At the street level, or the lowest elevation on the Ranch, there's room to park and turn around a small trailer up to 20 feet long. There's water access which runs off a generator that allows you to re-fill your tank. There is currently no power and no waste dumping allowed on site. The view of China peak is spectacular here at approximately 2500 feet in elevation. We're 5 miles to the gas station and dollar store in Yokuts Valley, CA. We're also 5 miles to the Sequoia RV park, where you can dump wastewater.

This is the absolute most convenient spot for tourists headed into the park as it is the last stop before the park entrance. Although the property is currently going through transition, it is still a very charming peaceful and very special location. Dispersed Tent sites are not yet clearly defined, so it is going to be first come first serve basis. We also offer a tent site that is setup for your arrival and 2 RV parking spots in our parking lot. This area is so peaceful, and I'm excited to share my space with you! I also run the lodge on site and make fresh coffee and espresso each morning. You are welcome to use the communal tables in the lodge, as well as the restroom during the day. In the evenings, we have a porta potty available! I've owned the property since 2009 and am working on rebuilding and cleaning the property after the loss of my husband. Please be mindful that this is a work in progress but is in an absolutely ideal location, and I love hosting! Looking forward to seeing you.
