Site host is next door and can help with information on what's available in the local area- grocery stores, fuel, RV dump sites, restaurants, etc.  RV sites are on each side of a .25 acre lot. A 30 amp plug  and fresh water hookup is available for each site. Dump site is close by at a local RV resort. Pets allowed but must be on leash at ALL times and pet waste must be immediately picked up and thrown away. Trash disposal is available onsite. Post Ian we have built a new chicken coop and are proud to say our hens are laying fresh eggs again for our hipcampers to collect and enjoy! Property is shared by home owner, horses, additional Rv pad, and about a dozen chickens. Quiet and tranquil location. Mutual respect for privacy is required.
