22 acres of camp sites and another 40 acres nextdoor to a hang gliders and paragliders landing. We have restrooms with showers attached to a geodesic dome on property. BBQ , water at sites. A seasonal 2 acre pond. We are about 25mi from sequoia and Kings Canyon right off the Highway 180 and a close drive from restaurants, stores. Beautiful views. We strive to make sure you have an amazing experience in the outdoors. We are still working on making the campground 100% so sorry in advance but what we are lacking we will make up for it with making your experience memorable hope to meet everyone soon

Definitely go here! We had a fantastic stay in one of the yurts; Spencer was very welcoming and we loved meeting his dogs. The views are phenomenal, bathrooms are clean, showers had very hot water and great pressure. 10/10 would stay again!

The host, Spencer, is awesome! He checked in frequently to make sure we had everything we need. He even loaned us a propane grill to use at our camp site!
Campsite has awesome amenities like good bathrooms with hot showers. and ice machine!!, hot water kettle, and microwave.
The Yurt is huge for two people with a good quality bed. Would definitely come back

Weekend Trip to Dunlap Canyon Retreat
We loved staying at Dunlap Canyon Retreat. Spencer’s a great host. It was a busy Memorial Day weekend! This placed offered a lot for families: pond, canoes, fishing, trampoline.
We stayed in Yurt #2. It was clean, well taken care of, and comfy. Our dog Cash loved being able to run around and play. The bathrooms and showers were great. It was a great place for our group to launch from for some day trips into Sequoia and King’s Canyon parks.

We enjoyed our stay! It was short as we spent part of the afternoon into the night there (we were mostly stopping there to hike sequoia) but the place was peaceful , and even had some fun little activities for the kids to enjoy 🩷

Spencer was a very accommodating host with a great property! He was always there to help from supplying us with propane for our heater, helping start our fire, and checking in to make sure we had everything we needed. We stayed in one of the yurts and it was clean and simple. He provided little things like a headlamp and toiletries which were a nice touch to have in the room. We brought our 3 dogs with us and they were able to roam freely and enjoy the property with us. It was perfect for them to have that freedom and not need to be on leash. There were also full bathrooms with showers that were great to have. It just made life easy. We were about a 20 min drive from the kings canyon entrance and it was super easy to get there. We really enjoyed Spencer as a host and person. We would 100% recommend his property for camping, yurting or to stay in the winter or summer!

This place is fantastic hidden gem just off the beaten path to Fresno. Spencer was welcoming and service was great, made me feel at home. The Yurt was basic but had everything you’d need. They made sure I had a heater and a power block in case I needed it, very thoughtful. The property is a great place to wander in the fall. Beds were warm and queen sized. Good sky watching, and the mountains are misty and beautiful in the morning. Bathrooms were good and showers had hot water, plus there are additional Portos spread around if you need them in a pinch. They supplied all linens, towels, soap, etc. Place also has hang gliding and paragliding

Weekend Trip to Dunlap Canyon Retreat
Spencer is AMAZING! He took extremely good care of me. The yurts are comfortable and cozy glamping - it got down to the 40's so I brought my own Mr. Buddy Heater and propane tanks but he has them on site if you need it. The bathrooms are heated, modern and clean. He set up a communal firepit for everybody for the chilly evening, which was a nice thoughtful touch. I'm an archer who was competing nearby, and joked, so do you have an archery range? And he set up a target for me so I could practice! The surrounding mountains are beautiful. I was far enough away from others that I could enjoy my privacy as I hung outside my yurt. He also has some cute campers set up, and spaces for tent camping. There are beautiful hikes around the property. His dogs are adorable. It has a really great feel there. The prices are also really reasonable. Go, visit Spencer, stay in a yurt, enjoy the view and the hikes, have fun!
