We are a 30 amp full hook up (sewer, water & electrical) for 33’ RV’s and living quarters horse trailers. You will also have access to our community laundry area, with a large garbage can to dump a bag if needed. Some suggestions for town; Grab some quick delicous breakfast and coffee at Janey’s. Or American cuisine lunch at The Horny Toad, a Mexican cuisine dinner while watching the turtles in the pond at El Encanto! Ofrenda, right at the end of the road, also has great authentic Mexican cuisine. Many restaurants to choose from all within a short drive. Bashas, Safeway, Target, and Walmart and Sprouts are all within a 3-6 mile drive too! We have two turnout pens for horses. That are located right behind where you will park your trailer. They both have a cover that provides some shade, as well as running water. We do not provide any feed, so please make sure you bring some! We ask that you please do not feed any horses that do not belong to you. Or go into any pen that your horse is not in. For safety and respect :) Thank you in advance. Or American cuisine lunch at The Horny Toad, a Mexican cuisine dinner while watching the turtles in the pond at El Encanto! The site is well maintained, clean, semi-private but very quiet, and has a picturesque view with beautiful sunsets. The fire pit and table were a charming touch. Pay strict attention to the directions and look for the sign to turn. This spot is great for exploring the area. Max had great communication from the start. All in all a great stay!

Great place, great people! Cory is truly one of the most hospitable and friendly people you could ever meet. He set up the fire for us before we arrived, lent us his fishing rod, and even showed us the beautiful route to the private lake. He also shared his amazing biking skills with my son, which made the experience even more memorable. The night we spent there was peaceful and quiet, and the place had everything we needed—water, a bathroom, and all the conveniences you could hope for.

I’ve stayed here twice, both times a great experience. Proximity to boththe city and to nature. Flush toilet, sink, and shower are huge bonuses. It’s such a unique and picturesque spot. I felt lucky to find it on HipCamp. Niko is very responsive as well.

Great spot to stay while exploring the Prescott area! Nice level spot with everything we needed- electric, water, sewer, fire pit and wood! Max went above and beyond to make sure we knew how to get there, where to park and to make sure we were comfortable. Bonus- we got to see javelinas every day! Host and neighbor house are near where you park, but we still felt private and everyone was very friendly.

Directions clear, found the site after dark without issue. Cory is responsive and provides a welcoming site. Site has two well placed trees to provide natural shade for the tent. Site is fenced in, with a swing close gate - provides peace of mind for those with kids. Plenty of space, we fit a 10 person and a canopy with space for likely 1-2 more tents. We biked to the lake, very tucked location, not public access, so had it to ourselves. Great view of the distant mountains. Fish may be smarter than us as we only managed a small tilapia, but the lake is lively with plenty of fish jumping out along the shore line. Portable bathroom was pristinely clean, one of the best we’ve seen. Site is well kept, we look forward to returning and seeing what else Cory can do with the place! Most importantly - Cory is a phenomenal host - welcoming, helpful, and laid back. Especially welcoming and willing to help with anything we needed - he went above and beyond to make our weekend trip great. Absolutely recommend this site!

Macy’s place was perfect for us! Quick drive to get out of Phoenix. Not too rustic, plenty of creature comforts, yet out of town with VIEWS and peaceful country setting. The ranch animals were a hit for my little girl. It was a three minute drive back to town for morning coffee. Brought it back to the trailer and enjoyed the peaceful, quiet morning. Macy and family were very accommodating. Her place felt very safe. Pet friendly was a plus.

I loved parking my little trailer on Kevin's property in Strawberry, AZ. The views around his ranch are beautiful. It's very quiet as well. Kevin was very responsive, and the place was easy to find. It was so nice to have access to a bathroom/toilet/shower on his property, as well as a little fridge. His fee was very reasonable. Access to his gym/weights/machines was an added bonus. What a great find! I highly recommend!
