Lizardsniffer is a working horse farm with a variety of rental cabins and RV slips.
We DO allow tent camping.
Each RV slip has water, septic, 50 amp service and Wifi.
An Amenities Cabin is provided for use by all RV site guests. The cabin includes a full-sized washer/dryer, a full bathroom with bidet, and an oversized jacuzzi tub. Guests must sign-up for a 4-hour timeslot. The cabin is available for use between the hours of 8am-8pm.
Many of our RV sites feature private fenced paddocks for people bringing their horses or dogs. Horse visitors require all current paperwork (Coggins, etc.). Dog visitors must be social and friendly and thus are allowed to explore the farm with their owners off-leash if desired.
The property includes miles of trails for hiking, biking, or horseback riding. Bring your own horse or experienced riders may be able to ride one of ours (subject to weight/experience matching with a horse).
There is a small private stocked lake open to all guests of Lizardsniffer for fishing and swimming. At the lake you will find an amenities cabin called Glowy Bobber that has a full bathroom and outdoor shower as well as Kayaks and floats for guest use.

The Fried Green Tomatoes cafe and Sac-O-Suds (famous from the movie "My Cousin Vinny") [Edit: Sac-O-Suds store is currently closed. Beautiful property. Easy to get to with many amenities. Tom graciously met us and guided us to our spot and we had a lovely chat. In addition to full hookups, there was an additional outside bathroom and shower, which is probably great in the hot summer. A great screened in gathering room with TV, kitchen area, table and chairs, and grill. Beautiful pond too. The night sky cannot be beat while sitting around the fire. So much room to spread out and enjoy the surroundings. We loved it and will enjoy coming back.

We loved our little camping trip! We were only there a couple days but everything was amazing. The grounds are beautiful and the hosts are so welcoming and helpful. We 100% will recommend this to friends/family and will most definitely be coming back! Also super dog friendly!!

We had such a great stay at Lizard Sniffer Horse Farm! Our dog absolutely loved running around the property—it was a dream for dogs. The RV spot was beautiful and very private, with plenty of space and dedicated dog runs. Having access to a washer, toilet, and bathtub was such a huge bonus and made the stay even more comfortable. Peaceful, well set up, and clearly dog-friendly. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it!

We loved our stay at Lizard Sniffer lizard🦎
The Charlotte's Web theme was adorable and we were so warm and cozy. Full kitchen(pots, pans, cups, ect), flat screen TV, comfy couch, comfy bed with a view, cool led lighting, and a jacuzzi tub. Wasn't far from hiking and other parks. Randy was so very kind and helpful and we appreciate him so very much and look forward to booking again! 🕷️🐖

James and Jessica are some of the best hosts we have ever met! They go above and beyond to make sure that you are comfortable and enjoy their little piece of Heaven. Nothing but southern hospitality, peace, the sweetest animals, fresh air, tranquility, walks along their beautiful creek, and phenomenal stargazing at Fenn Farm! Highly recommend, 5++++STARS! James and Jessica are some of the BEST HOSTS WE HAVE MET OVER THE LAST 6 YEARS!!! Good ol southern hospitality has no limits at Fenn Farms. The property itself is beautiful and so, so peaceful. Our first night here our diesel pusher front tire was leaking air and James was so helpful!!! I absolutely love the creek that runs along the back of the property with all the mini falls and all the farm animals are right there just waiting for a visit! Added BONUS ...the stargazing is phenomenal!! Thank you to the both of you, we are so happy we crossed paths!!! IYou two have gone above and beyond! Thank you from the bottom of our hearts.
