Welcome to our charming 2-acre meadow nestled in East Boulder. Just minutes from town - near bike trails, shops and restaurants. A great pitstop on your way to or from the mountains - or base camp for the adventures in Front Range. We aren't fancy, but we are convenient, cozy and safe. Gate code will be provided 48 hours before arrival.
We have spots in the meadow for Tents, Motorhomes, Vans, Trailers, and Rooftop setups. The grounds are a bit sloped but we've got leveling boards (please leave them behind).
We've got the world's best eggs, a few walking paths through tall wild grasses, a campfire ring, solar shower ( currently closed), gas grill, and a lovely porta-jon (NO TOILET IN WINTER).
We can handle RVs up to 45 feet - truck and trailer. It’s a big field, but a narrow, winding and steep gravel ramp to get in and out.
We have a community fire pit with free burn wood, though the big logs are few and far between; your own firewood is recommended - as well as an ax or saw. If it's windy, please skip the fire... the BFD is very strict about this!!
We have well water feeding a solar shower (only hot when the sun shines) and sink (non potable unless you have a filter). - CLOSED FOR THE WINTER
We have a wading / dog pool continually refreshed from the creek. I just built a new filter!! It’s a saving grace in the summertime. - CLOSED FOR THE WINTER
We have a community gas grill - please donate to the propane fund.
Please help yourself to eggs up at the coop - look for the Venmo QR and WATCH OUT FOR THE ROOSTER! The chickens free range during the day, so please MIND YOUR DOG.

A can of propane is always available for your use of the stove.
* A note to novice campers and regular hotel patrons: Though you are in a shelter, you are still exposed to the elements. The treehouse is not insulated. Wind, bugs, and critters may all be a part of the variable treehouse experience mother nature has planned for you. If you are not comfortable camping, getting dirty, swatting flies, being too hot, being too cold, hearing the noises of animals at night, waking up to the sound of magpies, and who knows what else, this experience may not be for you.

We live on 2 acres on the west side of Longmont with mountain views, across from a golf course and down the dirt road from Golden Ponds. We have 2 pet cows, geese, turkeys and chickens all free ranging on the property. The RV spot is located on a flat dirt parking lot, separate from the animals, with a large street lamp between the house and land.
We are located 45 minutes from Denver or Estes Park.

The camping space is a 1/3 acre field adjacent to a barn and barn-yard with goats and chickens who love to interact with people. It is near (walking distance) the communities of Edgewater, Wheat Ridge, Lakewood and Denver. You can also walk less than 1 minute to a bus stop which will take you to East to downtown Denver, West to Golden, connects with the Light rail, airport and points in between. Just 5 blocks away is a great neighborhood bar and grill, a beer garden and a bakery. Many other dining, pub and brewery options just 10 blocks away. What To Do:
Walk around the historic town of Gold Hill. We promise you will be entertained.

The Treehouse is furnished with Queen size bed and plenty of blankets to keep you warm, but feel free to bring your sleeping bag if you prefer.
A roll out twin size feather bed for the floor is available upon request if you have a few more folks joining.
We provide a portable toilet with WagBags. Please always pack out all human solid human waste. Gold Hill Store offers a toilet for a minimal fee and the Gold Hill Inn has a toilet for customers. A camp stove is available for outdoor use. The camp stove and the propane heater both use 1 lb propane canisters, so feel free to bring your own fuel to cook and keep you warm. A can of propane is always available for your use of the stove.
* A note to novice campers and regular hotel patrons: Though you are in a shelter, you are still exposed to the elements. The treehouse is not insulated. Wind, bugs, and critters may all be a part of the variable treehouse experience mother nature has planned for you. If you are not comfortable camping, getting dirty, swatting flies, being too hot, being too cold, hearing the noises of animals at night, waking up to the sound of magpies, and who knows what else, this experience may not be for you.

The 1950's Bellwood trailer could not be more charming with wood paneling, 1950's styling and positioned right overlooking the bridge on the creek. The folks @ A-Lodge were the best! They are super responsive on their text chat almost anytime of the day/night. They extended our stay one more night very quickly just over chat when decided we were not ready yet to say goodbye to our kids in Boulder. We were able to snag the same spot from the night before so getting in later after dinner in Boulder was super easy for us. The lodge is really nice and so were the restrooms and showers. Snowed our first night and the view of the property was very special. We were able to fall asleep to the sound of the creek next to our RV spot #2. Would book back here in a heartbeat. Thanks again to all who helped us on first camper van trip. Starting here made the rest of our week that much easier.

This was truly the perfect little getaway from Denver! You have everything you need in this cozy and spacious spot!
I spent two nights up here by myself. Spent the day hiking Brainard Lake, then getting cozy by the outdoor and indoor fireplace. My last morning here, I woke up to a Winter Wonderland! Wow! I would have stayed an extra night, but sadly it was already booked. I will definitely be back again soon! 🤩

This land is beautiful, the lodge even better. But what made it all worth it was the reassurance that everything was going to work out. I had constant communication with Cesar as we had been travelling 18 hrs from Houston Texas. They made everything easy, asking questions and being patient. The lodge was stocked with necessities and even provided a grill, propane, a boot brush and even more two sources of heat. We were able to chop our own wood as well as purchase them from Cesar. It was all worth the drive and made my husband's and I anniversary exciting.

This spot was perfect for my truck with RTT. Michelle was very friendly and welcoming with great neighbors in a cute neighborhood.. Michelle went above and beyond for me when my cat ran off to play hide and seek for the rest day. She was right there with me the whole time helping me catch my cat. I am so very grateful for all the help she, her partner and lovely neighbors gave me. I would recommend this spot to anyone looking to park their rig for one night or extended stays. The better alternative when camping in the city.

Weekend Trip to A-Lodge Boulder
Deer came right down to the Lodge, plenty of creature comforts in the kitchen, jacuzzi tub, hot tub, with wifi and central heat. Everything was clean and nicely decorated. Trailhead on site for a good hike, or another right across the hwy. King Suite was spacious, check in was easy, be ready for an extra deposit fee.
