4 nights at Creekside Cabin at Lake Hartwell
I have to say, this was hands-down the best organized, cleanest, easiest, most amenity-laden cabin I’ve ever rented. So many details, from the embroidered robes to the bound book of instructions and recommendations. From the kitchen appointments to the coffee. There are really too many amazing little things to list here, but you could really tell the owners absolutely care about the experience their property provides. And we went panning for gold in the creek below the back deck and even found a little! It was incredibly comfortable and lots of fun. Just make sure you’re ok with stairs and aren’t too large to fit the spiral to the loft. I honestly cannot think of a single improvement to make. Didn’t even matter that it rained so much, because there was plenty left to do inside.

Comfortable well equipped and spacious tent. Host was very accommodating. Tons of activities nearby for kids and not too far out of Atlanta for an easy outdoor escape. Would recommend!

We had a great time enjoying the glamp set up and all the wonderful amenities. It was very nice being in the woods but still close to the water. The boys loved the corn hole and walking the trail/property. That outdoor kitchen was the perfect set up for all our cooking needs. Thank you Steve for being great host. We look forward to visiting again.

A perfect middle balance of tent and cabin for a fun outdoor experience. Everything from the location not far from the water but tucked into the woods, the activities he has available to his guest, and the host 100% hospitality was just perfect. This is most definitely going to be a return trip for future travels.

Weekend Trip to Stone Mountain Glamping Site
Loved the tent camping provided including the appliances available to cook. Great sleeping space in the tent. Only recommendation is if the tent for the toilet is a little bigger. It was quite difficult to utilize due to the tight space. Other than that, I recommend if you need a quick and simple space to get away from the city.

I couldn’t have asked for a more relaxing way to celebrate my birthday than staying at the Creekside Cabin. Most of our time was spent on the peaceful back deck, soaking in the quiet seclusion and calming sounds of nature. The well-stocked kitchen made it easy to prepare and enjoy several delicious meals. We’re already looking forward to our next visit!

We rented Kim's campsite for my husband's 40th birthday celebration. The woods on her property are lovely and private. You feel isolated, even though her property backs up to neighbors. It's super tranquil. We did not spend the night, as we had toddlers and only live 30 minutes away. We did utilize the fire pit and the additional wood Kim gifted us was very appreciated. It had been raining for days (weeks) and the ground was muddy. Kim put down hay for us and it really turned out to be such a fun experience. The grill was basically brand new and there were so many additional amenities (plates, cups, grilling tools, a firestarter bundle).
Even though we didnt sleep there, I could imagine a really fun night time experience. It is well lit and there are extra chairs and lanterns
We loves exploring the woods and walking on the trails. A few weeks later and those bluerberries would be ripe and ready! Thanks for the wonderful time, Kim!

My friends and I had the BEST time at Paps glamp!! Starting with his concern for the weather prior to our arrival, offering to change our dates if needed. We decided to go through and hope that the rain showers would be short, and we are SO glad we did. Upon arrival we were met with a welcoming introduction and he even offered to help us unpack! During our 3 night stay we enjoyed the kayaks, swimming, fishing, and cooking on the charcoal grill and the fire! However I think we can all agree the outdoor shower was the BEST! The tent has so much room to play games when it was raining. The fridge was big enough to hold all our food, the coffee station was perfect, and the beds were comfy! I have no complaints and we would LOVE to come back!! Everything is so beautiful and well thought out, highly recommend staying at Paps!!

Weekend Trip to Stone Mountain Glamping Site
This was my first time using HipCamp or any renting platform, I was a little nervous about figuring things out, timing, etc. Leading up to our weekend stay, Kim was ready and willing to answer any questions that I had. Kim & Taylor are so awesome, communicative and super helpful!!!! Their space is beautiful! My partner and I enjoyed our stay so much!! It’s a super cozy and peaceful spot.

We chose Kim’s spot because my mother lives near Stone Mountain and we wanted an adventure while visiting her for Easter. Situated in a quiet, residential neighborhood we felt completely safe being so close to Atlanta. I liked the well lit, large off street area to park. There’s plenty of room for multiple cars. Kim’s manager, Taylor, met me on-time, gave a wonderful orientation of the grounds and set up an extra hammock for us. I visited with my brother, so I rearranged the furniture a bit but the large canvas tent easily accommodated my cot. The memory foam mattress was great, the potty was easy to use and the trails through the woods were clearly marked. When I visit my mom and the weather is agreeable, I hope I can stay again. We loved it! It was a quaint little hideaway that wasn’t too far away. The road noise got a little loud at some times, but it wasn’t too bad. We enjoyed the dogwood tent. It had everything we could’ve needed, if we had come unprepared. Everything was just nice and clean, even the canoe! We definitely would recommend and even plan on a return visit with family. The host was very helpful and responsive. For hipcamp bookings, the reservation number is a little different than from Ramsden Lake bookings, so for any add ons, just reach out to the host for your reservation number.

The tent was private, but near every thing. The Bath house was very clean and well maintained. While we are not Disc Golfers, it was very peaceful. We went for a few walks, but we really were just trying to get outdoors and enjoy the fresh air, which we did. Definitely would go back or refer a friend.
