We're working in the direction of building an event space and airbnb tiny home community but until then we have put in a few RV spots to start sharing this beautiful property. We have walking trails down to a creek and bridge with more to come.

40mi from Marietta · 1 site · Tent, RV
More than 18 private acres along a secluded stretch of the Tallapoosa River are reserved for one registered group at a time. Choose a campsite within the marked guest area, enjoy the forest and river setting, watch wildlife, and fish from the bank where lawful. This is primitive, self-contained camping. No toilet or potable water is provided. Guests must bring a self-contained camp toilet and all water and supplies. An SUV or small truck with adequate ground clearance is strongly recommended; passenger cars are not recommended. The river is natural and unmonitored. Water level, current, mud, debris, weather, and water quality can change quickly, especially after rain. There is no designated swimming area, lifeguard, water-quality testing, shuttle, guide, equipment rental, route monitoring, or rescue service. Guests must evaluate conditions, directly supervise children, and use properly fitted life jackets whenever appropriate. Campfires are allowed only when current restrictions and conditions permit and must be fully extinguished. Respect marked boundaries, neighboring property, and the historic bridge closure. We welcome guests who value privacy, stewardship, and the beauty of GOD's creation.

Escape the noise and discover a private riverside retreat beneath mature oaks along the Tallapoosa River in West Georgia. Moss & Sons welcomes one registered group at a time to slow down, enjoy the wooded setting, and spend meaningful time together. This is generally a shallow stretch of the Tallapoosa River. Our family usually fishes by wading upstream and downstream to reach different spots when conditions allow. Water depth varies with rainfall and the season, and low water can limit fishing directly from the campsite's bank. Please ask us about current conditions before booking if fishing is your main reason for visiting. The river is natural and unmonitored. Water level, current, mud, debris, weather, and water quality can change quickly, especially after rain. There is no designated swimming area, lifeguard, water-quality testing, shuttle, guide, watercraft rental, route monitoring, or rescue service. Guests must evaluate current conditions, directly supervise children near the water, and use properly fitted life jackets whenever appropriate. Amenities and fire rules vary by the specific site reserved. Campfires are permitted only when the booked site allows them, only in its designated fire ring, and only when current restrictions and conditions permit. Our family is grateful to share this place with guests who value quiet, stewardship, and the beauty of GOD's creation.
