I offer 2 full hook-up spaces, one space is covered. Power is 50 AMPS! An RV must be under 12' to fit under the covered space.
I offer 4 dry camping options. You can book the Tent Cabana-The Shady Rest- listing or you can dry camp by booking through my Tent and Vehicle Camping listing. There are no exact designated spaces for tent/vehicle camping. You can choose where you prefer to camp. An extra vehicle is OK as long as it's part of your one campsite. 2 groups with 2 camp vehicles is 2 campsites.
I also have the Pool House, an indoor option with a power outlet, and it's close to the pool and restroom area. You can set up your bed or rent a full size bed which I will set up for you.
This is my private property, you and your gear are safe and secure. You can leave your campsite and go exploring, no one will bother your stuff.
I have WiFi and great cell service here. Please arrive by 8pm unless arrangements are made in advance. I meet with you and show you around.
I will greet you and show you around. I close my gates at dark. Once you are here you may come and go as you please.
I am located just over an hour away from Tucson and 25 minutes off the 10.
Dry campers- Off the pool area there is a clean restroom in my back garage and a sink with hot water. There is a breakfast room with clean refrigerator, microwave and coffee maker available for your use. Lots of local birds visit daily. You are welcome to visit and pet my horses and donkeys!

The electricity is a 3 plug 30 amp and there is water connection. NO SWEWEGE : the closest dump off is Valero 17 miles towards Sierra Vista from this location, heading to or from the 10 on Fry blvd. The first night or (1) night of your choice will be Ghost walk night, approx 30-40 minute walking ghost tour-Revisiting the "Miracle valley shootout" Child friendly and included in your overnight fee . Each Morning Refreshments will be provided complementary. Along side the 12ft wide by 21ft long RV space will be a parking place for your unhooked vehicle.

The roads leading to the property from Hereford Road are dirt that are regularly maintained, but you may experience some washboard along the way depending on the season.
Cochise County is dark sky country. After viewing those amazing Arizona sunsets, cast your eyes on the night sky, and see stars and the Milky Way like you've never experienced before! Bird watching: Experience hundreds of different species of birds in Cochise County (485 at last count). Be sure to hike down the San Pedro River, or to Ramsey Canyon to see even more!
Hiking: With an abundance of canyons in the area, there's hiking opportunities all around us! A short 10 minute drive lands you at the foot of the Huachuca Mountains with Ramsey Canyon, Miller Canyon, Carr Canyon, and many more! But above all, we have a private gate leading to the BLM land situated right next to the RV pad! Feel free to use it to go and explore, maybe even hike down to the river. Don't be surprised if you see people on horseback, as this is a very popular equestrian area.
There are tons of sightseeing opportunities around us, such as Bisbee (be sure to check out Old Bisbee, and the Bisbee Breakfast Club for some amazing food), Tombstone (OK Corral puts on a very entertaining show), Cartchner Caverns State Park, Coronado National Memorial. All within a short drive from here. If you'd like to visit Mexico, you can cross at Naco (about 15 minute drive) or at Douglas (about 45 minutes)
Lots of restaurants in Sierra Vista, but we recommend trying Mimosa Pizzeria, or La Sierra Steakhouse, both just a 10 minute drive down the road, along with Dollar General for your immediate needs.
The RV site offers full hookups, 30/50 Amp service. Your pets are welcome to roam around off leash, as long as they're people and dog friendly.

Such a beautiful spot! Peaceful location on top of the hill with outstanding views. We pulled a 30ft 5th wheel in without issue and enjoyed 3 days of hiking and exploration in the area nearby. Hosts were very helpful and communication with them was easy.

Karla’s love of her land and animals is what stood out to us. She is delightful and very helpful with setting up details. She gave us a tour of the grounds that included her two horses and two donkeys. Delightful.

On a car camping road trip, this was a perfect stop to not have to unload everything for one night! Quiet, peaceful, and the pool house was great! The kitchen space was nice for basic food prep (I had my own kitchen stuff) 10/10 would return!

Weekend Trip to Karla's Hummingbird Guest Ranch
We had a wonderful time staying in the pool house. There was a little heater that helped keep us toasty in the night and the the weather was glorious when the sun was out. The garage/kitchen bathroom area was nice to be able to use a fridge and wash hands.
Karla has a great setup and I enjoyed reading about her work and seeing her art and wood projects. So cool! We had some great conversations with the folks who were also staying around a bonfire. The outside was so nice that was so inviting to hang around and just be.
Would go again and recommend to others:)

One of the most important things when camping is feeling safe, and that was never a concern here. We actually felt comfortable leaving our doors unlocked during the day when we were out exploring, which says a lot. It was reassuring knowing that [host name] and [host name] were nearby in case anything unexpected happened—especially since we were traveling with our two cats and wanted peace of mind if the power went out or something came up while we were away.
The hosts were incredibly friendly and full of great recommendations for local activities and places to explore. I would highly recommend this property to anyone looking to stay in the Bisbee/Tombstone area. Thanks for helping make this such a great trip, and if we’re ever back out this way, we’d absolutely love to camp here again!

Karls'a place is a patch of heaven! The detail and thought she has placed into this property if second to none. We arrived early in the day (her early in the day check-in time is a realy nice plus) and we got settled in pretty quick. It was lovely spending time with the animals such a relaxing atmosphere.
We thought we had seen it all, then night was upon us and Karla's property was that of magic. It was stunning, the lights and beauty, honeslty at every turn on the property. Not to mention the amazing AZ night sky!
Karla has stunning attention to detail and her heart has been placed into this patch of heaven in Southern AZ! I would highly recommend this Hipcamp, a truly amazing place to stay!

Spent two nights at TerraSol! We were very pleased with everything. The kitchen was super helpful as we cooked a couple of our own meals…Mary has thought of everything. It was also a quick walk into town which we enjoyed as well! Everyone was very friendly.

Karla is such a thoughtful, hospitable hipcamp host. She puts so much intention into the details to make your stay comfortable and welcome. We really appreciated the unexpected accommodations like coffee, a microwave, snacks and games. Her property is really magically decorated as well. Five stars!

Karla is an exemplary host, so helpful and available for all our questions. Hummingbird ranch has all the amenities we needed for our RV. Getting to visit the horses and donkeys was an added benefit. We were able to identify 14 species of birds in February with our Merlin app. We were the only visitors during our stay which made our stay even more memorable. Karla has gone above and beyond with her artistic landscaping throughout her property. We’ll definitely stay again and highly recommend Karla’s Hummingbird Ranch for RV’s or camping!

Beautiful spot to stay! Karla was so sweet, helpful, and welcoming. We felt so safe and had everything we needed. She’s done such an amazing job making her ranch unique and beautiful! There’s tons of beautiful lights at night that make it feel so magical. Then there is a great view during the day of the mountains. Wonderful spot and we’d love to stay again!

We had a great stay. Karla is cool, helpful and friendly. The place is super clean and thoughtfully put together. You can tell a lot of care and time went into it. Terra Sol was the perfect stop on our bikepacking trip through the area. Mary has truly thought of everything you might need for a comfortable stay including insulated tent pads, hot showers with soap and towels, yoga mats for stretching, a kitchen, and loaner bikes you can take into town. We enjoyed chatting with Mary and meeting other bike packers during our stay. Highly recommend!
