CALLING ALL ADVENTURERS! Ready to glamp? Escape to an off grid tiny cabin with a zip line and 5 acres to yourself. It is time to enjoy some peace and quiet with limited cell phone service and breathtaking views. You will be the ONLY ONE on 5 acres of land to explore. Find yourself adventuring through the gulch on a zip line, relaxing under the beautiful pinon trees, grilling some tasty food, sitting next to a crackling fire or enjoying one of three tree swings. At night, you may find that the views of the night sky are simply unbeatable, you’re in a dark sky zone…don't forget to look up! The sunrise and sunsets are beautiful too! Walk to the top of one of the many peaks for stunning views. Adventure to the highest peak and be surprised with a tree swing!
To make things even better, there are 3 fire pits with campsites to go along with them. Use the cabin which sleeps 2 guests and extra guests can tent camp! The cabin includes a pull out couch (sleeps 2), 2 air mattresses (and a pump), water jug and pump, toilet, off grid shower, cooking pans and utensils, bowls/plates, cups, coffee, propane cook stove and more! Parking for 2-3 cars. HIGH CLEARANCE VEHICLES RECOMMENDED! Otherwise you may not be able to pull into the driveway. Jeep Patriot or similar can make it.
This land is located in the heart of the Sangre de Cristo Mountain Range. At the eastern edge of the San Luis Valley, Sangre de Cristo Ranches are virtually surrounded by the Rockies. This land is literally in the San Isabel National Forest. You will be just minutes away from so many awesome destinations!

The master bedroom offers a queen bed, beautiful southerly view, wood-burning stove, spacious sitting area, and opportunity for rejuvenating & relaxing.
We're in the International Dark Sky community. The stars are magnificent. You will be amazed by the vast expanse of the universe.
The Great Sand Dunes National Park - the tallest and most amazing sand dunes in North America - are visible from almost everywhere on our property. Look to the south to see this alternate view. Plan to make a day-trip to the Dunes! Don't forget about the Ziggurat (it's visible from our deck too).
We are also close to several natural hot springs resorts with both family friendly and clothing optional locations. And the choices for hiking are too numerous to list.

Awesome location with plenty of hiking trails and great views! It was very windy the weekend we stayed, but we set up camp in the creek and barely noticed. We would definitely like to come back.

This is such a cool spot! The views are wild of all the mountains and the dunes off in the distance. We saw what was probably one of the best Coloradan sunsets. The site itself was extremely flat for tents and there was a nice fire pit and some solar lights that could be turned off and on. It was pretty easy to find if you just follow the lat/long coordinates and look for the entrance wood poles.

This was a perfect spot for our group to camp near the Great Sand Dunes. Beautiful views of the mountains & you can see the dunes from this spot. The sunsets were incredible too. One thing to note - the spot was very hard to find (no sign) and we were originally on someone else’s land accidentally (we got chased out by 10 aggressive dogs). The host was available when we called and helped us navigate to the correct spot though! Our group booked all 3 sites and I’m glad we did because if not, other campers would be too close since there’s no clear road to drive around the 5 acres. There was already an easy-up popup that we used for shade which was nice too. I’d recommend this spot! Just know that it is primitive camping and very dusty if there are high winds.
