Cedar Bloom was purchased in the spring of 2017 by Spirit Weavers Gathering as a place of peace and healing, for all walks of life. Spirit Weavers is an annual women's gathering which happens once a year each June. We host over 1,200 women in just two weeks on the land. Our beautiful forested land is located in Southern Oregon, in a small town off the 199 Redwood Highway. Cornerstone Ranch is a pristine Ranch of about 500 acres on the Rogue River and against the Pacific Ocean offering too many experiences to count. You can even bring your horse... FYI, Hipcamps map for site locations is not correct. Two go next to the driveway and the other four follow the creek. From the South GPS is very accurate to our driveway. Coming from the North, GPS may drop you a few driveways away as that is the property line. Keep driving about another 1/8th mile until you see the large red "Cornerstone Ranch" sign. That is our driveway. Welcome... The ranch offers 6 different campsites. Campfires are allowed (outside of burn bans), and there is a toilet in off season and Port-A-Potties during the summer on site as well. Reviews from guests: "During the night we could hear Elk and the nearby nature! When we woke up we got to visit with the horses, use the really clean port-potty, and chat with Bonnie and Chris the Hosts. They have tons of recommendations, but our favorite was the Indian creek cafe across the river. The areas so great and clean and the host cares about their guests! Would recommend!"

The Fairy Forest is 4 acres of redwood trees one mile from the magical city of Trinidad, CA. People have been camping in our meadow since the 1950's, and I'm happy to carry on the tradition, by opening it up to you. There was a fire on the property in 1901 which left the burnt out hollow stumps which you'll see by the shower. There's one old growth redwood on the property, behind the glampy tent, but everything else in roughly 120 years old. Every year we try to make your glamping experience better and better. This year, we've added an artisan picnic table, built on site, and some solar lights leading to the shower. Outdoor sink and cook space is next on our list! There used to be two campsites on our property, but we closed down one of them to give guests in the glampy tent exclusive usage of the outdoor shower and porta potty. We are also renting out our cabin this year, which has been our home for the last 3 years. There's 10 local beaches to explore in the area, great little restaurants and businesses, and countless trails- including Strawberry Rock, which is right down the street from us. We're 19 miles away from Orick, which is the gateway to Fern Canyon (make a reservation in advance) and all the trails with old growth redwoods. And we're 16 miles from Arcata, a vibrant, colorful and creative city that is home to the first farmer's market in California, which is quite the experience if you find yourself here on a Saturday. This place is so special and peaceful. The tent is comfortable and I was cozy and warm in it in a storm in November. Kimberly was incredibly kind and helpful, especially when I had a bereavement during my stay. The place is really thoughtfully and beautifully set up and I felt really well cared for.

Patrick and Maya are so great! Check in was super smooth and they even upgraded us to a better RV cause of some technical difficulties. The campground was private, cute, and nicely maintained. If we come back around to the area we would definitely camp there again. Also, the hiking trails are well kept and they had Starlink for speedy WiFi.

Weekend Trip to Cedar Bloom

Stayed in one of the A-frames with my two small dogs for a weekend and had a lovely time. It was a stormy, rainy couple of days in October, so I didn’t get to explore the property or surrounding area much, but that ended up being perfect since I had just come to relax anyway. Once I got set up inside (with some string lights, a hot water bottle, and a good book), it felt nice and cozy. I was glad to have brought the hot water bottle and a couple of extra blankets, b/c the temps inside were roughly the same as they were outside. The transparent panels make it feel like you’re sleeping among the trees, and the sound of rain on the roof was wonderful. The roof is corrugated steel, so the first time an acorn pinged off it I just about jumped out of my skin, but we got used to it quickly. Ultimately I think those noises were part of the charm. Saw some beautiful deer and lots of wild turkeys. As a woman camping solo, I felt very safe. The property isn’t completely remote (it’s tucked next to a neighborhood and there’s a private residence onsite) but it still has a peaceful, wilderness feel, especially in late October when there were fewer visitors. For anyone curious (since I couldn’t find this info beforehand), each A-frame has its own fire ring and picnic table. Thank you for the great weekend!

This little camper checks all the boxes: Quiet, private, clean, solid roof to keep you dry and warm, SUPER comfy bed, and the softest sheets. If you want the campground experience without the camping then look no further. Birdie is low frills, but has everything you need. Yes, you can hear the 101 during the day, but it's pretty much dead silent at night (the campground has electric hook-ups so you won't hear generators running). It's beautiful, there's a redwood to greet you in the morning...what more could you want!

I love this place. I’ll stay here any chance I get. It’s lovely. Spacious camp sites. Hot tea and coffee area. The river. The outdoor showers. And the A frames are so cool! But I recommend arriving in the daylight if it’s your first time. I came after dark and I’m pretty sure I would have been lost if I didn’t already know my way around. It’s not well lit at night. Makes for good sleep— but def bring a head lamp.

Cedar bloom is great! This was my second time staying there and first in the dome. It was cold and having a fireplace was amazing. The community kitchen was well stocked with all the dishes and cookware needed to cook a meal. The bed was comfy, the hosts were very nice and the sauna/shower's worked great. No complaints, I’ll hopefully be back next summer.

We had a fantastic time! We went in October and the weather was cold and rainy. However, everything was so comfy and cozy. The blankets they provide for the A-frame cabins were more than enough to keep us warm all night. The amenities are great: full on kitchen with all you need to make meals, the tea house was well stocked, the bathrooms did not smell and were fairly clean, the showers had hot water, the sauna was amazing. We really want to come back during the summer and enjoy the river and sleeping with the A-frame open. A wonderful and stellar experience.

This is an incredibly beautiful space to spend time in nature. The outdoor showers make it very easy to be in the river or sun all day and still feel clean. The mattress pads for the A-frames were a little stiff (even for someone who likes a firm mattress) so a camping pad would work well for extra comfort. Over all an incredible stay.

Such a unique stay! The campground is peaceful and quiet which I really appreciated. Nenah was super helpful in communicating and helping me get settled- was there if I needed anything. The sauna was incredible, took a dip in the river, and ended the day with a shower overlooking the river- such an amazing spot!! LOVED the A frame cabin with the option to open the side. Got to sleep with it open and hear the rain during the night. Thank you for creating such a beautiful space!!

The A-frame cabin was perfect for a quick overnight mental reset. From taking a swim at the river, using the outdoor shower, and reading in bed with the cabin wall open while listening to the tree frogs - it was a fantastic stay. Would recommend bringing your own lights for the cabin.
