Comfortable beds, hot water, and propane heater. Has kitchen area with a fridge, stove and washer dryer combo for seasonal rentals. Cooler for short term guest supplied in room. Fire pit located outside cabin! WIFI access Cabin Wildflower- This cabin is our second biggest. This has 2 rooms, separated with a kitchen and full bathroom, kitchen is supplied with fridge/freezer for seasonal rentals, a washer and full kitchen utensils. WiFi access. Cabin has fire pit located outside and a usable grill! A cooler is provided in room for short term guest Cabin Rustic- This cabin is very unique and off grid! Sleeping for up 8 guest. It recently had solar electricity installed, outhouse, outdoor shower unit with hot water, (outdoor shower not available in winter moths) and WiFi! Wood burner and propane heating options. These cabins are very different in their own ways, they run on solar, but we do have a back up generator for emergency use! All our cabins have electricity! Generator will run 3 times a day in high power demand or low sunlight conditions to ensure there is always power and access to utilities. 7am-9am 12pm-2pm 6pm-8pm These cabins are great for all occasions, hunting, glamping, family occasions, party’s, wedding events, ATVS, snowmobiles, horse back riding, star glazing, hiking! you name it we can for sure cater for it!

Owner's personal residence, treat it nicely! The space Cozy and open floorplan is ideal for a couple or up to 4 people. The loft above has a deluxe king size bed facing East for glorious sunrises over the West Elk mountains. The other side of the loft has a trundle bed where the lower twin bed rolls out from underneath the upper twin bed. There is also a standing desk with a Dell docking station and large monitor in the loft. No audible privacy other than the bathroom; everything is open. Pellet stove for heat if needed and backup propane heaters on the main level. Nice live edge furniture throughout (coasters and placemats provided, please use them!) and cherry rocking chairs for watching whatever streaming services you have subscriptions to on the entertainment center. Solid wood deck furniture and BBQ. Occasionally ATVs will pass by, neighbors have an easement to the forest but they will not use my land except to cross it. Guest access You can access the entire 72 acres and all of the cabin except for a few secured closet/pantry areas for the owner/cleaning crew. The generator/solar system shed is also locked. Plenty of parking. AWD or 4WD is preferred but it is a gravel road. Welcome to bring ATVs, go hunt in the adjacent National Forest, bring horses and your own hay, etc. Other things to note You may need to run the generator a few hours per day which is as simple as turning a switch in the kitchen if it is cloudy. If the weather is nice then the solar system will generally take care of everything. AT&T works well here and wifi calling via starlink internet.

Nice live edge furniture throughout (coasters and placemats provided, please use them!) and cherry rocking chairs for watching whatever streaming services you have subscriptions to on the entertainment center. Solid wood deck furniture and BBQ. Occasionally ATVs will pass by, neighbors have an easement to the forest but they will not use my land except to cross it. Guest access You can access the entire 72 acres and all of the cabin except for a few secured closet/pantry areas for the owner/cleaning crew. The generator/solar system shed is also locked. Plenty of parking. AWD or 4WD is preferred but it is a gravel road. Welcome to bring ATVs, go hunt in the adjacent National Forest, bring horses and your own hay, etc. Other things to note You may need to run the generator a few hours per day which is as simple as turning a switch in the kitchen if it is cloudy. If the weather is nice then the solar system will generally take care of everything. AT&T works well here and wifi calling via starlink internet.

Solid wood deck furniture and BBQ. Occasionally ATVs will pass by, neighbors have an easement to the forest but they will not use my land except to cross it. Guest access You can access the entire 72 acres and all of the cabin except for a few secured closet/pantry areas for the owner/cleaning crew. The generator/solar system shed is also locked. Plenty of parking. AWD or 4WD is preferred but it is a gravel road. Welcome to bring ATVs, go hunt in the adjacent National Forest, bring horses and your own hay, etc. Other things to note You may need to run the generator a few hours per day which is as simple as turning a switch in the kitchen if it is cloudy. If the weather is nice then the solar system will generally take care of everything. AT&T works well here and wifi calling via starlink internet.

Grace is a sweet glamping option. The view from the breakfast table was lovely, the decor appealing and it was clean. It had everything we needed to make meals and wash dishes. The bed was comfortable. The furnace, electric stove and small heater for the bedroom made cool nights comfortable. Paonia is beautiful! The drive to Crested Butte from here is amazing!!! Karina was very communicative with clear instructions before our trip and was quick to respond to our requests. If you've never used a composting toilet before, it's an adjustment but it's a good option for glamping. The shower had hot water and enough pressure. I would stay here again.

We had a lovely (but challenging, carrying a toddler) hike up and stay at Cabin #2. The cabin was quaint, clean and more well-appointed than expected (I guess we didn't need to pack a hatchet?). It was hovering around freezing when we arrived, but we got the stove lit and got the space up into the 50s for a comfortable night. Sunrise was lovely from bed and we finished our trip with a hike up to the lake in the morning before descending to the car.

All set up with linens, towels, soaps etc. clean and neat. Tiny kitchen. Don’t plan big dinners. There is a grill and propane. No inside table. Small sofa. Very nice loft sleeping area. Bed is very comfortable. Slept great! Bathroom is tiny but fine. No more than 2-3 people for sure. Campground is adorable! Looks like a Western town with all the different tiny homes. Nice outdoor fire pit for all to use. Definitely highly recommend.

Incredible stay at Ben’s gondola village! We hiked in from the 727/759 intersection and it was a BURNER but so worth it for the views. We are new to packing in and WAY overpacked our packs. Plenty of propane there, save yourself some weight. The sunrises were absolutely magical! You can watch them from the hut or walk down to the gondolas for a good view. The hut is so cozy, we could have stayed in there all day. We did take a hike up the road for a quick dip in Cleveland Lake and will be dreaming about it until we return. Absolutely freezing but beautiful! Will hold this place near and dear to my heart forever. Can’t wait to be back!

Charming place with an incredible view of the mountains. A quick drive to town with the quiet feel of the country while you’re there. Luxurious, sweet space with everything you need! Kind host goes beyond if you have any needs. Highly recommended and great value :) The town of Paonia has great food, lots of cute shops and is filled with interesting, kind folks.
