The sofa bed in the main room can sleep one or maybe two small children, but there is not much room for additional luggage and the bathroom is accessible through the bedroom.
The private back patio is huge and is a perfect place to relax, bbq, sit under the trees and enjoy a glass of wine. There are even outdoor Bluetooth speakers to enjoy your favorite music! The bedroom has a new queen bed and a large closet to store your belongings. Nestled on a half acre, the rustic yard welcomes lots of deer and wildlife. In the fall and spring enjoy the outdoor fire pit with a relaxing bench swing. You will enjoy your stay and get some much needed peace and quiet in this cozy mountain hideaway!
We are pet friendly & happy to host your favorite house-trained 4-legged friend, (just 1 please) for an addl $50 pet fee. You will need to let us know if you have a dog when you book. Dog food and food/water bowls provided.
Guest access
Guests have access to the entire cabin. Guests also have year round access to the private Fly In Acres Lake, with sand volleyball courts and lifeguards. The lake has two docks a sandy beach and is the perfect place to play in the water or enjoy a little floating. The water stays much warmer than the chilly nearby rivers.

Our place offers a fully operational commercial style communal outdoor kitchen, a small stage, huge redwood, slab dining table, and 14 acres of camping area.
It also offers a beautiful 8 foot stock tank hot tub with the freshest clean snowpack water. So clean that it shares an aquifer with Crystal Geyser bottled water.
These are all communal spaces. Please keep this in mind when booking, and be prepared to meet some great folks. Be kind to one another and enjoy the experience.

Bradley Hut is a classic Sierra Club backcountry hut in the Tahoe region, reached via an approximately 4.7-mile hike or ski approach. It’s a favorite among ski tourers planning multi-day adventures, with backcountry terrain in all directions from the hut.
The hut sits near Silver Peak in the Pole Creek area (north of Olympic Valley/Palisades Tahoe). The approach is a steady climb, with roughly 1,600 ft of elevation gain from the Pole Creek trailhead area.
This is serious mountain terrain. Please use extra caution: surrounding slopes are steep, avalanche hazard can be significant, and conditions can become dangerous quickly when weather turns.
Inside the hut:

The space
This newly-remodeled cabin is equipped with new stainless steel appliances and modern decor. The living room is open with a brand new queen-size sofa bed and the windows bring in lots of light and fresh air. Our cozy cabin is only 452 square feet of indoor space and is ideal for 2 adults. The sofa bed in the main room can sleep one or maybe two small children, but there is not much room for additional luggage and the bathroom is accessible through the bedroom.
The private back patio is huge and is a perfect place to relax, bbq, sit under the trees and enjoy a glass of wine. There are even outdoor Bluetooth speakers to enjoy your favorite music! The bedroom has a new queen bed and a large closet to store your belongings. Nestled on a half acre, the rustic yard welcomes lots of deer and wildlife. In the fall and spring enjoy the outdoor fire pit with a relaxing bench swing. You will enjoy your stay and get some much needed peace and quiet in this cozy mountain hideaway!
We are pet friendly & happy to host your favorite house-trained 4-legged friend, (just 1 please) for an addl $50 pet fee. You will need to let us know if you have a dog when you book. Dog food and food/water bowls provided.
Guest access
Guests have access to the entire cabin. Guests also have year round access to the private Fly In Acres Lake, with sand volleyball courts and lifeguards. The lake has two docks a sandy beach and is the perfect place to play in the water or enjoy a little floating. The water stays much warmer than the chilly nearby rivers.

My two dogs and I had a very nice stay at this Hipcamp location. The hosts were responsive and helpful. The cabin is cozy, with a fully stocked kitchen, board games, DVDs, and a very useful binder with local information and things to do. The property is wooded and hilly, with paths cut through it, multiple seating and eating areas, and plenty of outdoor activities/games.. Nights were quiet (I did hear shooting practice down the road for a couple of hours one day). Overall, a relaxing and exceptionally well-set-up place to stay, particularly for a group..

This place is super cute! Perfect for two people and our dog. I enjoyed how quiet and peaceful it was. The state park is really close and fun to hike around, dogs have to hike the fire trails but that was ok with us. There was great communication from the host who also replied timely. We would definitely stay here again.

Had a wonderful time at this site! From the moment we arrived, we were blown away by how open and spacious the property is. There’s so much room to spread out, relax, and really take in the natural beauty of the area. Whether you’re coming with family, a group of friends, or bringing your dogs along, this place has the perfect setup to make everyone feel at home and comfortable.
The cabin was clean, cozy, and incredibly well-stocked with everything we needed — you can really tell a lot of thought and care has gone into making it feel welcoming. The site also offers a great selection of games and activities, which kept both the kids and adults happily entertained for hours. There’s something for everyone to enjoy.
Steven and Michelle were so kind and super responsive to any questions or needs we had.

There was a leak so we could not use the jacuzzi tub. We went to the White Pines Lake which was fun.

This property is a hidden gem, it is so beautiful and Bobby is very welcoming. My husband and I were looking for a quick getaway for a night. Like the description says, bring you snacks. That’s exactly what we did, this spot has everything else you need. Everything from cooking on the open fire to the spa was a great experience. We will definitely be back for another glamping trip!

Steven and Michelle’s place was exactly what we needed! We have a pretty spacious yurt we were looking to pitch and their property provided more than enough space. The dogs loved the grounds and with the games and activities throughout, we never got bored. In enjoying our downtime I wanted to take advantage of the outdoor cooking options and got a chance to smoke a chicken and grill a bunch(we enjoyed it so much, when we got home we promptly bought a smoker and a grill). Of course at night, we took advantage of the fire pit and the screen for projecting movies. This place was everything we’d hope for.

We had an amazing weekend at this cozy cabin! From the start, Robin was an incredible host, he provided detailed and thoughtful information about the cabin, which made everything so easy. We had an amazing stay at this secluded cabin nestled right on a beautiful, peaceful creek. The setting is absolutely serene — perfect for a quiet escape into nature, and especially great for families with kids. Ours spent hours playing by the water, exploring the woods, and just being kids without screens or schedules.
The cabin itself strikes the perfect balance between rustic charm and cozy comfort. It’s a great “glamping” experience — you get all the perks of being out in nature without sacrificing a good night’s sleep, indoor restroom and shower. Thoughtfully stocked and very clean, it made us feel right at home.

Michelle and Steven were so easy to communicate with and very responsive. We loved hearing the birds' songs in the morning light and falling asleep to the stars. We brought tents for outside sleeping as well. But the comfort of the bed in the cabin was much appreciated! There are so many games available and a great fire pit with seating. The outdoor shower is awesome! And the kitchen is more stocked than many rentals we've stayed in. I'd say that the cabin/property was just a bit closer to the road than I expected, but it didn't really bother us. And there are visible other houses/properties fairly close by. Again, was not an issue for us, but just wasn't expecting that. The property is peaceful and beautiful. Thanks for being so accommodating Michelle and Steven!

Our 3 night stay with our two little boys couldn't have been better! We had almost everything we needed, and the things we didn't were already mentioned and came along with us. The boys found all the bugs and brought some extra dirt home with them. Absolutely would recommend for some country relaxation by the fire. Bring that mosquito spray though! 10/10.

We 10000% recommend staying here🤎🌲 if you’re looking for a place that feels straight out of a movie—dog friendly, peaceful, remote, and surrounded by nature singing around you.
From the moment we booked, Bobby was an amazing host—warm, attentive, and super communicative. He knew we wouldn’t have signal, so he made sure to be there right on time to guide us in.
When we arrived, he gave us a full tour and made it clear everything on the property was for us to enjoy. We felt welcome and at home every moment.
The open-air kitchen in the forest is pure magic, and it has everything you could ever need, from pans to spices. One of our favorite moments was connecting to his Spotify and playing our music while cooking under the trees.
There’s always a fire going— perfect for s’mores, deep talks and stargazing 💫
The place is incredibly dog-friendly🐶 We have two Australian Shepherds who were allowed off-leash the whole time. They had the best time!
During the day, we hiked and explored. At night, we soaked in the jacuzzi right outside our room—perfect temperature, peaceful vibes.
Before leaving, Bobby recommended Silver Lake to continue our adventure. And something really special—he helped me find a nature souvenir (a beautiful branch!) for my travel tradition.
