Beautiful log cabin built in the early 1930’s and the front of the house used to be the bait shop. We have the biggest lot on the lake and the best view. In the winter, you can see Stone Mountain in the background. We have a large fire pit, a large metal kayak and a Jon boat. Our lake is fully stocked with largemouth, smallmouth bass and blue gills. Plenty of cool places to put a tent and we are up on a hill so no need to worry about floods. The Bait Shack has 1 bedroom with a queen bed and bunkbed that has a twin and full sized bed. Also a large couch in the living room and an air mattress under the bunk bed just in case. Our property was also used for two of T-Pain’s new music videos.

Unlike hotels, at Cast-A-Way Cabins, we provide 3 lockable boat shelters equipped with power for charging batteries, lighting and water. Broyle’s Landing is only 1/4 mile away, Portman Marina is just 2.9 miles away & Green Pond Landing is only 5.2 miles away. If you're a Clemson Tigers fan, Clemson, SC is only 15 miles away! This cabin has a full refrigerator, sink, microwave, coffee pot, full size sofa, YouTubeTV, WIFI, 1 full bed with twin bunk, full bath. Weekend Trip to Creekside Cabin - Lake Hartwell

We had such a wonderful stay at this cabin! It felt like a peaceful retreat tucked away in nature. The cabin was spotless, cozy, and thoughtfully set up with all the amenities for a relaxing getaway. The kitchen was well stocked with everything needed to cook meals easily, the WiFi worked great, jacuzzi was a nice bonus and the cabin itself was spacious and comfortable. Can’t wait to go back!

I have to say, this was hands-down the best organized, cleanest, easiest, most amenity-laden cabin I’ve ever rented. So many details, from the embroidered robes to the bound book of instructions and recommendations. From the kitchen appointments to the coffee. There are really too many amazing little things to list here, but you could really tell the owners absolutely care about the experience their property provides. And we went panning for gold in the creek below the back deck and even found a little! It was incredibly comfortable and lots of fun. Just make sure you’re ok with stairs and aren’t too large to fit the spiral to the loft. I honestly cannot think of a single improvement to make. Didn’t even matter that it rained so much, because there was plenty left to do inside.

Weekend Trip to Peace Apalachee

My husband, my two children, and I had an amazing time at the airstream! It felt decadent to have our very own hiking trails. It was remote enough to feel like we were really out in the middle of nowhere, the stars were so incredible because there was no light pollution. The airstream itself was clean, well stocked, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. We really enjoyed eating at the picnic table for all of our meals and toasting marshmallows. The outdoor shower was a hit with my husband and I, and because there was a little bathtub, my children were able to take a bath after a very dirty day outside. We would really love to come back in the future and visit again! Highly recommend.

Beautiful, peaceful, private site. No super close neighbors. As a female traveling alone I felt completely safe. Loved the covered front porch, sat and watched the rain while working on my computer. Listened to the birds and crickets at night. They have fans, shades, lights, so many nice little touches to make it a comfortable stay. Enjoyed hiking the property (very clearly marked and maintained trails) and seeing the river. Had a bonfire at night when there was a break in the rain (was glad I brought firewood as I didn’t see any at the site). The rv was adorable, boho/minimalistic/tastefully decorated. Little lights and coffee/creamer/coffee maker provided. Lots of thoughtful touches, bottle of water in the fridge, lighter, etc. I only stayed one night but want to come again to enjoy the hammock, outdoor shower, kayaks. This place was a steal for the price and the host was friendly and communicative and respected my space. I especially enjoyed watching armadillos scurry around at night. Thank you for a great stay!

This little A frame is adorable and much more spacious that appears from the outside. The front porch and screened in back porch with games are adorable and provides even more space to chill. We loved how close it was to the lake and only 15 mins from Ingles for supplies. Everything functioned great in the property and communication with Russika was stellar. Highly recommend!

The time we spent in the Airstream was truly magical. We loved the vintage look of the interior and enjoyed all of the appliances and devices to make our stay comfortable. The outside shower was one of my favorite. Hosts were great! They were helpful in being flexible as our schedule has changed a few times, we really appreciate it.
