Unfortunately, GPS led us miles off course which prevented us from reaching the resort before sundown. We were not able to reach staff after hours.
That being said, once we made it we were warmly greeted, given a rundown of information and personally escorted to our beautiful pull-through RV site. The amenities are top-notch, especially the heated pool, The staff are very accommodating.
(TIP) If GPS leads you to a random spot in the middle of the desert, it is south of the I10.

We parked our camper van at Verde and it was amazing! The amenities were awesome! We enjoyed spending time in the hot tub after a long hike. Check in after hours was easy and our welcome packet that was left for us had all the info we needed. We are so thankful DeAndre who was closing up the pool gave us an extra 20 minutes after closing to enjoy it as we only stayed one night. We would absolutely come back again!
