is the largest and most private suite at the Joshua Tree Container Resort, and has a large screened in front porch giving our guests a safe way to recreate in the outdoors in Theis desert wilderness area.
Two queen beds are available inside the history-laden ranch house (originally homesteaded during the WWI era). It is steps away from the hot tub, pool, gym, hammock palapa and great lounging spots on the ranch.

Beautiful 5 acres of nothing but views. It's named "The Slab" simply because that's what my family has always called it. I am currently testing this as a place for campers, so please leave feedback so it can be improved. Eventually, there will be a picnic table setup for campers, and designated open spots for more vehicles to park/ flat spots for more tents. There is running water available on the slab but I am in the middle of figuring something out how campers can utilize it. Stay tuned!

We are located 10 minutes from The Integratron, 25 minutes from Giant Rock, Joshua Tree National Park, and 40 minutes from Johnson Valley. Halliday's liquor store is 10 minutes, with $5 pizza place (delicious!) / gas station 15 minutes away. There is even a nearby Landers thrift store and La Copine restaurant. Shooting area about 15 minutes away. I can list SO much more, but I'll let you come explore the hidden gems Landers has to offer. There is a firepit set up onsite for your convenience. Lovely grounds and host! I went for tent camping and Jonesy really makes this space cozy and special. The camping spot is spacious and open, with firepit and table provided, and it was great to have such well-thought out amenities just a walk away. The provided bathroom was convenient, but when a big party arrived it became very busy so having a backup bathroom plan when tent camping is recommended. Overall would definitely return, especially when the sites at Joshua Tree are all booked up!

I loved camping here! Perfect little spot not too close to any houses or anything. Loved the drive over too, it was so fun!!! We honestly could see the stars at the spot as good as we could in the national park, so we had a blast.

We loved tent camping at Copper Moon! We have 3 dogs and they can be a bit anxious and barky at busy campgrounds so this quiet campsite was perfect for us. We appreciated the remote feel and the view of the nightsky was amazing. There were 3 or 4 different firepits you could chose from and plenty of areas to pitch your tent. We have already. booked a second trip! :)

My husband and I had a great night tent camping here. The host has been really thoughtful with the amenities and set up and it was just a 10-15 minute drive to the Joshua tree park entrance. We plan to come back and bring friends we liked it so much. Thank you!!!

This oasis was a wonderful getaway from the city to enjoy the stars, the desert and the rain.
My friend and I stayed, got rained on pretty heavily in our tent & the host was very accomodating.
Even in the rain, there are plenty of common space to enjoy from the hot tub to the sauna. We were able to enjoy some sunshine as well between down pours.
I will definitely be back again!

My friend and I had a great time here! Though the weather was bad (cold & rainy) the hot tub & sauna were amazing! We were able to cook food under shelter, play games, paint, etc and enjoy being outdoors while avoiding the rain. We spent majority of our time hanging out in the common areas and loved the hot tub in the rain!
The host was incredibly kind and accommodating.

My son and I rented a camper van and spent the weekend on Dave's land. The views are amazing. If you angle your tent/van just right, you've got a 180 degree view of a small nearby mountain range (about 20 min walk to the foot of the mountains) and in the distance, what I believe are the Bullion Mountains. It's pretty quiet and though there are homes somewhat nearby, it feels isolated and private. Dave is super friendly and responsive.

We loved everything at this ranch! The spa, pool, sauna, gym. They even had a blues jam around the firepit! Clean facilities and rooms.
It was great relaxing with private and beautiful views! The host was really helpful, even recommending an incredible restaurant with band. Very fun visit!

The property was beautiful to camp on especially at night being able to look up at the stars! You are located right next to Joshua Tree National Park making it easy to visit throughout the day, but enjoy your nights around 29 Palms watching the stars. Definitely had a great stay at El Ranchito!

The Shabby Shanty is the perfect spot for a quiet, relaxing camping weekend. It's just about 20 minutes drive into Joshua tree with views for miles. There's potable water, an area for cooking, outdoor toilet and tiny shower. It's just perfect for the simple camper!
