We offer several opportunities for guests: Campsite A: “Rv” 30amp plugin and UV filtered water hookup. Class C or smaller preferred. This site backs up to the trail so, periodically you see a cyclist buzz by. Adjacent to RV pad is a raised/clean tent camping area with additional room for tables and chairs. The whole space is about 50ft x 50ft Campsite B “The Bus” is a retired 1978 Greyhound Tourbus. The cab remains untouched with all the vintage radios and switches. As for the rest…it’s essentially a queen size sleeping studio. Equipped with 2 small under mount refrigerators, a large toaster, 2 burner stove and hot water. Definitely went far out with this one but, it also has fun lighting and 100’s of vinyl records and amazing sound system. The windows are very thick and filter the natural daylight, so reading or jumping online (yes there is Internet) is very relaxing. Campsite C “The Preserve” is for those that just have a small tent and minor gear. Bike touring is popular in our area and we are a base camp for mid-journey adventures. Affordable, safe and refreshing….and back gate to the trail. Our Indoor/Outdoor restroom is fully enclosed and plumbed with hot water shower and flushing toilet. The concrete structure is for all camp guests.

Lakefront property is located in between Hawthorne and Interlachen out in the wooded countryside (decidedly rural) on a dead-end road as it turns to dirt -- usually very peaceful and quiet. Central location serves as a good base camp for day trips to the ocean beaches at either the Atlantic or the Gulf Coast, the manatees at various springs, or Ocala horse country. Variety of shops and restaurants are located in Gainesville to the west or Palatka to the east, both an easy drive on S.R. 20. BOONDOCKING SITE: Must be self-contained and leave no trace. Accepting only one camping guest vehicle at a time. The homeowner property is fenced with drive-through wing gates, host will greet you upon arrival so you can choose your spot either in the shade or in the sun or somewhat in between as the sandy ground slopes gently to the private lake. Best for vans, SUVs, or those with car and tent. Please inquire regarding compact RVs -- due to overhanging branches of oak shade trees, and limited size of the 0..66 acre lot, cannot accommodate large RVs or travel trailers. The Property is an old Spanish land grant, originally owned by the Sanchez Family, which used to be a large cattle family in the State of Florida. Today, under our ownership since the late 40s, the Ranch has never been developed or timbered in any large measure. Original heart pine forests, oak groves, and wetlands pepper the entire tract. The land has remained largely untouched and natural, which is rare, in a state that is rapidly loosing its natural land to development. Our Ranch is more of a natural preserve than a farm, and it is our aim to share it in limited measure with the public.

Campsite C “The Preserve” is for those that just have a small tent and minor gear. Bike touring is popular in our area and we are a base camp for mid-journey adventures. Weekend Trip to Bryan Ranch

Bryan Ranch was a lovely time out from city life. The Puma camper was as nice as an apartment, with many amenities available. We had the easiest time grilling, which I usually dread for lack of supplies / waiting for charcoal. This was electric - so quick! And, the place is stocked fully for everything you may want. The white noise machine and ‘smores’ poles being of note. I was skeptical of an inflatable hot tub, but we used it both days, and really enjoyed the bubbles. I think my dog would give the land an even better review. Overall, we would recommend it to people wanting a get away.

Weekend Trip to Purradise Springs

Our stay at Purradise Springs was magical. My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed spending quality time outdoors and cuddling up with some of the MANY kitties the property owners take care of! We're really glad we could help support Denise and her husband's mission and look forward to visiting again in the future! It was just far enough away to enjoy a nature-filled getaway, but a great coffee shop was only 15 minutes down the road, and the gorgeous Ichetucknee Springs State Park was a quick drive down the road as well, making this an awesome location to stay.

We had an amazing stay at Jamil’s cabin/treehouse and couldn’t recommend it more. Jamil was an incredibly responsive host, and the accommodations were comfortable, thoughtful, and beautifully set up. We especially loved the well-curated games and activities, which made it perfect for spending quality time with friends. We truly enjoyed our stay and would absolutely love to come back

Perfect for our large group gathering. Between the bedrooms, sofas (so many sofas!), and tent spots, there was more than enough space for everyone. It got close to freezing, so we loved being able to gather inside or by the fire pit. A beautiful and spot with tons of space both indoors and outside!

Weekend Trip to Purradise Springs 🐾 Cat Sanctuary

What an absolute adventure. Located not ever 10 mins from ichetucknee this spectacular campsite comes complete with everything you need from showers to easy fresh water to even a trampoline to get your bounce on! Not too mention all of our new feline furry friends. Oh my love these Lil critters made the trip so full of emotion and style its very easy to find favorites. The hosts were also just plain good, fun, easy going people. Will definitely be back !!!!

This cabin retreat on the Suwanee River exceeded our expectations+ The owners where so extremely thoughtful and thought of everything to ensure that our visit was so relaxing and stress free. Host is very responsive, site is quiet and close to hiking trails, kayaking and botanical gardens. I would highly recommend for a clean, well kept place to stay. Lots of acres to explore, campfire at night, weight room and pool!

Absolutely incredible stay! The Treehouse Cabin Retreat exceeded every expectation the perfect mix of comfort and nature. The cabin and treehouse are spotless, cozy, and thoughtfully stocked with everything you might need, from kitchen essentials to comfy bedding. The property is peaceful, surrounded by towering trees and the soothing sounds of nature. We loved the outdoor shower under the stars, the firepit for s’mores, and the hammocks for lazy afternoons. It’s close to the Suwannee River and crystal-clear springs, which made day trips for swimming and kayaking so easy. The host was responsive, kind, and made everything simple from start to finish. If you’re looking to unwind, reconnect, and enjoy a unique glamping experience this place is pure magic. We’re already planning to come back!

Jamil was an Amazing host. Beautiful property that met all of our expectations. Clean and well stocked....Our son enjoyed the games, my husband loved the smoker and I enjoyed the swing by the fire. Close to town and the springs! Who could ask for anything more!! Loved loved loved!! We definitely will be back!! CAN'T WAIT!! Highly recommend!!

I’ve been here numerous times. Extremely relaxing. Kids loves it like they do every time we come. Plenty of room to run and play. Stayed outside almost the entire time. Dogs loved it too. I’m sure I’ll be back.

Weekend Trip to Bryan Ranch

We stayed here over the 4th of July weekend and had a wonderful time getting lost in nature! The winding driveway to the property made it feel like we were escaping into a fairytale forest — so private and peaceful. We loved that our dogs could run around freely next to our camp, and the setup was perfect for our group: my partner and I stayed in a tent while our guests enjoyed the comfort of the RV. The accommodations were great — the RV was especially comfortable during the hot afternoons, and I actually really enjoyed the cold outdoor shower! We spent our time cooking delicious food together, relaxing, and enjoying the beautiful forest surroundings. Just a heads up: I recommend bringing tick spray, as we did get some bites, but that’s to be expected when you’re this close to nature. The hostess was so kind and helpful — overall, it was a stay full of fun, family, and forest. Highly recommend!
