Our beautiful unique property has been in the family for 3 generations. Over the years, our family, plus artists, musicians, & writers have come here to refresh and get inspiration from nature. But with Hipcamp, we've opened up for others to enjoy. We limit the number of guests staying here to no more than 10, but the daily average is only 4. We have walking trails, a pond where you can kayak, relax on the dock, or feed the huge fish (sorry no fishing allowed.) Also, on our property, there are swings, a tree house deck, obstacle course, fire pit area, wooden bridge, picnic table, and abundant bird life. Very accommodating hosts and owner. Full hook up right next to a lake, walk out the camper and fish under the massive cypress trees. They have full hook ups, laundry, playground and dog park. On the weekends there is a restaurant operating. It’s very quiet and peaceful.

Clean, quiet, family campground. Employees were friendly. bathrooms and laundry rooms are clean and neat and serviced daily. “Rec room” was clean but boasts a ping pong table which has no unbroken ping pong paddles. And a pool table that you need to ask for lock code to unlock the pool sticks. And you need to pay an additional fee to get access to the rec room. I’ve is available for purchase at office. Lake is wonderful and there is a large dog fenced area for turning your dog loose. We enjoyed our stay enough we extended it by another wk!

Definitely a little confusing at first but was told they were still recovering from the hurricane. Even if it was confusing, it was perfect. Good views, active fish, going out on the lake/pond. Definitely going to come back if I'm back in the area. Would mark the campsites if it was me. If they were marked it would definitely help others.

My husband and I needed a stopover somewhere. We were slightly concerned considering it is someone’s property, and we are pretty private people. This place was so peaceful, perfectly spaced out, Mike the host was very nice and helpful and made sure we fed his very large catfish in their pond. We will definitely remember them and will plane at least a two night stopover.
