An excellent basecamp, within close proximity to the lake, ski slopes, Pinnacles, hiking/biking and off-roading trails. After a day filled with adventure or ultimate relaxation, be sure to enjoy the breath-taking sunsets over the meadow. The evenings blanket guests with a sea of stars. 2 nights at Holcomb Valley Ranch

Had a great stay tent camping on the Holcomb ranch! Plenty of trees, views, and spots to explore or just hang out. The campsites are well maintained and spaced out from one another with access to individual fire pits and porta-potties. We were a group of 4 with 2 cars and 3 tents, and had more space on the site than we truly knew what to do with. We went mid- November and the first night was pretty cold with it getting just below freezing so make sure you're coming prepared. Special thanks to the camp manager for our stay, Ed -- he was great with prompt contact and instructions for arrival, friendly check ups and information about the site, guidelines, and the area.

We had a good time doing a girls camping trip. There was ample space between us and the other campers, there were lots of trees but also great clearing to see the sky, there was a firepit, picnic table, my dog enjoyed exploring the area, and they left water for us to put the fires out. They called to check-in that we were coming, stopped by our site to see how we were doing, and provided clear directions. Already recommended the site to other families! 10/10

Weekend Trip to Holcomb Valley Ranch

The sites were decently far apart and camping in November was absolutely perfect. There weren't that many people around and the whole place was quiet. It's not the easiest road to traverse - mostly our dogs didn't like all the rocking. But overall, I would definitely come back - even if it were during the busy season. Our dogs absolutely loved being able to run around and play.

"What an amazing house! Our family had so much fun, relaxing in this beautiful home so close to Green Valley Lake. The decks overlooks the beautiful mountains and hillside and is less than 1 minute drive to the lake. We absolutely loved our stay at Holcomb Valley Ranch. The property is beautiful, peaceful, and spacious — you truly feel like you have the whole place to yourself. It was exactly the kind of quiet, scenic escape we were looking for. The location strikes the perfect balance between seclusion and convenience, with thoughtful amenities like clean toilets, a reliable water supply, and a dumpster on-site. Everything was well-maintained and easy to access. We left feeling refreshed and will definitely be back!

Weekend Trip to Skyline Mountain

Such a cool sight with just the right amount of amenities to make for a great casual camping experience. The road up is no joke and you got to be unafraid to get up a dirt road that goes up quickly, but our cars could do it, even when we came in at night. Caleb was great and communicative and we will definitley coming back for the next time do our retreat, the amphitheater so well positioned and the town at night was beautiful to look at. Great sunrises and sunsets too!

7 nights at SB Mountain Cabin Rentals

Great place, peaceful, beautiful, well maintained, and clean none toxic cookware! Haha I know that’s a funny thing to be excited about but as a cook I love stainless steel and all were stainless steel, also master bed and pillows very comfortable, Tempur-Pedic I believe. Lots of stairs, so just be aware we brought our elder dog and was a little tricky for him to navigate; but other than that, host replied quickly to all questions and highly recommended!

Holcomb Valley Ranch was one of the most peaceful beautiful properties I’ve camped at. Incredible views and very spacious - lots of privacy without feeling too remote. Porta potties available close by to each site. Very excited to come back in the summer months.

We had an amazing time at Holcomb Valley ranch. I camped with my five year old for two nights. Ed met us at the gate and was incredibly helpful the whole time. The campsites are large with varying levels of privacy (e.g., if you go with a group and get more than one site, there are a few that are clustered together and others that are more sheltered. The horses were roaming the meadow when we arrived, and my son was entranced. The road up from the main highway is bumpy and can take about 15 minutes, but once you're on the highway, you're 5-10 minutes from anything you need. I highly recommend this campground - we can't wait to go back.

Thank you guys so much for an excellent birthday weekend. Such great hosts greeted us the evening of our arrival and even put a happy birthday flag out with very short notice . Cabin is secluded with only the sounds of nature which was exactly what we were looking for. Still close enough to town to not be inconvenient. Definitely will be coming back.

Had such a fantastic time at the camp. It’s truly magical, peaceful, and calm. Love every aspect of the trip. The only caveat is the dirt road leading up to the camp from the lake is pretty bad.
