This is the parking lot of my commercial building. It is fairly private, with no traffic other than 2 employees at the building. It's more of a staging location for something else you're looking to do, rather than a camping venue. I listed the site here because I realized there are no RV campsites within about a 20 mile radius. Currently the property is raw land. With very little touch of man. It is in an old country neighborhood that touches a newer neighborhood with plenty of dining choices. There is a natural unkept pond with mucky dark water that has Lilly pads. There are parts of the Econ river that rise and lower with the seasons. There may or may not be chickens running the property. There are fallen trees and overgrown areas. There are some internal fences with gates we are working to remove or restructure. There is parking for off grid rvs. No amenities are offered currently. We behaved leashed dogs are allowed.

Weekend Trip to Lakefront Downtown Orlando

My time at Lakefront Downtown Orlando was phenomenal! The hosts Julian and Jason were extremely friendly, and the space they provide is excellent. The house was perfectly clean, and had a nice kitchen to prepare some meals and chat a bit, a chilling living room to rest, a complete mosquito-proof swimming pool... And the designated camping/RV area was quite wide, plus the lake view (or even activities!) looked great. Besides all that, and very important for me, the place is within walking distance to Camping World Stadium (where the festival I was attending was held): a very cheap ride, or a ~30 min walk. You also have a Walmart across the road, very convenient. But above all, the ambient there was in the house with other RVs' and rooms' guests was super chill and friendly --in part I'm sure because of the great vibe of our festival, but also due to what Julian, Jason, and the house transmitted!

The site was great, had a view of the lagoon, it was near the store and bathroom. My site was all brick paved which was a bonus, kept all my gear clean. I probably had the tiniest camper at the whole resort. The resort offered the guests many amenities. Everyone I met was very nice. The resort was not far from bicycle trails and paddling on the Wekiva river.

Tent camping with our two dogs in November. The site had a fire pit (sand with some cinderblocks) that fit our needs; brought our own wood. Toilet was close to site, site was clean and private. Bring bug spray. Goats were cool and property dog “Pete” was nice.

Cute spot with a nice little yard. It was a tight fit for our trailer under the canopy so I would not recommend any tall rigs but it was a super cute quiet spot. We used it for a place to stay while visiting Disney and it was perfect for that! Definitely would go back
