People are always amazed when they drive down my road that it’s in Englewood Florida.The entire area is horse country! Extremely private, quiet and beautiful! Reserved for vacationers with RV’s from 26 to 38 foot. I live on the property and I have two horses, Koda And Lacey ,one dog Uschi And a Cockatiel named Cowboy. The horses have free roam of the property, and there will be manure on the property. It will be cleaned up regularly. The business Amazing Tails doggy daycare & Boarding is also located on the property. I only take care of 6 to 8 dogs at a time. If you have a dog, you’re welcome to use the facility. You will be given the combination to the gate once you are a member of our family. Use the code to enter and exit the property. The monthly fees include 50 amp electric and municipal water. A septic tank is on the property and an RV wastewater tote will be provided for your use. Gray water can be run on the ground do not release sewer water on the ground Releasing sewer water on the ground will result in immediate eviction. Campsites must be free of litter and trash. All items must be removed or disposed of upon your departure. No overnight guests are allowed without prior approval Quiet time is from 9 PM to 9 AM. This is a quiet, peaceful community, and we asked that you observe the quiet hours. There is a washer and dryer on the property. There are only 2 sites on the lake filled with ducks, cranes, Blue herons and 3 turtles. And before you ask, there are No Allegators!! No, why is that wrong? You’ll be in the country yet close to all the modern conveniences and the beaches!

Just 2 miles from Englewood Beach, it is also .5 mile from a public boat launch into Lemon Bay, which has direct access into the Gulf of Mexico! Enjoy exploring Stumps Pass, Englewood Beach, Blind Pass Beach, and Manasota Beach within a 10 minutes drive. After a day at the beach or on one of our many waterways, check out our wonderful restaurants, shopping, and live music on Beach Rd. and Dearborn St! Englewood's own fabulous farmer's market takes place every Thursday from October-May as well! Separate from the main house, the studio shack contains a daybed w/ pull out trundle, Smart TV, a small refrigerator, microwave, toaster, coffeemaker, and is stocked with the basics for a not quite kitchenette. While the shack itself has no running water, there is access to an interior full bathroom with a walk in shower through a side door entrance. Additionally, there is an outdoor shower for rinsing off after a beach visit. Laundry facilities are also available for use by request! While I mentioned that we have a boat launch available nearby, you also may bring your boat and kayaks!

Get up close and personal with where some of your medicines and vegetables come from. We have a variety of spots you can choose for boondocking and our full hook-up site is right next to the house. Located only 20 minutes from downtown Ft Myers, 5 minutes from Babcock Ranch and 40 minutes to Punta Gorda. Our property is located about a mile off the main highway which allows for only the sounds of nature and 8 min to freeway access. There is a marina and river access a few miles down the road. Mountain biking, hiking and equestrian trails nearby as well as Kayaking/paddle boarding areas. ORV trails reasonably close. Can accommodate longer stays but please contact by message first regarding this and possible discount for longer stays.
