We stayed in cottage, it was very sweet and cozy. The hosts live onsite and were very kind and welcoming to us and our pup. Very dog friendly! We were provided with all the small comforts and amenities you’d find at any fine hotel, plus some sweet personal touches like a fire pit and access to an outdoor shower and fresh eggs from the chickens. We really enjoyed our stay here!

I’ve been here numerous times. Extremely relaxing. Kids loves it like they do every time we come. Plenty of room to run and play. Stayed outside almost the entire time. Dogs loved it too. I’m sure I’ll be back.

I had such a great time on this cozy little cottage with my bf and dog Apollo! Cassandra and husband came right out to greet us when we arrived and were so welcoming (they even brought Apollo a bone!). The cottage is so warm and just felt like home, the land was so peaceful (we had the whole thing to ourselves actually that was awesome! Haha). It was a much needed vacation and I’d definitely love to come back :)

Weekend Trip to Bowman's Landing
It was absolutely beautiful out there. Quiet and in the heart of natural florida and Seminole lands on the Santa fe river. Easy check in and clean cabin. Perfect little spot to stay for a nite or a few! Comfort station with coffee was the best. Also had games and a cook station with grills and smokers for use! Will definitely stay here again. And also just a quick 10 minute trip to the springs for tubing swimming ect.

Second time and it was amazing as the first. Lakeside accomodations. Cabin was well kept and the AC kept us cool all night. Was able to buy firewood on site. Pet friendly.

Cabin 8 was perfect for my husband, 2 kids, dog, and I! The host couldn’t have been kinder or more welcoming, he even let my kids feed the chickens with him. We’re already talking about coming back and staying longer!

2 nights at Bowman's Landing
I enjoyed the atmosphere of the place. Everyone was friendly!! Lots a wildlife around, saw plenty of deer roaming around & of course the hens roaming around. Cabin 8 was clean & very cool!! That was a bonus!!
The water was perfect temperature, when needing a quick cool.
Beware of ticks, I only got one but it’s bound to happen.
10/10 would recommend coming to Bowman’s land! Camping or glamping!

The house is great and all the stuff you need for enjoying the outdoors is handy (kayaks, canoe, grills, fire pit, fishing gear, etc.). It will be great if/when they get the dock repaired for better river access.
Nothing is terribly close by for groceries and such so be sure to stock up on the way. If you're planning to spend a lot of time around the fire pit then bring some cutting tools. There are lots of downed trees on the property and nearby, but no way to easily use them.
We learned a lot about this style of HipCamp (we normally tent camping) and really enjoyed it. This property seems to be a good value. I think we will be back again

We LOVED staying at Kelli's place on the river!! The house and property were perfect for us to fish, swim, campfire and s'mores. We went to Royal Springs which was fun. We will definitely be back to visit!

Weekend Trip to Bowman's Landing
We had a great time at Bowman's Landing. The little cabins are very clean and the AC worked great. Beds were comfortable. The bathrooms and showers were clean. They had bicycles we could borrow to use around the property. The whole area is well-maintained. I was pleasantly surprised and would definitely come back!
