our 4 year old could walk. Super fun weekend trip, we would do it again!

Outstanding views in all directions, and a friendly, informative host in Meredith. If you’re dry/tent camping (we were in a rooftop tent on our truck), be advised there is no shade. Keep in mind that the site is a working ranch, so their work is ongoing throughout the day. We would stay again.

Great location with river access. We pulled a small overland trailer with a rooftop tent and were able to find a nice, flat space, and get it leveled out. I don’t believe there is a beach but great water by the campsite. We didn’t make it to the water as we were visiting family, but our pups did. It’s a nice, long strip of mowed grass with mowed river access. The military vehicle mentioned as a marker was tucked behind what I think was a box trailer, but the property was evident and the address brought us right there. Quiet at night aside from occasional traffic and the river was audible from our tent.

This campsite was peaceful and beautiful, with sweeping meadow and mountain views. We loved getting to know the local cow herd and soaking in the sounds of nature. We were in town for an event at Tamarack Resort—the 25-minute drive was stunning every time. Would definitely stay again!

We loved this spot on the river! Gorgeous views and access to river. It is very close to road with noise, so might not be for everyone. The lower Campspot (not accessible by RV) was private and felt more secluded and less noise.

Perfect spot! Sat just over 15th hole of Terrace Lakes. The location also had great access to trails for our dirt bikes and Rzr. Ground was level and hookups were a breeze. We would definitely stay again in the future!

This is a wonderful site with lots of options and a surprising amount of space! Big flat area effortlessly hosts a giant 5th wheel (or two!) while a shaded upper area was optimal for my camper van or a trailer. Just below that was a long strip at rivers edge (but still a few feet up the bank) ideal for tents and tiring out dogs (or kids!). Even had a picnic table waiting. The site is easily accessed off the road, but that does mean you’ll have cars passing close by (moderate speed, roughly one every minute or two). Didn’t bother me but something to consider if you’re sensitive to that. As another reviewer noted, yes the neighbors play music on a capable set of outside speakers for an hour or two in the afternoon, but it passed eventually and things were quiet most of the time. I’d still come back. Good Starlink connectivity with just a bit of obstructions at the edges that I could probably have avoided if I setup elsewhere.
