Camping here at the Rabbit Hole Ranch is primitive and dispersed (no numbered sites) and there 30 acres available for you to use. The nearby town has much much more to do in nature featuring fishing, camping, horseback riding and hiking. The property is on the other side of the creek. Be careful of spiky ground plants. This place was great! So thoughtfully designed -- even though there aren't any trees, the campsites are situated so that you can't really see one another when you're in your little space. Lots of little touches, like the lights along the pathway, a nice playground in the park, the cantina in the middle, make it a really pleasant stay. And the showers! Very very nice showers. The host, Adam, was really friendly and accommodating, and we had a really nice stay the very last day of the season. Will definitely return!

What a great place to stay! The campsite I stayed at was super private, yet easy walking distance to the (clean and functional) bathrooms, showers, and incredibly well-stocked kitchen area. The views are beautiful, sitting at the base of the Great Sand Dunes National Park. This was a perfect place to stay and very close to Zapata Falls and other great hiking spots. The hostess was super friendly, too. Overall, I highly recommend this beautiful, private and serene Hipcamp.

This was an absolute gem! Chris was super helpful and informative navigating to the campsite. I was blown away by how private and secluded it was. This was my first solo camp trip and it was everything I was hoping for and more. I loved the vertical firepit which greatly helped get a fire started due to wind. The star gazing was amazing here! I’ve never seen so many shooting stars.
