Falkor Ranch is located on rolling hills on the Palmer Divide about an hour southeast of Denver, Colorado. Located at 7,000 feet with a beautiful view of Pike's Peak and the Rocky Mountains. Your camping fee includes a farm orientation, indoor plumbing that includes a shower.
You will meet our beautiful alpacas and Nubian goats that we have for milk, weed control and just because they make us happy, as well as a flock of laying chickens for fresh eggs. We have a variety of gardens and a year-round geodesic dome greenhouse that provides us with fresh produce. This is a quiet country setting. There are many popular and diverse activity sites less than an hour away. Come escape the hustle and bustle of home, and enjoy the beauty of nature and our loving animals.
We offer both tent and RV listings to suit however you like to travel. We have a hot shower, bathroom, picnic tables, potable water, and trash and recycle bins. Our RV listing has both 20 and 30 amp electrical hookup but no water or sewer hookups.

Diane is so sweet and showed us all of their beautiful friendly animals and plants when we arrived and even offered fresh goat milk and a plant starter! We have some amazing hiking trails and Arapahoe National Forest in our backyard! Maxwell National Trailhead is 9 mins from the property with free parking and free entrance. Cub Creek Trail Head is also around the corner.
Evergreen Lake- 15 min car ride. Fishing, kayaking, picnic.
Red Rocks Park and Amphitheatre- 30 min car ride. Summer concerts, and movie nights at the park.
Our property is at 10,000 feet in the foothills of the Rockies. The last mile is unpaved and has some steep inclines.
We receive quite a lot of snow (Oct-May). We require that guests use AWD/4WD vehicles and winter tires to safely access our dome during snow months. Please check weather conditions and follow Colorado traction laws.

A-Lodge Boulder is a 30 room lodge just 2 miles above downtown Boulder, Colorado. We are located in a wilderness area of Boulder Canyon, right at the junction with Fourmile Canyon. We have three #vanlife sites and four tentsites for offer on Hipcamp.
We have a BRAND NEW barrel sauna, hot tub, grills, seasonal pool (Memorial Day to Labor Day), meeting space, outdoor beer garden, bathrooms and showers for campers and a wonderful trail to Betasso Preserve right from your campsite. The Fourmile Creek runs through our property along our large lawn area. Great views and you might see bear, deer, elk, moose, foxes, or even a mountain lion!
Walk-in sites are just a short hike, about 100 feet, on an unmanicured trail to our platforms. We provide the platform for your tent as well as access to all of our lodge's amenities; front desk, lobby, bar & beer garden, fire pits, grills, bathrooms, shower, outdoor common areas, free wifi, etc.
A-Lodge has a 7-day non-refundable cancellation policy. If you cancel within 7 days of your arrival, 50% of the total is non-refundable.

The Space
A snug cabin for 2–4 guests with a queen air bed and queen futon. Everything you need is here: linens, towels, dishes, glasses, silverware, and condiments. Appliances include a dorm-size fridge, microwave, toaster, and coffee pot — plus a large outdoor gas grill and stovetop. A cooler is available for ice.
Water is provided via a 5-gallon station inside and a hose to the deck cooking area. No running water, but electricity is available.
Outside you'll find deck seating with mountain views, a camping toilet, and a handheld shower.
The North Fork of the South Platte River runs below the property — you'll hear it, and it makes a beautiful backdrop. Note: the riverbank requires skilled climbing to reach, the current is unsafe for swimming, and it is not suitable for children.

Deer roam freely and often linger for hours

Fresh air, tranquil, surround by aspens an immaculate little cabin for a getaway in nature. Our sons loved the hot tub and our dogs loved the setting, we loved the peace. We had a couple of additional requests prior to arrival, and Ernest was so responsive and accommodating. I would highly recommend this property and host. We had a wonderful summer mountain break away from urban living and the heat.

We've lived in Colorado 16 yrs and vacationed in many cabins in the mtns. None have had a view like this! Breathtaking! The cabin is set below the owners home but private. It has electricity and water from a hose outside. There is potable water provided inside. Outside There's a camping gas stove & portable camping shower. If you're coming in the hot part of the summer, recommend bring a fan bc the cabin can get quite warm during the day due to all the windows.

This cabin was perfect for our weekend getaway! The view is unparalleled and it's far enough away from other structures that it felt so secluded. It had enough amenities to make the stay really comfortable and was close to Staunton State Park for hiking and Conifer for groceries. We're already talking about coming back!

Weekend Trip to Sanctuary in the Sky
We had a good stay at this unique location. It was very windy when we arrived but the view was wonderful. There are windows all around, and a skylight. I didn't think to look at the stars, though. We went to a concert at Red Rocks so didn't spend as much time enjoying the location as we otherwise might have. It was nice to get to meet the special needs cats that LuAnn and Chris graciously take care of. I wish them all the best!

What a lovely 2 nights spent among the trees and sky in Evergreen. The space is so comfortable and relaxing. You wake up to pine trees and delicious coffee in the Chemex. We watched movies on the big screen, made pizzas in the Ooni oven and soaked in the hot tub. The beds were just right and the kitchen had what we needed. We even had a deer family visit us in the snow. The hosts were so nice and great communicators. Highly recommend!

This was the perfect cabin for a family getaway. We enjoyed all the amenities: the big screen for movies, wood burning stove and hot tub. The bed was comfy and scenery pretty. I personally would have liked a normal coffee pot, but my son liked the drip pot. It was nice to have laundry onsite to wash towels.

My husband and I had a wonderful stay at the A frame cabin. The modern and minimalist design was really comfy- we felt right at home. There are many great places to explore and hike nearby. This a frame was the perfect weekend get away. It’s spacious, comfortable, clean, and cozy. We loved the hot tub, pizza oven, and projector screen. This was the perfect trip to get a mix of the outdoors with all the comforts of home! We spent so much time using the hot tub and the projector. The kitchen was perfect to make everything we planned and we were so impressed with all of the amenities. There were other people on the property, but we didn’t even notice and had tons of privacy. The house was super clean and so comfortable! We will definitely stay again and would recommend this to anyone looking to get away to the mountains while having all of the comforts of home!
