Campsites are on a small horse farm located just 4 miles from downtown St Augustine and 5 miles from Vilano Beach. Many hiking and water activities within 30 minutes. You select the space you where you wish to set up camp. The entrance off the dirt road is tricky for large rigs or trailers more than 35' may not have easy access. Our sites offer potable water, a shower, picnic tables, a toilet, wifi, trash disposal, space for campfires, and we are pet friendly! We can accommodate tents, RVs, and trailers. Our guests love staying here: "Camping at Gayle’s property was an amazing experience. We shared the field with 3 other campers but there was still plenty of room between sites. Land is flat and has fire pit spaces and BBQ grills. Outdoor shower was appreciated even though we didn’t use it & it was great to have the port-o-potty on site. The best part was getting to see the animals!"

Things to do: The property is near the historic St. Augustine, a fun walkable/bikeable city, lots of state parks and of course an awesome beach! It is very quiet and private out here on the ranch. There are no close neighbors in the vicinity of our property. On the property, we have an exotic bird sanctuary about 200 feet from the RV site. At times you will think you are in the Amazon jungle. The birds are very playful, entertaining to watch them play throughout the day. You are more than welcome to go and interact with the birds. There are swinging hammock chairs hung up in the sanctuary for your comfort. There is a variety of wildlife out here every day. You will see turkeys, deer, raccoons, armadillos, wild boars and even on occasion a black bear. There is a fire pit by the Rv site that you can use to sit around in the evening and enjoy a fire if you wish. However, we don't recommend you go walking out into the swampy brush area, as there is a lot of Florida native wildlife like snakes and etc. and we want you to be safe. If you are looking to get away from the hustle and bustle of the city life. Our property is gated and fenced off and extremely private. And no one can just walk on to our ranch. We live and work on the property ourselves, and are just a short walk or phone call away. This is a very private place, no close neighbors. Our goal is to give you all the space and privacy you need and or require. Most of our guests are here to participate at an event at the Daytona 500 track. Only 35 minutes to get to the track in Daytona. We understand that alot of our guests are driving from long distances to get here. We will work with you on check in times not to worry. There is a ton of space to park your vehicle and trailer if needed. We are on well water out here in the country.

Olive Land Farms is a 12.4 acres farm growing over 2500 Olive trees of 8 different varieties of olives, from 3 of the most renowned olive producing countries in the world. They have been growing here in Hastings, Florida for over a year as they all migrated here from California. The goal of our research project is to establish whether olives could be a profitable crop for the State of Florida. Our research is headed by Reinaldo Valdes, PHD and with the collaboration of Olive growers from Andalucia, Spain. We have 2 varieties from Greece: Koroneiki and Kalamata, 2 varieties from Italy: Taggianca and Ascolana, and 4 varieties from Spain: Picuale, Manzanilla, Arbozana and Arbequina. We are hoping to have our first harvest in 3 to 5 years, until then, we are importing olive oil, representing some of the best olive oils in the world, and educating the consumers about the great qualities and properties of cooking and enjoying the best, heathiest oil in the world, as well as olives. Olive Land Farms also sell trees for homes and garden. In addition to our Olive grove we are a carbon farm, as our trees grow, they will be absorbing carbon dioxide form the environment. A fully grown olive tree can absorb 4.5 tons of carbon dioxide per year, according to the International Olive Council ( you do the math, especially when we are very close to one of the few coal burning power plants still in operation in our country) We are also a bird sanctuary, you will see a vast variety of birds, it’s an amazing show, we have different bird at all seasons, ducks migrating south for the winter as well as when they are heading back north, quite a sight to see, hawks, cardinals and cranes and the most amazing sunrises and sunsets, come visit with us. The property sits on 50 acres with natural beauty. This is a great location to relax and unwind from your busy stressful life. We are located 2 1/2 miles down a wide county maintained dirt road. It is very quiet and private out here on the ranch. There are no close neighbors in the vicinity of our property. On the property, we have an exotic bird sanctuary about 200 feet from the RV site. At times you will think you are in the Amazon jungle. The birds are very playful, entertaining to watch them play throughout the day. You are more than welcome to go and interact with the birds. There are swinging hammock chairs hung up in the sanctuary for your comfort. There is a variety of wildlife out here every day. You will see turkeys, deer, raccoons, armadillos, wild boars and even on occasion a black bear. There is a fire pit by the Rv site that you can use to sit around in the evening and enjoy a fire if you wish. However, we don't recommend you go walking out into the swampy brush area, as there is a lot of Florida native wildlife like snakes and etc. and we want you to be safe. If you are looking to get away from the hustle and bustle of the city life. Our property is gated and fenced off and extremely private. And no one can just walk on to our ranch. We live and work on the property ourselves, and are just a short walk or phone call away. This is a very private place, no close neighbors. Our goal is to give you all the space and privacy you need and or require. Most of our guests are here to participate at an event at the Daytona 500 track. Only 35 minutes to get to the track in Daytona. We understand that alot of our guests are driving from long distances to get here. We will work with you on check in times not to worry. There is a ton of space to park your vehicle and trailer if needed. We are on well water out here in the country.

Thank You for visiting our site. We are Olga and Henry Santos and we would like to invite you to come and stay at our Olive Land Farms. Olive Land Farms is a 12.4 acres farm growing over 2500 Olive trees of 8 different varieties of olives, from 3 of the most renowned olive producing countries in the world. They have been growing here in Hastings, Florida for over a year as they all migrated here from California. The goal of our research project is to establish whether olives could be a profitable crop for the State of Florida. Our research is headed by Reinaldo Valdes, PHD and with the collaboration of Olive growers from Andalucia, Spain. We have 2 varieties from Greece: Koroneiki and Kalamata, 2 varieties from Italy: Taggianca and Ascolana, and 4 varieties from Spain: Picuale, Manzanilla, Arbozana and Arbequina. We are hoping to have our first harvest in 3 to 5 years, until then, we are importing olive oil, representing some of the best olive oils in the world, and educating the consumers about the great qualities and properties of cooking and enjoying the best, heathiest oil in the world, as well as olives. Olive Land Farms also sell trees for homes and garden. In addition to our Olive grove we are a carbon farm, as our trees grow, they will be absorbing carbon dioxide form the environment. A fully grown olive tree can absorb 4.5 tons of carbon dioxide per year, according to the International Olive Council ( you do the math, especially when we are very close to one of the few coal burning power plants still in operation in our country) We are also a bird sanctuary, you will see a vast variety of birds, it’s an amazing show, we have different bird at all seasons, ducks migrating south for the winter as well as when they are heading back north, quite a sight to see, hawks, cardinals and cranes and the most amazing sunrises and sunsets, come visit with us. Definitely would stay again! Our host was very kind. The facilities were the cleanest ever. We left a night early, but only because the temperature was dropping rapidly and we weren't tent camping in 40 degree weather! Lots of horses, and Mei Mei (the doggo) was sweet :)

Great Stay…. Host is awesome with communications. When I arrived, Jen came out to greet me. She shared some of the places in town to eat and things to do. Finding the place was very easy, although I encourage you to come in while the sun is up…. It gets really dark. The sky is wonderfully dark at night. I thought I saw shooting stars, but based on the news it was a Chinese rocket falling…. Regardless, the dark skies made the star gazing extraordinary. The place is about 20 minutes from St. Augustine, which was perfect for me. The Venus camping spot is very close to the road, but there was no traffic to speak of all night on that road. The Venus camping spot could hold my 20 foot truck, but I wouldn’t try fitting in a rig any bigger. The animals are all friendly and Jen encouraged me to pet them. She did share to pet the pigs on the top of their heads, least the pigs think I am giving them some food. 😊 Besides the chickens, there were lots of birds, including some miniature hummingbirds, that visited. I will absolutely be back! Great place, great host.

I loved tent camping ⛺️ on Jens Farm , she was always available for anything if needed. The Farm animals are amazing and friendly. I stayed 10 days in a tent, you will need to be self sufficient if you plan on renting it, but the spot is private and on a very quite piece of property . At night 🌙 the stars and moon are so bright I to close my top , just beautiful sunrise, sunsets, property. Within 5 minutes you will find a Circkle K , Dollar General and amazing Pizza 🍕 Restaurant. This is the type of camping to find nature again and have the convenience of town when. Necessary, the price was more than fair. Thank you Jen and Crew

An entire small, "EWOK-VILLAGE STYLE" region of our 2.5 wooded acres will be dedicated to this project. EACH tree-tent will be $25/night (including 2 people). You MAY bring additional regular tent, of your own to use-it is $10/add'l person, per night.

I thoroughly enjoyed my 2-day stay at Kelley and Victor's slice of heaven. Loved camping in their sky tent, which fared very well with the summer storm that came through the first night. Kelley and Victor adore their home, and it shows. They have a gorgeous garden and are consistently improving to beautify the land. The outdoor shower was the absolute perfect temperature. Thanks, Kelley and Victor for a great visit. I so enjoyed the quiet time amongst the trees.

Gayle has a beautiful property with a pasture being used just for campers. There are firepits scattered around the large area. She welcomes guests to see the horses, chickens, cats and dogs, which roam the property. I would certainly bring earplugs, especially if you're in a tent as a loud train goes by a couple of times in the night. There is only one outhouse for all guests, which may not be enough if it gets busy. Expect rustic, but pretty with nice vibes.

I was in Saint Augustine for work for several days, and Stephanie’s place was perfect - great communication before I arrived, and I was greeted by her dogs, a donkey, and a chicken on arrival. Plenty of level space behind her home, and you can park closer to the pool and fire pit, or further out by the treeline - shade or sun if you want it for solar charging. It was a very peaceful stay, and I look forward to returning next time I’m in the area.

We tent camped on the pasture and loved it. There were several camper vans and one trailer that stayed there as well, but there was plenty of space to spread out and have privacy. The shower was surprisingly hot and had great water pressure. The animals are very friendly, several horses, dogs, and cats roaming. One of the dogs, MaeMae, joined us for breakfast every morning we were there. She was so sweet. Just watch out for fire ants!

We had a great time camping at Stephanie’s. Directions were clear and simple, and we had many different spots we could pitch the tent. We enjoyed waking up to the sounds of the animals and getting to spend some time with them. The turkey was very sweet! Great place for a short staycation, out in nature but not far from stores, restaurants and St. Augustine. Would recommend!
