Jerry's land was perfect. We spent 10 days and loved every one. Our dogs had plenty of room to run and explore. Plus swim! Thanks for all the free firewood! During the week we felt like we were the only people on the river. We will definitely stay again if in the area! Thank you Jerry.

Had a great 2 days staying in our rv at Jerry’s spot with 5 kids (4 being teenagers). Loved having the dock area to fish from, launch our paddle boards. Was nice to be able to tie up our boards and leave them on the water inside the dock slip area. Plenty of space for everyone to roam. The wash sink is a nice bonus I didn’t realize I needed in my life of camping lol. Best part we saw a momma and baby manatee swim by as we were hanging on the dock.

What a fantastic find! Barely an hour from Gainesville, and all of 20 minutes from High Springs, this site offered privacy, beauty, quiet, and easy accessibility for swimming and paddling! This is a great site for two or for gaggle of folks, and I'd love to go back with the family. We paddled every morning, and even the current wasn't an issue going up-stream. The water near the property was extremely clear and shallow enough (in early October) for just wading or floating right off the shore/boat house. Considering the beautiful weather, we actually found it odd how quiet this strip of the river was - where were all the people?! We weren't complaining, though. Only item that wasn't fully as "advertised," was the camp sink which was functional, but the water just empties at the base of the sink and onto your feet. We didn't use it. Instructions from the host were clear, and they maintained good communication through the stay.

The spot is perfect. Lots of room and easy to back into. I have a 42' 5th wheel and no problem. The hosts are super nice and everything is easy to hookup. It is also a quiet neighborhood and friendly neighbors. Nice place to walk around in the evenings. Bugs are bad cause by the river, but hey it's Florida so that's like everywhere. Also less than 10 mins from an awesome bike and hiking trail, Nature Coast Trail, which will take to neighboring towns and several springs to gk check out. I will stay again if we come back to the area

Lisa and Dave provided a soft place for us to land after diving head first into fulltime rv life! They were incredibly accommodating and kind. Bring your bug spray because you are right on the suwannee river here. The neighborhood is very pretty and kind and great for walking my dog.

Camping on Jerry’s land was an absolute delight! The property was incredibly well kept—clean, organized, and clearly cared for with pride. The highlight for us was the beautiful river that runs alongside the site. It added a peaceful, scenic backdrop to our stay and was perfect for relaxing by the water or enjoying a quiet morning coffee. Whether you're looking for a serene escape or a base for outdoor adventures, Jerry’s land is a fantastic choice. Highly recommend!

We absolutely LOVED our stay! We chose this location for a birthday camping trip and could have had a better spot! The location is convenient and quiet. We enjoyed the access to the Santa Fe and Ichetucknee Rivers. The site was clean and as described. The host was communicative and friendly. Having sunrise breakfast and coffee on the river was top tier. Enjoying all the stars and the cicadas at night was just as cozy! I will stay at this site every chance I get. 10/10!

We had a very relaxing time on our trip . The property is in a beautiful location on the Santa Fe River, the camper parking under pavilion with full hook up was just perfect. We enjoyed the floating boat dock so much ; morning coffee, played dominos at table on covered dock, fishing and swimming. The water is cool, clear and lovely much like Itchetucknee spring. We road our e- bikes all over the neighborhood, roads are packed sand and shaded , saw many deer and birds. Tubing in the neighborhood park was fabulous, no crowds, no lines. Left a bike at Point Park (end of tube run), took truck and all our tubes to beginning at Hodor park and got on. Would love to visit again.

We had an awesome time at this campsite. It is totally private and plenty of room for your fifth wheel, tubes, and boat. My 2 dachshunds were in heaven with all the space they had to run. The property is rustic but has everything: gas grill, air compressor, outside lighting, boat dock with ladder. It is in a great location within the neighborhood that has private access to the River for boating and tubing. I would stay here every year for our annual Memorial Day weekend! Thanks Jerry

Comfortable and cozy, surrounded by nature and still close to all landmarks. We observed red cardinal and countless deer frolicking the area. 4 min walk to the river to check out with your morning coffee. A lot of timber to burn and clean air to breathe! Sharon and her campsite are exceptional! There is ample space for a group and secluded for two. We camped with her last year and since she’s added a bathhouse and a full working toilet! The shower is ran off spring water (no hot water) which is perfect after spending the day in the sun or at the springs! Springs are conveniently located, with there also being a boat/kayak launch two minutes down the road! Would recommend her spot to anyone and we will definitely be back.

We had a great time. The lot was huge, the covered pad we parked under was really nice and came in super handy since it rained the first 2 days we were there. It had electric, water & sewer hookup and the view of the Santa Fe River from our site was spectacular. We were on the parking pad #1 for reference. The boat dock was our favorite place. We spent 90% of our time sitting on the dock watching the mullet jump, the turtles swim by and the other boaters ride by. Watching the sunrise and sunsets were my favorite. We took our boat and paddle boards and paddled up the river and down river. Down river took us to the Itchnatucknee River which is a must see, crystal clear spring fed river. Directions were good, just don't use Apple Maps like I did, you won't get there if you do, use Google maps like they tell you. We would definitely go back. One piece of advice tho.....be mindful of the ticks and fleas, my husband and I both had ticks on us and definitely make sure your animals, if you bring any, have flea and tick stuff on them. Great place!!

I can’t say enough good thinks about Sharon - super responsive, helpful, points you to fun things to do; she was wonderful and made my stay that much more enjoyable. And of course a lovely spot, loads of room to spread out if you’re a group and quiet.
The bathhouse/shower is definitely rustic but everything worked great!

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay! Sharon is an amazing host for many reasons… Always responded quickly to my messages, gave great advice and options for places to explore, provided easy to follow directions, insured the campsite was clean, stocked and ready for us when we arrived and told us to message anytime if we needed anything. The site was spacious and exactly how it was described in the listing. We enjoyed sitting around the fire, star gazing, and listening to the owls at night and song birds during the day. Got to see some deer wander through the woods nearby and walked a short ways down the road to look at the farm animals in the neighbors front yard. All in all it was a great escape to enjoy nature and would stay here again in a heartbeat!

Loved camping here. The campground was beautiful and magical. We had deer visit us during the night and enjoyed the hoot owls calling to each other. Yvette is a wonderful camp host and made us feel so welcome even with our late arrival. She made sure we had everything we needed and then some. We felt like a wanted guest in her home. Will definitely be back!

We loved this hip camp. It is very secluded with a great view of the water. It was nice to have all the hookups and roof for protection. It made setting up and tearing down very easy. We enjoyed the quiet and did a little fishing, caught a few smaller fish. We would definitely recommend. Direction and check in very easy

We had a great stay at this campsite over the weekend! The site itself was well-maintained and had the added bonus of a toilet and shower, which made things a lot more comfortable. One of the highlights was the easy access to the river — perfect for swimming during the hot afternoons. Evenings by the fire were peaceful and relaxing.
One note for future campers: make sure your pets are up to date on flea and tick medication, as the area is pretty active with nature. Overall, a great spot for a weekend getaway!
