Conveniently located right on Highway 180 - 8 miles outside of the entrance to Kings Canyon and Sequoia National Parks. This is the absolute most convenient spot for tourists headed into the park as it is the last stop before the park entrance. Although the property is currently going through transition, it is still a very charming peaceful and very special location. Dispersed Tent sites are not yet clearly defined, so it is going to be first come first serve basis. We also offer a tent site that is setup for your arrival and 2 RV parking spots in our parking lot. This area is so peaceful, and I'm excited to share my space with you! I also run the lodge on site and make fresh coffee and espresso each morning. You are welcome to use the communal tables in the lodge, as well as the restroom during the day. In the evenings, we have a porta potty available! I've owned the property since 2009 and am working on rebuilding and cleaning the property after the loss of my husband. Please be mindful that this is a work in progress but is in an absolutely ideal location, and I love hosting! Looking forward to seeing you.

There are several dispersed sites to choose from! A total of 4. There is a porta potty available, as well as a toilet inside the lodge. The lodge is usually locked at night, so the porta potty will be your best bet. You are welcome to use the lodge to eat or just hang out! All tables are communal. We also offer coffee each morning.

Flat space, and the tent will be set up for you upon your arrival. This space fits up to 4 guests. There are no cots, sleeping pads, or sleeping bags, please bring everything you need with you. There is a porta potty available, as well as a toilet inside the lodge. The lodge is usually locked at night, so the porta potty will be your best bet. You are welcome to use the lodge to eat or just hang out! All tables are communal. We also offer coffee each morning.

You are welcome to park your RV here in our lot. There are no hook-ups, but you are welcome to use the Lodge for a restroom, and we also offer coffee and espresso. If you need to use your generator, it needs to be a quiet generator, this space is known for it's nature sounds. It has to be turned off by 8pm.

RV Parking In Lodge Lot
The location is so wonderful that we don’t need drive far away from King’s Valley where still enjoy the environment of the green. Cyndi is very generous host to allow the guests to use washrooms inside the lodge, and she well treated us the nice pancake and coffee in the morning while there was a power outrage.

A Hidden Gem with the Sweetest Host

This stay was everything I hoped for and more. The host was wonderfully sweet, welcoming us with genuine warmth and making sure we had everything we needed. You can really tell they care about their guests and the land. Access to the property was super easy—no complicated directions or stress. It’s tucked away just enough to feel peaceful and private, but still incredibly convenient. One of the biggest highlights for us was how close it was to Sequoia National Park and Kings Canyon—a perfect base camp for daily adventures. Being able to explore those breathtaking parks and return to such a cozy, accessible spot each evening made the trip unforgettable. Highly recommend this site if you’re looking for kindness, comfort, and killer location! 🌲✨

Cynthia is very accommodating and will work hard to find you the best place to stay on her property. The facility is right off the main road with easy access and some pull through options. The coffee and morning communion were a welcome treat.
