The property is nestled in very quiet part of Atascadero among hundreds of oak trees and nature. There are 5 acres of hills of oak trees, bay leaf trees, frequented by the tree squirrels, deer and birds that live all over the property. The house is occupied and there are chickens and a sweet lab named Maverick. The driveway is easy to get in and out of for a car, truck, camper van, Westie (or same type of camper van); tent campers are welcome too. It's not very easily accessible for large trailers. The neighborhood is very quiet. Water is available by hose by the garage (it's not filtered) and if you have a pet 100% needs to be leashed and please pick up their poop. There's been mountain lion sightings within the last few years. There is no bathroom/cleanout, power or cell service/WIFI. You will be completely disconnected here. Please let us know if you have any questions and we are happy to help! There are some great places to eat downtown as well as for libations. Paso Robles wineries are only 10 minutes down the road; ask for suggestions and winery 2 for 1 tastings. Hope you enjoy your stay!

Bring your horses, dogs, etc!! We have tent spots and a fully furnished toy hauler available.
We have gates, and we have a general equine liability form for you to complete, and then we can give you the gate code.
I have been here for 14 years.
I have an organic farm, polo club, boarding stables, a few gypsy friends and 2 kids.
If you are looking for a place to crash while enjoying San Luis Obispo, Morro Bay and Los Osos this is it!!
If you want to learn to ride or play polo... that is my real job.

Megan was welcoming, patient (I asked her a number of questions) and responsive - even on Thanksgiving evening. The property is in a GREAT location so close to SLO, Montaña de Oro, Morro Bay, wineries and so much more. (The weather prevented us from experiencing that and so much more but it’s easy to build a great trip when staying at Megan’s place.) It was a unique experience and if you enjoy or interested in horses - this is a great spot to stay."

Holiday RV Park offers so much. I was greeted by a staff member that had me follow him to my site. He assisted me in backing my RV perfectly into the site. The bathroom and showers are clean and heated. My grandchildren and my self enjoyed the pool and spa. Lots of swim toys for the kids and floats for adults. They offer outdoor sinks, which helped me with more space cleaning dishes. The office staff is so awesome, friendly and helpful.

Tent camping on Megan’s land was a lot of fun! We were in a nice secluded portion of her land, with easy access to a bathroom, shower and laundry facilities only a short walk away from our campsite. The nearby horses added extra excitement and fun to our camping. Would stay again.

The site was quiet and peaceful, great view of the stars! There are farms all around which meant neighboring animals did make some noise, like the roosters in the early morning. I didn't mind, but if you're trying to sleep through that you might want some earplugs or a different location. I appreciated that there was a fire pit and picnic table available for use. As a solo female camper I felt safe and enjoyed my stay overall.

The area surrounding grahams home was very nice area short distance into town. The campsite is just as advertised. It has some really nice trees and level ground as well as some sloping. Very quiet neighborhood and overall, a good experience.

Have always fantasized about living in a meadow—beautiful, calm, peaceful place to pitch a tent. Our dog loved it! My teens loved it! They’re a hard sell these days. It was a great stop on our road trip. (A little rough to tent camp with no bathroom so keep that in mind.)

We tent camped at her horse property. Communication with owner was easy and she responds quickly. Once we arrived, everyone working there was very helpful. It was a little bit tricky to figure out where we were supposed to camp. The sites didn't have any obvious signs and didn't look like camp site areas. A couple of camping areas were just surrounding the barn but weren't obvious to us. The barn had a nice bathroom, warm water which I loved. Unfortunately, the night we stayed it was raining but luckily we camped in a grassy area. There was an electrical connection where we were able to easily charge our phones and use our light connection with an extension cord. The location of her farm is perfect. Close to various areas of interest. We just used the camp site to sleep and shower since the area has a lot of things to do.

Camp Seclusion is a beautiful spot among a row of eucalyptus trees. Tons of open space near the train tracks. No train came through while we were there but it would have been cool to see. Great star gazing at night. Easy in and out.

The spot was easy to get to, where we could park our truck and airstream trailer. We enjoyed a calm and peaceful evening on the Central Coast. The Host, Graham, was on the property to meet us and share the needed details already shared in the post. Overall, it was a lovely stay, and we only wish we had come sooner in the day to enjoy more time.
A highlight was hearing the Sretch Owls early in the evening.
