I loved tent camping at East Bay. The host was very nice and made sure we were happy. Great location with the bay down the path from camp and Navarre beach a near drive. A plus having a porta potty onsite and it was very clean. Will definitely be back if camping in this area again:)

If you are looking for an outdoor getaway and like to camp this is the place to book, we are so happy we did and will be back with more family! We brought our 4 year old and he loved it, especially the walk to the kayaks! The three tents are spaced out enough for everyone to have plenty of privacy! If staying during cooler weather bring proper attire at night to stay warm! The owners are super easy to get ahold of and if they are very helpful if you have questions about the area! We will be back soon!

3 nights at Bay Forest Retreat

My boyfriend and I really enjoyed our three night stay here in the glamper! It was spacious and very comfortable and could easily accommodate a few more people but was quite spacious for us as a couple. The hosts were very easy to contact and were responsive to any questions. Brooke reached out the evening of our arrival to ensure everything was good with the site. There was also a picnic table, several chairs, and a fire ring to enjoy! There was plenty of space to feel isolated but close enough to town to enjoy that aspect of the vacation. The walk to the beach area was nice and there were even a few kayaks and a picnic table down there for people staying on the property to use! 10/10 would definitely come back here again and would recommend it to anyone!

3 nights at Bay Forest Retreat

This was an amazing retreat. We stayed for 4 days, 3 nights. The hosts were communicative and amazing even with a weather scare. Short walk to campsite and short walk to the bay beach. Ocean beach a close drive as well. There were kayaks and lifejackets for use by the bay, fire pits and chairs already setup, a clean port-a-potty close to the site, and several thoughtful amenities in the glamping tent. Honorable mention that the tent held very strong through a brief rainstorm. It was beautiful, relaxing, clean, and well-maintained. Would definitely come back!

Weekend Trip to Bay Forest Retreat

What a BEAUTIFUL campsite! Easy access and easy instructions. Super close to Navarre Beach, quiet, felt very private and peaceful. The tent was so cozy with the comfy bed and through two thunderstorms, it held up extremely well and we stayed vedy warm and dry. The only downside is the walk to the tent. It is only about 2 minutes, but that feels long when you are hauling loads of things. Otherwise, gorgeous place with super good location and beautiful atmosphere.

It was so fun, and the land is so beautiful! We were delighted to stay in Hilary and Brooke’s glamper. They give you kayaks to go paddle around and a stove at the fire pit. It was really cool and amazing to experience Navarre.

The place was great. I did not realize that the primitive Camping was walk-in only, so when I got there, the assistant host made a spot for me even though all of the spaces were actually taken.

This is the most awesome place to Hipcamp in Florida. Brook was AMAZING! The best host I could’ve ever had. The place had great showers and the beach was just so beautiful. If I ever came back to Florida, this is where I would stay again. Wonderful campfire rings with plenty of firewood to enjoy a peaceful evening around a campfire.

Loved the stay here! Perfectly placed in the woods; wasn't super remote in nature, but definitely surrounded by nature and no one that could bother us directly which was nice. The glamour was great along with the fire pit.

The property is beautiful, very clean, and kept well. The camp sites are spaced out a fair distance, too. The small trek to the camp sites is fun, especially at night. If you need anything there are stores nearby, maybe 15 minutes away. The hosts are very sweet and attentive, respond promptly, and are very helpful. We will absolutely be back again and again! Thank you for having us.

This site was Magical! Hillary’s land was more than I expected. The tent was flawless with every thoughtful detail. Perfect location with well groomed trails all around. All instructions to the site were specific and accurate— I even found it in the dark. There was heavy rain during my stay- no leaks in the tent. Hillary even messaged to make sure I was aware of storms in the area. I loved easy access to kayaks and the bay. Close to all the best beaches in the area. I can’t wait to return.

If you’re looking for a beautiful place to go Glamping that has both the beauty of the forest and the beauty of the Ocean, Look no further! This place has wonderfully well put together camping sites. The tents are clean and put up correctly. They are large enough to accommodate a couple very comfortably. In Glamper 1 they put a shell wind chime in the center of the tent above the bed and when the wind blows it makes this beautiful hollow sound that literally will send you drifting to sleep. While the property is somewhat close to the road it’s pretty difficult to hear it from where you’re staying. The water is very close but the trees are so thick that you can’t see it from your campsite and is neat how you feel like you’re in a completely different world in the matter of a 2-3 minute walk. The Owners were extremely helpful and very accommodating. They made sure I had every thing I needed and I was able to locate my tent and was comfortable. This place is is going to be very popular I can tell. I don’t live too far from here and plan on using this place more frequently for a quick stay-cation get away.

Explore 11+ acres of rustic and untamed woods. We are two military veteran families who enjoy the land as a place for family and friends to explore, camp, and relax at the 250+ feet of the East Bay beach. Primitive camping is permitted at designated wooded high grounds in the middle of the property. It is a 5 and 10-minute rugged hike in to the middle ground and waterfront, respectively. The trail remains under development, so please bring close-toed shoes or boots for hiking throughout the property (depending on rainfall, there may be mud and water). Our Glamper is a 10x12 canvas furnished tent located a short but rugged 2-minute hike from parking. It provides the opportunity to go camping without having to pack all the gear. Our location is minutes from the Emerald Coast - 7 mins to Navarre Beach, - 30 mins to Pensacola Beach, - 15 mins to Naval Live Oaks, - 45 mins to Fort Pickens, - 50 mins to NAS Pensacola, - 45 mins to Santa Rosa Island, - 35 mins to Okaloosa Island, - 40 mins to Destin. Recommended local restaurants: St. Michael's Brewery which has rotating food trucks and is family friendly, Ye Olde Brothers Brewery, Dewey Destin’s, Windjammers, TC’s Front Porch, Deb’s Coffee, The Eatery food truck park, Top’s Burgers, and New York Pizza Depot.
