We own almost an acre of land next to the North Fork of the Big Thompson River in Glen Haven, CO (one of the cutest small towns ever!). Camp right next to the river and feel the peace of the water flowing and the bright stars in the sky. We are located 7 miles from Estes Park and a short 15 minute drive to the east entrances of Rocky Mountain National Park. Crosier Mountain trailhead is right across the street from our land. Rollinsville Adventure Camp is a 5 acre slice of the Rocky Mountains, perched at approximately 9,000 feet above sea level, in the shadow of the nearby Continental divide. The property features towering pine trees, beautiful aspens, and is surrounded by national forest on all sides. The campsites are all located within the safe confines of a gated, five foot fence that surrounds the property. The property once served as a Llama Ranch. This home was the coziest and most relaxing place to stay ever!!! 🥰Such happy and warm vibes all around even staying on a 40 degree weekend!!! The wood burning stove was so amazing and kept the house so warm! There was even firewood available!!! 😇I brought my own but it was awesome there was some extra! Me and my girlfriend cooked some delicious meals in the adorable, spacious, and well stocked kitchen! It was the most amazing birthday getaway and my girlfriend was so pleased as well! Thank you Lauren for hosting such a wonderful and beautiful home to the Hipcamp/ Airbnb community ☺️ we will 100% be back!!! Our little chiweenie, Mabel absolutely loved the home too! She felt right at home and loved to explore the front yard and sit on the cute back porch and sunbathe. Mabel will want to return for another trip as well 🥰🐾💜

Overall great experience! House is very cute/ cozy and easy to access from I-70. Once we got the fire going inside, it was very warm; firewood/lighter fluid was provided. Was pet friendly and the town very quaint. Already planning another longer visit!

Right by a river, and a road but it was not noisy for us in a camper van. Porta potty on site. General store down the road but does not open until 9am in September so we didn’t get to go. Scenic drive leading up to the site. We had no cell service so prepare ahead of time!

I loved camping on this site with some friends! We had 10 total people and it was the perfect size for our group. Easy to find and only 15 minutes from Lake Estes. The picnic table, trash receptacle, and port a potty made our load light for our one night of camping. Heidi was responsive and detailed, and has a great spot with the river. As far as noise, we only heard a few cars pass by when in our tents that weren’t a real bother, but the sound of the water was peaceful to fall asleep to. Listen to the cinnamon bun advice! We wanted more than 6 buns so we had to order the day before (definitely do!). We enjoyed being right by town to walk to grab any last minute needs. Next time I would love to dine at the bed & breakfast in town for dinner. Overall, Heidi was a superhost for us!

My friends and I had site 5 and 6. There’s a slight slope but not bad at all compared to some other campgrounds I’ve been to. Our two dogs loved the area and enjoyed the space as much or more than we did. There are only two picnic tables to share among the 6 sites. This wasn’t an issue for us since we had the place to ourselves. The gas grill was nice to have. There is a shower hooked up to a hose. It’s not potable water but would work for a rinse off if you’ve been hiking all day. The potable water pump wasn’t working while we were there, but I let Ed know so I’m sure he’s on it. Also the little structure area was so nice for late night card games. The lights in there were much better than using our camping lanterns. Overall we really enjoyed it and would probably go back because the dogs enjoyed it so much.

The view is magnificent, and it is what you are paying for. The host responds to questions quickly. I will caution as the site requires maneuvering 2 very tight hairpin switch backs to get to. I was pulling an off road pop up trailer with a tundra and had to get creative to make it up. Although page lists 30 ft vehicle, i would not attempt in one unless I was incredibly skilled at driving it.

The overall vibe, bubbling creek and proximity to both Rocky Mtn NP and Estes Park were fantastic. We loved our stay and recommend without hesitation for those with campers, as we had. We had no trouble with noise or traffic over a Fri-Mon stay during the very busy July/Aug season. Loved being able to walk to the General Store and the cinnamon rolls are worth the hype.

The view was absolutely stunning and it felt private. The land was somewhat rocky so there were limited places for the tent. There was a fire pit, some chairs, and a trash can. Overall, we enjoyed it but I think it is a little overpriced for what you're getting. We would happily come back but not for $200/night. We also had a somewhat difficult time finding the place. Google directed us to a spot that was too early on the road. You need to go past Schaffer Ranch and then continue until you see the signs for Vista Point on your right hand side (it's a decent amount farther from Schaffer Ranch). Jason was responsive to our lost messages!

Nice little getaway! Quiet, sites were well marked, all the advertised amenities were good to go. Got up in the morning, used the Coleman stove to fire up some French press, then went for a beautiful bike ride up around Peak2peak.
