Amazing place w a lot of room to roam. The sinkhole is an unreal little oasis for swimming with a little area to hang out w a fire pit. Words really don’t do the property justice. Absolutely will be back soon.

Such an awesome experience! The land is beautiful and there's plenty of room to spread out. The sink hole is stunning and crystal clear! I'm still shocked that this natural Florida paradise is tucked away, hidden in the trees, just on the side of the road. Who knew? Bring a hammock and your bathing suit. You will not regret spending a night or two in this slice of paradise.

This was such a peaceful camp spot. We really enjoyed our time here swimming and just taking in all gorgeous nature around us. Having the sink all to ourselves was such a treat. Especially after experiencing the chaos of Ginnie on a weekend, getting to swim alone here felt extra special. It was also giving me serious Mexican cenote vibes. Who knew there was a slice of Tulum right here in our backyards. It was truly a tropical paradise hidden in plain sight, we loved every moment.

This site was unbelievably beautiful, pictures truly don’t do it justice. The host was amazing and accommodating and my boyfriend and I’s pup loved being able to run all over the land. The sink was incredible.

great piece of property! We enjoyed watching the deer , checking out the spiders and hanging by the sinkhole. We were here on 4th of July and got to see some fireworks too which was cool. The spiders are golden orb weavers and won’t bother you. If you’re lucky enough like us, we were able to see their golden silk strands. They are fascinating and are only by the sinkhole not where you camp. Don’t let the comment about the ants deter you.. while they were horrendous, the owner is aware and will take care of it :) the water was 80 degrees in July and a little debris from past storms, but that didn’t stop us from going in! It was surprisingly cool for the temp (we brought a thermometer because we like to cold plunge) anyway, we will definitely be back in the winter time !

Camping on Micheal’s property was awesome! Jewel sink itself is absolutely stunning and there is tons of open space around you. It’s a great location, not far from Newberry, so you can make a town run if needed. Micheal himself was super kind and helpful! My only downside is the insane amount of ants (fire & regular) that are present in the camping area, just something to make a note of! bring tall boots LOL

This place is incredibly special and it's protection from development is fantastic!!! This place needs to be preserved for future generations and special experiences with family and friends. Our experience was nothing short of amazing!!!

We had an amazing time at this private campsite! It was the perfect spot for a peaceful getaway, and our dog loved it just as much as we did. The spring was beautiful and refreshing, making for a great place to swim and relax. One of the coolest features was the unique rock formation sunken into the ground—it added such a special touch to the landscape. We also had a blast building fires in the evenings, enjoying the quiet and natural beauty all around us. This place is a hidden gem, and we’ll definitely be coming back. Highly recommend it to anyone looking for a secluded and memorable camping experience!

Michael’s property is an absolute slice of heaven. My partner, our dog, and I came here to unplug and recharge, and it delivered exactly what we needed. The property is stunning, with a peaceful seclusion that feels rare these days. The springs were crystal-clear and refreshing, giving off that magical “Old Florida” vibe, and the open grassland was perfect for letting our dog run and play.
We’re so grateful to Michael for sharing this little oasis and for keeping it so natural and untouched. We loved every second of our stay and would highly recommend it—just make sure you have a self-sufficient setup since there are no facilities on-site. Can’t wait to come back!

Really cool spot with an awesome hole in the earth! Land was nice and private and the sink was really fun to climb down into. Water was nice and clear and a refreshing dip! Will definitely come back here again.
