Camping On The Farm! This is a living quarters horse trailer that we use to travel with our horses. It is a small space! Set on a working farm 5 miles down a red dirt road, the camper offers beautiful views of the Farm and wonderful interaction with nature and the farm animals. Camping On The Farm! This is a living quarters horse trailer that we use to travel with our horses. It is a small space! There is a queen size bed in the upper area, a kitchenette with an undercounter refrigerator, a microwave, a two burner gas cooktop, and an outdoor grill. The bathroom has a toilet and a 24" x 30" stand up shower. The kitchen sink is also the bathroom sink. There is a small 3 gallon water heater which will provide about 5 minutes of hot water, meaning you have 5 minutes to shower. We provide a coffee maker (French press), ground coffee, fresh eggs from our chickens, and a loaf of fresh bread (for your consumption or to feed the animals). We do not provide a cooked breakfast. There is no TV or radio. The Camper is nestled 17 miles from Town, so you may want to shop on your way here. The Eastern Shore Center is located at Exit 38, where you can find great shopping, many restaurants, and a Publix grocery store. We try to keep various essential items in the pantry and there is a stocked kitchen (pots, pans, plates, glasses, flatware). TV, landline telephone, and internet are not available. You should have good cell phone service, Verizon and AT&T 4G , outside. Check-in is any time after 3pm and Check-out is 10am.

Camping On The Farm! This is a living quarters horse trailer that we use to travel with our horses. It is a small space! The bathroom has a toilet and a 24" x 30" stand up shower. The kitchen sink is also the bathroom sink. There is a small 3 gallon water heater which will provide about 5 minutes of hot water, meaning you have 5 minutes to shower. We provide a coffee maker (French press), ground coffee, fresh eggs from our chickens, and a loaf of fresh bread (for your consumption or to feed the animals). We do not provide a cooked breakfast. There is no TV or radio. The Camper is nestled 17 miles from Town, so you may want to shop on your way here. The Eastern Shore Center is located at Exit 38, where you can find great shopping, many restaurants, and a Publix grocery store. We try to keep various essential items in the pantry and there is a stocked kitchen (pots, pans, plates, glasses, flatware). TV, landline telephone, and internet are not available. You should have good cell phone service, Verizon and AT&T 4G , outside. Check-in is any time after 3pm and Check-out is 10am.

It is outside so be mindful of cold weather, though they do have hot water. Fire pits, a self serve firewood station, a "Trading Post" that held different woods for smoking meats. Everything was set up great! The spots were easy to identify and the directions for getting there helped greatly.
Tent site 8 was fantastic. There was a wheel barrel provided that came in handy for getting the cooler there. The common kitchen area saved the night for cooking dinner one day that I struggled with a fire. Cleaning up dishes there was very convenient. The bathrooms were clean and fantastic.
The location on cold water creek was my favorite part about this place. There's a couple beautiful sandbars to relax on the creeks edge.
Overall, a wonderful, peaceful, and well equipped campground for a trip outdoors.

It's a quiet place in the country the hosts are really welcoming and very knowledgeable it's great for Boondocking if you want your privacy you can also get a remote to the gate which was really convenient; the showers were clean with hot water, washer and dryer available, potable water. Owners checked in on me to make sure I was okay. My only drawback was the neighbours in the neighbouring property played their music pretty loud at night. I was too tired after a date at the beach to care. Other than that everything is cool. The price was right for me ;a weary traveller needing to stay someplace car and tent campingfor at least four days while I took in the beaches. Found a few dog friendly beaches within 50 miles , thx to Jay and Suzettes knowledge of the area. definitely worth it.see you all on down the road!

2 nights at The Wandering Path
Amanda was very nice. We had minimal interaction, but that's the whole point, right?
The stream/river was so refreshingly cool and relaxing. The best about it was just sitting down and listening to absolutely nothing, except that stream. No ambulances, no motorcycles, do squealing tires, just... quiet.
The yurts and bathhouse were cozy and clean. Very comfortable. I wouldn't hesitate to stay again.
For those technology-inclined I did have decent cell service and there is electricity in the yurts. But, try to disconnect and experience nature if you visit here. Listen to the water, the birds, the wind; not TikTok

You won’t regret staying here. Whether you’re in a tent, van, RV, or just boondocking out of your vehicle, it’s a really comfortable and safe place to land. The owners genuinely give off that “welcome to auntie and uncle’s place” vibe, which made it feel easy right away.
The other campers were kind and welcoming, but also respectful of quiet space, which I appreciated. I stayed in an RV spot but was SUV camping and still felt completely safe and comfortable.
The facilities were extremely clean and clearly well maintained. They’re also thoughtfully set up, and there were affordable last-minute snacks available — or what I called “emergency coffee,” which honestly is a huge plus when you need it.
I’d absolutely stay here again if I’m in the area.
And the location is great. There are a ton of trails nearby through the forests and forest management areas. The Florida Trail is a quick drive away, and there are plenty of dog-friendly options.
Overall I had a really good experience here.

Amanda is a very welcoming host. The land has several sites on it, but you wouldn't know it, as they are all spaced well enough apart that everyone has ample privacy. The restroom was always clean and stocked. The shower was hot! The kitchen shelter is a nice addition for those who are tent camping.

1 night at Sandy Creek Resort
We loved everything about Sandy Creek. The yurt was adorable and the beds were very comfy. The property is beautiful with so many things to do. We loved kayaking, the hot tub, and the well supplied fire pit. The outdoor kitchen is very well stocked. We had a wonderfully peaceful stay. Highly recommend!
