With lots of space for tents and/or a small RV right along Mason Creek, you'll enjoy a secluded environment yet remain close to fun activities and plenty or restaurants and necessities. You can choose where to pitch your tent either right by the river or in the expansive yard closer to the wooded area. You will also have access to the outdoor amenities of our home, including an outdoor bathroom, outdoor shower, and hangout space under the stilt house. This 30 amp full hookup, with septic dump and good well water, is situated on the back 2 acres, with roughly a quarter acre designated for the site. This spot wakes to magnificent sun rises and our resident horse, on the east side. Southern exposure shares a fence line with cows. The west fence is shared with a quiet, permanent, camping couple and their dogs. The owners' dogs share the north fence line. Birds abound the mature oaks and pines, in this space. It's a magical spot! A block and half down the way is the Withlacoochee State Park trail system, great for hiking and riding. Minutes to some of the best kayaking on the Gulf coast. Horse boarding available across the street.

I just stayed at Tyler’s land and it was absolutely wonderful! The property is stunning with so many fun things to do—you can truly relax and enjoy every moment. I was also impressed with how thoughtfully stocked everything was, including free personal hygiene products that made the stay even more comfortable. As someone who lives in Florida, I’ll definitely be making it a habit to come back and visit often. Highly recommend! 🌿✨

We recently stayed at the RV Site that offered everything we needed for a relaxing and fun getaway. The highlights for us were definitely the direct access to the canal, which was perfect for launching our kayaks right from the site. The site was spacious, providing ample room not only to park our camper comfortably but also to spread out and enjoy the outdoors without feeling cramped. A standout amenity was the outdoor shower, a refreshing and convenient feature after a day on the water. Overall, a great spot that we would highly recommend!

For the price ($15 per night) it was great. It is next to a busy street but has a wood privacy fence on all sides except the entrance gate which you manually open and close. If you have a small dog, then you might want to take the extra boards lying next to the entrance to block the gap at the bottom of the entrance gate so your pooch doesn’t get out. There is electric, water and sewer but you will need 2 people for the sewer- one to hold the line to the drain and another to work the valves. There’s a wonderful swing and a fire pit to warm up to on those cooler nights. Be sure you have RV levelers as the ground isn’t level but most of it has asphalt under the sand so you don’t get stuck. It’s only about 20 minutes from Bucaneer Bay waterpark and the weeki watchi state park with the live mermaid show and river kayaking. And tons of places to eat at. The host, Amanda, is extremely nice and helpful. I would recommend this location especially if you’re on a budget.

Dominic was very responsive, helpful, and a super nice host. We're in a 39 ft fifth wheel with a long bed truck, so we can't turn worth a darn. Getting into the site was a challenge for us mostly due to immoveable objects (lamp post, storage tent, tree stump), but we also aren't very good at backing in. Dominic did recommend we back in through the property gate to be at the proper angle to get into the site, but we weren't confident we could do that given the narrow road & our long turn radius. Once in the site, all was wonderful. Shorter rigs likely have no problem. Great FHU site. Trees provide shade during most of the day. Very quiet atmoshere, even during evenings. Would definitely stay here again and recommend.

The property is beautifully maintained, and it’s the third time we've booked here – we absolutely love it! Enjoy scenic trails for dirt biking, or hiking the Florida Trail. You can visit the nearby Salt Springs, known for its crystal-clear springs. With rivers and lakes close by. A perfect mix of nature, adventure, and warm hospitality!
