Here on the edge of the Santa Fe river you’ll find everything the great outdoors has to offer. The Santa Fe river eases by with clear water flowing against the shoreline, seemingly endless. A dock leads you down to the waters edge, for swimming, fishing, floating, a morning’s warm brew or an evening cold one. Fire pit, grill and two picnic table are seated next to the dock on the rivers edge. There is a small cabin for your enjoyment which includes a bedroom, bathroom with a shower, an outdoor kitchen and living space, refrigerator, microwave, grill and warm outdoor lighting. There is a kid zone with toys available for your young children with plenty to keep them playing. Full RV hookups await your RV of nearly any shape or size located to the left as you enter the property. A large beautiful lawn awaits you for outdoor games and plenty of tent camping right on the river! Find your perfect escape to the outdoors on the majestic Santa Fe here! This rental allows three amazing options, you can choose to tent camp on the river, bring your RV or stay in the room provided. Even if you choose to tent camp or bring your own RV, the cabin will still be provided during your stay. Bring your paddleboards and kayaks to explore the beautiful pristine Sante Fe River where at various points you can see the bottom! Bring your floats, tie them off to dock and just float in the water. Don’t forget chairs to enjoy sitting by the river nightside with a campfire, making memories and smores! You won't want to leave this beautiful riverside serenity. It’s the perfect place for a laid back getaway!

Riverside Camping/RV

You will have access to the entire downstairs level of the property! The Riverside Campsite is a flat grassy space on the bank of the River, where there are multiple areas for tent camping. RV camping connections/parking are available conveniently at the front of the property with 50 amp power, water and sewer. The campsite has two concrete picnic tables, a charcoal grill, a firepit and a dock with steps that lead right into the beautiful Sante Fe river. Please stay on the property, pvc pipe markers indicate the edge of the property running down each side to the river. Dogs are very welcome but please be aware of your surroundings and use good judgement if a leash is needed for your dog as this property is not fenced in. The structure provided contains an outdoor living area with leather couch, chair, TV, refrigerator/freezer, sink, grill, propane cook top and plenty of counter space. Cornhole, darts, and horseshoes are provided along with plenty of toys for the kids. Some floats and kayaks are also there for your use to the left of the cabin under the port. This rental is for the downstairs camper hook ups, riverbank tent camping and the cabin. The use of the upstairs is not included. No other occupants will be upstairs.

This site comes with a small cabin with a full size bed topped with memory foam, a bathroom with shower. It has an outdoor kitchen, a refrigerator, a propane grill and small propane Coleman grill with two burners. A living space and TV mounted. There is no Wifi but you can choose to use the dvd player or the hotspot on your phone for streaming your favorite shows and movies. There is a kid zone with plenty of toys for all the littles to enjoy. This rental is for the ground level cabin structure with river access, however we also provide camper hook ups or tent camping on the riverbank included with this rental. 50 amp RV connection provided. The riverbank has two concrete picnic tables and a small charcoal grill overlooking the river as you grill. Our dock has plenty of seating space and steps leading directing into the water for easy access. Please keep in mind, this is a river-there will be snakes. Be aware of your surroundings. The upstairs structure is off limits and will not be utilized by other guests while you are there.
