PLEASE PACK OUT ANY TRASH. THANK YOU The address to the house next door is 519 MiddleFork Rd, Garden Valley, ID 83622. That will get you to the property. The property is right after 519 it is a large open lot that leads down to the river. There is a black military vehicle parked on the very end close to the house. So there are two sections 1st is a flat section where you have plenty of room to set up tents and RVs. It is right off the road, and any car can get to the site with ease. The 2nd section is more wooded and has access to the river. You are welcome to tent camp here it is just getting an RV down there and out can be a challenge I don't recommend it. Also, the bridge across the river is the neighbors and so is the property across the river. There are roughly 4 campsites on the property but can camp where you want really. Large flat spot above the river that has access to the water. Half of the property is a flat spot for RV's and tents the 2nd half is more green, woody and has access to the river. There is a deeper spot in the river that is 3-4 feet deep and is perfect to lounge in during the hot parts of the summer. Please pack out what you pack in and keep the place nice for the next camper. We enjoyed our stay here with a few caveats. It was easy to find, had gorgeous views and Kelly was very informative and responsive. Now, the caveats. The space felt a bit neglected.. Lots of weeds that needed cleared out. And, although he mentions it in the description, we didn’t appreciate the camera on the site. All that being said, we would likely stay again if we are back in the area.

I was met by Erin upon arrival. She was friendly and a great host (same for communication prior to arrival). The location is set back in a lot behind the home. Its safe and secure with power and water. Nearby is a great firepit area (we didn't use as it was 95 degrees) and a gentle sheep named Tilly. Fun, quirky and comfortable! Really enjoyed our stay!

Proximity to the river was wonderful and our dog loved having a swim! The tent spot had ample shade and perfect trees for our hammock too! As others commented, you can hear the road traffic but it was never bothersome. The site was great for our small family celebration!!

This is a nice spot! We were able to fit two big tents and a table as well. The outhouse is better than most. The best thing about this spot is the beach. It’s a beautiful walk, and short enough that we could carry our 1.5 year old and our 4 year old could walk. Super fun weekend trip, we would do it again!

Outstanding views in all directions, and a friendly, informative host in Meredith. If you’re dry/tent camping (we were in a rooftop tent on our truck), be advised there is no shade. Keep in mind that the site is a working ranch, so their work is ongoing throughout the day. We would stay again.

Weekend Trip to Garden Valley River Access Campsite

Great location with river access. We pulled a small overland trailer with a rooftop tent and were able to find a nice, flat space, and get it leveled out. I don’t believe there is a beach but great water by the campsite. We didn’t make it to the water as we were visiting family, but our pups did. It’s a nice, long strip of mowed grass with mowed river access. The military vehicle mentioned as a marker was tucked behind what I think was a box trailer, but the property was evident and the address brought us right there. Quiet at night aside from occasional traffic and the river was audible from our tent.

Weekend Trip to Jerusalem Valley Idaho

Great service. Host is kind and went out of their way to help us get set up in the rain. They have 50amp service and Sewer which was really nice. Bring an extension for the sewer because it is about 12 feet away from the Rv. We road our dirty bikes up the dirt road to Jerusalem valley outlook. Beautiful! Site itself is not serene so much but the amenities and the access are why we will be there again.

Erin has a beautiful campsite. It is very quiet, lots of shade from a huge tree, flowers, a campfire site, electric hookups, and a rural farm atmosphere in town. I highly recommend this site.

This campsite was peaceful and beautiful, with sweeping meadow and mountain views. We loved getting to know the local cow herd and soaking in the sounds of nature. We were in town for an event at Tamarack Resort—the 25-minute drive was stunning every time. Would definitely stay again!

We loved this spot on the river! Gorgeous views and access to river. It is very close to road with noise, so might not be for everyone. The lower Campspot (not accessible by RV) was private and felt more secluded and less noise.
